Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic tea making machine, which is designed for automatically preparing tea drinks.
Background
While automatic coffee machines for the automatic preparation of coffee have been known for a long time, automatic tea brewing machines have been developed in the recent past which are designed specifically for the automatic preparation of tea drinks.
Disclosure of Invention
The aim of the invention is to provide an automatic tea brewing machine with improved functionality.
The above objects are at least partly achieved according to the present invention by a method for control of an automatic tea brewing machine, comprising the steps of: a first brew is made with one serving of tea, a second brew and optionally more with the same serving without intermediate removal of the serving from the automatic tea maker.
Some teas, especially green tea, are suitable for multiple infusions. Some drinkers will brew a second and more brew with the same serving of tea even before the first brew. Multiple brew cycles can be performed with the same serving of tea by means of the automatic tea brewing machine described above.
The second or more brew is effected without intermediate removal of the portion of tea from the automatic tea maker. The tea leaves are left in the automatic tea maker for the entire period of time of the multiple brew.
Preferably, a receptacle is provided which is designed to receive the tea leaves and is arranged in the brewing container of the automatic tea brewing machine for the time period during which each brew is to be carried out in such a way that it is in contact with the hot water introduced into the brewing container for each brew. The receptacle is furthermore preferably designed such that, at the end of each brew of tea leaves, it is no longer in contact with the hot water introduced into the brewing container.
The object is also achieved according to the invention at least in part by a control device of an automatic tea brewing machine, which is designed to carry out or comprise means for carrying out the method or one of the embodiments of the method described above.
The control device may in particular have a microprocessor and a memory connected thereto, for example a RAM or ROM memory, on which a program with program instructions can be stored, the execution of which on the microprocessor controls and/or influences the execution of the method.
The object is also achieved according to the invention at least in part by an automatic tea brewing machine designed for the automatic preparation of a tea beverage and designed for carrying out or comprising a device for carrying out the method or an embodiment of the method, in particular with the control device as described above.
A brewing receptacle is understood to be a receptacle in which hot water is brought into contact with a portion of tea leaves for a preferably predetermined or specifiable brewing time, so that the constituents of the tea leaves can enter the water and in this way the water is made into a tea drink. This process is commonly denoted "brewing" and the capsule described above is accordingly denoted "brewing capsule". A portion of the tea leaves is retained in a volume of hot water for a certain period of time and is denoted as "brew".
The automatic tea brewing machine has preferably a hot water inlet pipe which is designed to introduce hot water into the brewing container. The water heater is preferably designed with a heating medium for heating the water preferably to a preset or specifiable brewing temperature before the water is introduced into the brewing container through the hot water inlet pipe.
The automatic tea brewing machine furthermore preferably has a feeding device in which the tea leaves can be placed by the user. Furthermore, a transport device can be provided, which is designed to transport the tea leaves into and/or out of the brewing container.
The automatic tea maker is preferably designed for automatically preparing tea from loose tea leaves.
The automatic tea brewing machine preferably has a control device which is designed to control the automatic tea brewing machine. The control device can have, for example, a microprocessor and a memory connected thereto, on which a program with program instructions can be stored, the execution of which on the microprocessor controls and/or influences the performance of a predetermined process, in particular the automatic preparation of a tea drink.
In the following, different embodiments will be described, each of which is applicable to the method, the control device, the automatic tea brewing machine, respectively, and wherein the embodiments can be combined arbitrarily.
In one embodiment the method further comprises the steps of: the recovery or rejection of the first bubbles and the output of the second and optionally further bubbles. Some tea drinkers prefer not to drink a particular tea, especially the first brew of green tea, but to drink from a second or more brew. By means of the automatic tea brewing machine, the first brew which is not delivered to the tea drinker can be automatically prepared first before the second and, if necessary, further brew which is delivered to the tea drinker is prepared. The first brew, precisely the first brew of the tea drink, can be introduced for example into the water tank of an automatic tea maker or directly through a drain to waste water.
In one embodiment, the automatic tea brewing machine has a tea output device which is designed for the output of tea drinks and a waste water tank or waste water output device which is designed for the recovery or discharge of water as waste water.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic partial cross-sectional view of an embodiment of an automatic tea brewing machine. The automatic tea maker 2 has a housing 4 in which the different elements of the automatic tea maker 2 are accommodated.
The automatic tea brewing machine 2 comprises in particular the following elements:
a brewing receptacle 6 in which a sieve 8 is arranged,
a water heater 10 with a water inlet pipe 12,
-a tea leaf feeding device 14 for feeding tea leaves,
an output module 16 with an output pipe 18,
control device 20 and
display and operating means 22.
The brewing container 6 can be designed in particular as a glass or ceramic cylinder with an upwardly directed opening 24 for introducing hot water 26 into the brewing container 6. The brewing container 6 has an outlet 28 on the underside, through which the brewed tea beverage is delivered to the output module 16.
A sieve 8 may be arranged or disposed in the brewing receptacle 6. The sieve 8 preferably has a recess 30 for receiving tea leaves 32. The tea leaves 32 may be delivered to the automatic tea maker 2 by the tea feeding device 14. For this purpose, the tea leaf charging device 14 preferably has an opening into which the user can load tea leaves, preferably loose tea leaves. The tea feeding means 14 is arranged to feed a dose of tea 30 onto the sieve 8. The sieve 8 is preferably movable in the brewing receptacle. In particular, the tea leaves 30 are movable back and forth in the brewing receptacle 6 by means of the sieve 8.
