Abstract
The invention provides a testing method based on a device for testing the working performance of a spray castable, which can simulate the flowing condition of the spray castable in a pipeline and intuitively reflect the blocking condition and the segregation condition of the spray castable through the difficulty of flowing and the distribution state of particles in the flowing process. The method is close to practical application, the obtained result is visual and reliable, the conveying performance of the sprayed castable in the pipeline can be effectively evaluated, and an evaluation standard is provided for the design of the sprayed castable, so that the configuration of the sprayed castable is optimized, and the working performance and the service performance are improved.

The castable spraying construction process mainly relates to two aspects of pipeline conveying and spray gun spraying, wherein good and stable pipeline conveying is a key process for smooth construction of castable spraying. The material with good spraying construction effect and use effect needs to be capable of continuously dredging without blocking the pipeline and keeping a stable fresh mixing state without segregation in the pipeline transportation process, namely, the material integrally keeps good working performance.
In the actual use process, the phenomenon that the pipeline is blocked by the sprayed castable due to unreasonable material configuration occurs sometimes, and the construction efficiency is influenced; meanwhile, due to long-distance transportation and unreasonable configuration, segregation phenomenon can also occur to the uniformly stirred castable, so that the high-temperature service performance of the sprayed material is greatly reduced. Therefore, it is important to adopt an effective method for evaluating the working performance of the spray castable. At present, the evaluation mode of the working performance of the spray castable mainly focuses on measuring the excellent working performance of the material by adopting a method for testing a self-flow value according to the size of the self-flow value. Although the method can reflect the fluidity of the material to a certain degree, the testing method is deviated from the actual condition and cannot reflect the real flowing state of the sprayed castable in the pipeline, so misleading is often brought to producers and loss is caused to enterprises.

The invention provides a testing method based on a spray castable working performance testing device, which comprises a transparent testing pipeline, a piston, a support rod and a pressurizing device, wherein the transparent testing pipeline is arranged on the testing pipeline; the test pipeline comprises a vertical pipeline, a horizontal pipeline with scales and a connecting pipeline for communicating the vertical pipeline and the horizontal pipeline; one end of the supporting rod is connected with the piston, and the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the pressurizing device; the piston can extend into the vertical pipeline and is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the vertical pipeline; the pressurizing device enables the piston to slide up and down along the inner wall of the vertical pipeline through the support rod; the connecting pipeline is arc-shaped, and a valve is arranged at the joint of the connecting pipeline and the horizontal pipeline; the testing method based on the spray castable working performance testing device comprises the following steps:
1) under the condition that the valve is closed, a certain amount of spraying castable is filled into the vertical pipeline and the connecting pipeline, and the vertical pipeline and the connecting pipeline are kept stand to enable the spraying castable to be uniformly filled;
2) placing the piston into the vertical pipeline and slowly moving the piston to enable the piston to be in contact with the upper surface of the sprayed castable;
3) opening the valve and simultaneously allowing the pressurizing device to apply a certain pressure to the piston;
4) after the spray castable in the vertical pipeline flows out, the pressurizing device stops applying pressure to the piston, and the flow distance and the flow time of the spray castable in the horizontal pipeline are recorded;
5) adjusting the pressure applied to the piston by the pressurizing device, and repeating the steps 1) to 4); 6) processing a series of flow distances, flow times and corresponding pressures obtained in the steps 1) to 5), and estimating the possibility of blocking the pipeline according to a relation between the pressure and the flow rate, namely K0+ mu f (V), wherein K0 and mu reflect the difficulty of flowing the sample in the pipeline.
In a preferred embodiment, the horizontal pipeline with the sprayed castable obtained after the step 5) is finished is maintained and dried, then is cut in sections, the distribution of particles on the cross section and a lubricating layer formed at the position close to the inner wall of the horizontal pipeline are observed, and the segregation condition of the sprayed castable in the flow is judged.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a device 100 for testing the working performance of a castable spray, including a transparent testing pipe 10, a piston 20, a support rod 30 and a pressurizing device 40.
Specifically, the test pipeline 10 comprises a vertical pipeline 11, a horizontal pipeline 12 with scales and a connecting pipeline 13 for communicating the vertical pipeline 11 with the horizontal pipeline 12. The rod 30 is connected to the piston 20 at one end and to the pressurizing device 40 at the other end. The piston 20 can extend into the vertical pipe 11 from one end of the vertical pipe 11 far away from the connecting pipe 13 and is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the vertical pipe 11. The pressurizing device 40 makes the piston 20 slide up and down along the inner wall of the vertical pipe 11 through the strut 30. The connecting pipeline 13 is arc-shaped, and a valve 50 is arranged at the joint of the connecting pipeline 13 and the horizontal pipeline 12. 2) placing the piston 20 into the vertical pipe 11 and slowly moving the piston 20 to make the piston contact with the upper surface of the sprayed castable;
3) opening the valve 50 and allowing the pressurizing means 40 to apply a certain pressure to the piston 20;
4) after the castable injection material in the vertical pipeline 11 completely flows out, the pressurizing device 40 stops applying pressure to the piston 30, and the flow distance and the flow time of the castable injection material in the horizontal pipeline 12 are recorded;
5) adjusting the pressure applied to the piston 20 by the pressurizing device 40, and repeating the steps 1) to 4);
6) processing a series of flow distances, flow times and corresponding pressures obtained in the steps 1) to 5) to obtain the relation between the pressure and the flow speed.
Specifically, the pressure applied to the piston 20 by the pressurizing device 40 is constant, and the pressure is in the range of 0-2 MPa. The principle of the invention is as follows: the spray castable sample loaded in the vertical pipeline 11 flows towards the horizontal pipeline 12 through the arc-shaped connecting pipeline 13, so that the transportation state of the spray castable in the pipeline in the actual construction process is simulated; furthermore, the purpose of pressurizing the sprayed castable is achieved by applying pressure to the piston 20 through a pressurizing device 40, and the influence of pumping pressure in the construction process on the flowing state of the sprayed castable is simulated; furthermore, based on the rheological principle of the castable material, the mathematical relation P ═ K between the pressure and the flow rate is analyzed by recording the flow distance and the flow time of the sample in the horizontal pipe 120+ μ f (V), wherein K0(unit, Pa) represents the dynamic friction force (critical pressure) of the sample flowing in the horizontal pipeline, namely the acting force which needs to be overcome by the sample to flow in the pipeline, the smaller the value of the acting force reflects the better transportability of the material, otherwise, the poorer the transportability, the mu value represents the apparent viscosity force of the material when the sample flows in the pipeline, and the coefficient of correlation between the flow rate and the pressure is reflected, namely, the smaller the value of the acting force is, the smaller the pressure is, the higher the flow rate is, the transportability of the material in the pipeline is, meanwhile, the mu value also can reflect the segregation property of the sample in the transportation process, the larger the mu value is, the better the segregation resistance is, and the worse the K is, the proper K is0Mu ensures the stable transportation state of the sprayed castable, so as to predict the possibility of blocking the pipeline; the horizontal pipeline 12 and the sample inside are maintained and dried together, so that the flowing state of the sample is kept, and the segregation condition is favorably observed.
Example 1
In this embodiment, the vertical pipeline 11 and the horizontal pipeline 12 of the castable spraying performance testing apparatus 100 have inner diameters of 75mm and 40mm, and lengths of 300mm and 800mm, respectively.
