Abstract

本发明公开了一种喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构,包括于喷嘴处设置的阀体结构,所述阀体结构包括自上而下设置的衔铁、阀座和导流板,所述衔铁在回位弹簧的作用下将球阀向下压紧密封在阀座顶部的圆锥进油孔内,所述导流板为弧度向下的球形板,所述球形板上均布开设有径向的喷油孔,导流板与阀座之间形成导流腔,所述导流腔与阀座上的圆锥进油孔相通。本发明产生的油雾颗粒小,雾化均匀,喷射角度调整范围大,流量系数稳定,有利于在发动机内爆炸燃烧。

喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构
技术领域
本发明涉及电控喷油器内部结构,具体为一种喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构。
背景技术
喷油器应用于脉动液体精密计量及雾化,如发动机燃油计量及燃烧控制,喷油器接受ECU(电子控制单元)送来的喷油脉冲信号,精确控制燃油喷射量。
喷油器的结构主要由电磁机构、阀体机构、雾化机构、计量机构及流道机构构成。
喷油雾化特性为喷油器的一个重要技术指标,体现在雾化粒度、油雾分布、油束方向、射程和扩散锥角等方面。为实现喷油器的雾化功能,传统雾化机构的技术改进方案中,衔铁在回位弹簧作用下将密封钢球压紧封闭在阀座顶部的锥形进油孔上,阀座底部的导流腔外设有导流板,所述导流板上圆周均布开设细小的喷油孔。
上述改进的雾化机构虽然使雾化效果有所提高,但实际的使用效果不尽人意,其雾化程度与扩散锥角远达不到理想要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种可进一步强化雾化效果的喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构。
能够解决上述技术问题的喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构,其技术方案包括于喷嘴处设置的阀体结构,所述阀体结构包括自上而下设置的衔铁、阀座和导流板,所述衔铁在回位弹簧的作用下将球阀向下压紧密封在阀座顶部的圆锥进油孔内,所不同的是所述导流板为弧度向下的球形板,所述球形板上均布开设有径向的喷油孔,导流板与阀座之间形成导流腔,所述导流腔与阀座上的圆锥进油孔相通。
为适应喷射角度的改变,所述导流板的球形半径设计在R3mm~R30mm之间。
为匹配导流板的形状,所述阀座具有弧度与导流板一致的球形底部。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构产生的油雾颗粒小,雾化均匀,喷射角度调整范围大。
2、本发明结构中,喷油孔径向于导流板的球形面,流量系数非常稳定,有利于在发动机内爆炸燃烧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构,其技术方案包括设于喷油器8喷嘴(A)处隔磁管9下口的阀体结构,所述阀体结构包括自上而下同轴设置的衔铁1、球阀6、阀座2和导流板4,如图1、图2所示。
所述衔铁1上部的铁芯孔内压装有回位弹簧3,所述球阀6固连于衔铁1下部的铁芯管底部,所述铁芯管上圆周均布开设有径向的过流孔,在回位弹簧3作用下,衔铁1下部的铁芯管将球阀6压实密封在阀座2顶部开设的圆锥进油孔内,所述阀座2底部形状为弧度向下的球形,所述导流板4为与阀座2球形底部弧度一致的球形板,球形导流板4与阀座2的球形底部之间形成球形导流腔7,所述导流腔7向上与阀座2的圆锥进油孔相通,如图2所示。
所述导流板4上均布开设有喷油孔5,所述喷油孔5的轴线径向于导流板4的球形板面且与导流腔7相通,如图2所示。
根据不同的雾化特性要求,所述导流板4的球形半径设计在R3mm~R30mm之间。
本发明的喷油方式为:
当电驱动回路加上控制信号时,衔铁1克服回位弹簧3的弹力向上与铁芯吸合,衔铁1带动球阀6打开阀座2的圆锥进油孔,油流通过阀座2的圆锥进油孔进入导流腔7蓄压,压力油再从导流板4的喷油孔5向外喷射油雾,由此保证了油雾的大锥角扩散和颗粒的均匀性,(与空气混合后)更加利于在发动机的燃烧室内充分爆炸燃烧,从而获得更高的功率和热效率。

Claims (3)

1.喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构,包括于喷嘴处设置的阀体结构,所述阀体结构包括自上而下设置的衔铁(1)、阀座(2)和导流板(4),所述衔铁(1)在回位弹簧(3)的作用下将球阀(6)向下压紧密封在阀座(2)顶部的圆锥进油孔内,其特征在于:所述导流板(4)为弧度向下的球形板,所述球形板上均布开设有径向的喷油孔(5),导流板(4)与阀座(2)之间形成导流腔(7),所述导流腔(7)与阀座(2)上的圆锥进油孔相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构,其特征在于:所述导流板(4)的球形半径为R3mm~R30mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷油器雾化特性可调节球面结构,其特征在于:所述阀座(2)具有弧度与导流板(4)一致的球形底部。