The water heater 10 is designed to heat water to a preset or settable brewing temperature. For this purpose, the water heater 10 has a corresponding heating medium, for example an electric heating plate. The water heater 10 may be supplied by, for example, a water tank or an existing fresh water pipe. The water inlet pipe 12 is designed to introduce the water heated by the boiler 10 into the brewing container 6 through the opening 24.
The output module 16 is designed to output the tea beverage guided by the discharge opening 28 through the output tube 18 after brewing, so that the finished tea beverage 34 is filled into, for example, a cup 36 or a jug. The output module 16 has, in particular, controllable valves, by means of which the output times and/or the output quantity can be controlled.
The control device 20 is designed to control the operation of the automatic tea brewing machine 2. The control device may in particular have a microprocessor and a memory connected thereto, for example a RAM or ROM memory, on which a program with program instructions is stored, the execution of which on the microprocessor influences the control of the automatic tea brewing machine 2.
The display and operating device 22 preferably includes an input element by which a user may request the output of the tea beverage through the automatic tea brewing machine 2. Furthermore, the display and operating device 22 comprises a display, by means of which the user can know the operating state or faults of the automatic tea brewing machine 2.
The following will describe possible operating steps of the automatic tea brewing machine 2. The control device is preferably designed to control the steps performed by the elements of the automatic tea brewing machine 2.
1. The user loads loose tea leaves 32 into the automatic tea maker via the tea feeding device 14. The tea leaves arrive in the sieve 8.
2. The user selects, for example, a brew of a cup on the display and operating means 22.
3. The required amount of water for one cup will be introduced into the brewing container 6 by the boiler 10 through the water inlet pipe 12.
4. The sieve 8 is lowered in the brewing receptacle 6 to a position where the tea leaves 32 are in contact with the water in the brewing receptacle 6.
5. After a given brewing time, the sieve 8 will rise again, so that the tea leaves 32 are no longer in contact with the water in the brewing container 6.
6. The finished tea beverage 34 will be output from the brewing container 28 through the output module 16 and output tube 18.
7. The tea leaves 32 will preferably be automatically removed by the sieve 8.
The automatic tea brewing machine 2 is designed such that multiple brewing of the same tea leaf 32 can be carried out by means of the automatic tea brewing machine 2 without having to remove the tea leaf 32 from the automatic tea brewing machine 2 in the middle. In particular, the control device 20 is designed to control the automatic tea brewing machine 2 for performing multiple brewing of the same tea leaf 32.
Fig. 2a-d show an embodiment of a method of controlling the automatic tea maker 2. The respective diagrams in this case show the brewing container 2 at different method times.
The various steps of the method will be described below with respect to fig. 2 a-d.
1. First the tea leaves 32 are arranged in the sieve 8 (see fig. 2 a). This step may be performed by the user through the tea feeding device 14.
2. The required amount of water 50 for the first brew is introduced into the brewing receptacle 6 through the water inlet tube 12 by means of the boiler 10, and the sieve 8 is then lowered to a position where the tea leaves 32 come into contact with the amount of water 50 (see fig. 2 b).
3. After a preset brew time for the first brew, the sieve 8 is raised so that the tea leaves 32 are no longer in contact with the water 50 (see fig. 2 c). The quantity of water 50 can be output as a tea beverage through the output module 16 and the output tube 18 (arrow 52) or, if output of the first brew is not desired, through the output module 16 into the water tank of the automatic tea maker or discharged through a drain (arrow 54).
4. The required amount of water 56 for the second brew is introduced into the brewing receptacle 6 through the water inlet tube 12 by means of the boiler 10, and the sieve 8 is then lowered to a position where the tea leaves 32 come into contact with the amount of water 56 (see fig. 2 b).
5. After a preset brew time for the second brew the sieve 8 will rise such that the tea leaves 32 are no longer in contact with the water volume 56 (see fig. 2 c). The quantity of water 56 will be output as a tea beverage through output module 16 and output tube 18.
6. The tea leaves 32 may then be removed from the sieve 8 or may be further brewed with the tea leaves.
Claims (6)
1. A method for controlling an automatic tea brewing machine (2) designed for automatically preparing a tea beverage by loose tea leaves going in and out in a brewing container (6) by means of a sieve (8), comprising the steps of:
-performing a first brew with a dose of tea leaves (32),
-a second and more brew with the same serving of said tea leaves (32) without intermediate removal of the serving of said tea leaves (32) from said automatic tea brewing machine (2).
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
-the recovery or discharge of the first bubbles as waste water,
-output of the second and further bubbles.
3. A control device (20) for an automatic tea brewing machine (2) designed for carrying out the method according to claim 1 or 2 or comprising a device for carrying out the method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the automatic tea brewing machine (2) is designed for automatically preparing a tea beverage from loose tea leaves.
4. An automatic tea brewing machine (2) designed for the automatic preparation of a tea beverage by loose tea leaves and designed for carrying out the method according to claim 1 or 2 or comprising a device for carrying out the method according to claim 1 or 2.
5. Automatic tea brewing machine (2) according to claim 4, having a control device (20) according to claim 3.
6. Automatic tea brewing machine (2) according to claim 4,
-having an output device (16,18) designed for the output of a tea beverage, and
-a waste water tank or waste water outlet device designed for the recovery or discharge of water as waste water.
