Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Terms such as "upper," "above," "lower," "below," and the like, used herein to denote relative spatial positions, are used for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element or feature as illustrated in the figures. The spatially relative positional terms may be intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below" or "beneath" other elements or features would then be oriented "above" the other elements or features. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
Reference is made to fig. 1-2 for an embodiment of a refrigeration compartment of a refrigerator. The refrigerating compartment 100 includes an inner container 10 formed around the refrigerating compartment 100 and a drawer assembly 20 received in the refrigerating compartment 10. The drawer assembly 20 further includes a drawer cover 21 and a drawer body 22, two opposite sidewalls of the inner container 10 are symmetrically provided with a container rib 11, the drawer cover 21 is fixed on the container rib 11, and the drawer body 22 is movably accommodated in the refrigeration compartment 10.
Referring to fig. 3 to 8, the drawer cover 21 has U-shaped guide grooves 211 respectively formed at left and right ends thereof and adapted to the bladder ribs 11, and when the drawer cover 21 moves into the refrigerating compartment 100, the U-shaped guide grooves 211 need to be aligned with the bladder ribs 11, and the bladder ribs 11 gradually enter and fill the U-shaped guide grooves 211, thereby completing the installation of the drawer cover 21. The U-shaped guide groove 211 includes an upper groove wall (not numbered), a lower groove wall 2111, and a groove bottom wall 2113 connecting the upper groove wall and the lower groove wall 2111, after the drawer cover 21 is mounted in place, the bladder rib 11 is located in the U-shaped guide groove 211, and the upper groove wall and the lower groove wall 2111 limit the drawer cover 21 in the height direction of the refrigeration compartment 100, preventing the drawer cover 21 from swinging in the height direction of the refrigeration compartment 100.
In particular, an elastic retaining portion 2114 is provided on the bottom wall 2113 of the U-shaped guide slot 211, a slot 111 adapted to the elastic retaining portion 2114 is provided at a corresponding position on the liner rib 11, and when the drawer cover 21 is installed in place, that is, after the drawer cover 21 completely enters the refrigeration compartment 10, the elastic retaining portion 2114 is located in the slot 111. In addition, an inclined section 2115 is provided at one end of the U-shaped guide groove 211, and after the drawer cover 21 is mounted in place, one side of the inclined section 2115 of the U-shaped guide groove and one end of the bladder rib 11 are abutted against each other. Thus, the elastic clamping portion 2114 and the clamping groove 111 are matched with each other, one side of the inclined portion 2115 is abutted against one end of the liner rib 11, and the two limit the drawer cover 21 in the depth direction of the refrigerating compartment 100, so that the drawer cover 21 is prevented from swinging in the depth direction of the refrigerating compartment 100.
Further, the periphery of the drawer cover 21 is further provided with a flanging structure for closing a gap between the drawer cover 21 and the drawer body 22 when the drawer cover is closed with the drawer body 22. Specifically, a first flange 2112 extends downward from a lower groove wall 2111 of the U-shaped guide groove 211 at the left and right ends of the drawer cover 21, a second flange 212 extends downward from the front end of the drawer cover 21, and a third flange 213 extends downward from the rear end of the drawer cover 21.
The drawer body 22 comprises a front wall 221, a rear wall 222 and two opposite side walls 223 positioned between the front wall 221 and the rear wall 222, wherein the upper edges of the front wall 221, the rear wall 222 and the two side walls 223 jointly define an opening 224 for placing articles. Preferably, the height of the front wall 221 is greater than the height of the rear wall 222.
Further, the upper edge of the side wall 223 has a first lifting section 2231 and a second lifting section 2232, the first lifting section 2231 is disposed at the junction of the side wall 223 and the front wall 221, and the second lifting section 2232 is disposed at the junction of the side wall 223 and the rear wall 222, so that the heights of the front wall 221 and the rear wall 222 are greater than the height of the side wall 223, and preferably, the lifting angle of the first lifting section 2231 is greater than the lifting angle of the second lifting section 2232.
The present invention primarily accomplishes the sealing of the drawer assembly 20 from the cooperation of three structures:
1. the first and third flanges 2112 and 213 of the drawer cover 21 respectively engage the edges of the opening 224 of the drawer body 22 to effect a seal of the drawer assembly 20. Specifically, the rear wall 222 and the side wall 223 of the drawer body 22 have a fourth flange 2241 folded outward at the upper edge thereof, and as shown in fig. 9, when the drawer assembly 20 is closed, the first flange 2112 and the third flange 213 of the drawer cover 21 overlap the fourth flange 2241 respectively. Specifically, due to the presence of the second raised section 2232 on the side wall 223, at least a portion of the first flange 2112 overlaps the second raised section 2232, and the first flange 2112 completely covers the fourth flange 2241 located between the first raised section 2231 and the second raised section 2232 to achieve sealing of the drawer assembly 20.
2. As shown in fig. 10, one side of the inclined section 2115 of the U-shaped guide groove 211 is used for abutting against the bladder rib to limit the drawer cover 21 in the depth direction of the refrigeration compartment 100, and the other side of the inclined section 2115 of the U-shaped guide groove is matched with the first lifting section 2231, when the drawer assembly 20 is closed, the other side of the inclined section 2115 of the U-shaped guide groove completely abuts against the first lifting section 2231, and the second flange 212 at the front end of the drawer cover 21 is matched with the front wall 221 of the drawer body 22, that is, the second flange 212 at the front end of the drawer cover 21 abuts against the inner side of the front wall 221 of the drawer body 22, so as to seal the drawer assembly 20.
3. Referring to fig. 6 and 10, the third flange 213 at the rear end of the drawer cover 21 is Z-shaped, and includes two vertical walls 2131, 2132 arranged in parallel and a middle wall 2133 connecting the two vertical walls 2131, 2132, when the drawer assembly 20 is closed, the middle wall 2133 abuts against the fourth flange 2241 on the rear wall 222 of the drawer body 22, and the vertical wall 2132 covers the fourth flange 2241, so as to seal the drawer assembly 20.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 7, a protrusion 2116 is further disposed on the lower slot wall 2111 of the U-shaped guiding slot 211, and the protrusion 2116 cooperates with the rear wall 222 of the drawer body 22 to ensure that the drawer body 22 is not completely detached from the drawer cover 21 during the process of moving out of the refrigeration compartment 100.
Accordingly, the present invention further provides a refrigerator (not shown), which can obtain the beneficial effects of the refrigeration chamber in the above embodiments by using the refrigeration chamber described in the above embodiments, and since no improvement is made to other structures or functions of the refrigerator, further description is not repeated here.
