Abstract

本发明公开了一种美甲铝箔的制造方法,包括以下步骤:A、清洗铝箔表面;B、在铝箔的贴合面涂刷基层涂料,并进行加热固化;C、在固化的基层上涂刷粘贴层涂料;D、将无纺布贴合于基层上,并进行加热固化;E、将贴合有无纺布的铝箔进行切段包装,制得成品美甲铝箔。本发明可以解决现有技术的不足,改善了在含有卸甲水的环境中无纺布与铝箔的粘合效果。

一种美甲铝箔及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及美甲铝箔生产技术领域,尤其是一种美甲铝箔及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,美甲蔚然成风。而如何将指甲油干净、方便地予以去除,也成为一个重要课题,于是有了美甲箔产品的产生。目前已有美甲箔产品,由铝箔无纺布粘合而成,使用时在无纺布上涂抹卸甲水,然后将无纺布与指甲相接地缠绕在手指上,几分钟后即可完成卸甲,而铝箔可防止卸甲水漏出,因此卸甲期间不影响手指活动。这种美甲箔产品非常受欢迎。但是,卸甲水与美甲铝箔接触后,由于卸甲水有较强的溶解能力,对粘合层造成溶解破坏,无纺布容易与铝箔脱离。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种美甲铝箔及其制造方法,能够解决现有技术的不足,改善了在含有卸甲水的环境中无纺布与铝箔的粘合效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种美甲铝箔的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A、清洗铝箔表面;
B、在铝箔的贴合面涂刷基层涂料,并进行加热固化;
C、在固化的基层上涂刷粘贴层涂料;
D、将无纺布贴合于基层上,并进行加热固化;
E、将贴合有无纺布的铝箔进行切段包装,制得成品美甲铝箔。
作为优选,步骤A中,在清洗铝箔前,使用刮刀在铝箔的贴合面进行刮擦,形成深度为0.005~0.01mm的刮痕。
作为优选,步骤A中,使用含有2wt%HCl和25wt%乙醇的清洗液对铝箔进行清洗。
作为优选,步骤B中,基层涂料包括,以下均为重量份数,
100~150份的乙醇、50~100份的二甲苯、100~200份的乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、30~40份的三羟甲基丙烷、10~15份的双丙酮丙烯酰胺、10~20份的5-甲基-2-硝基苯胺、20~50份的聚醚胺D400。
作为优选,步骤B中,加热温度为230~250℃,加热时间为15~30s。
作为优选,步骤C中,粘贴层涂料包括,以下均为重量份数,
80~100份的乙酸乙酯、50~70份的乙醇、15~20份的N-苯基-2-萘胺、35~50份的L-赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、20~25份的聚醛酮树脂、3~5份的3,4-二氟苯甲醇。
作为优选,步骤D中,加热温度为275~290℃,加热时间为7~15s。
一种美甲铝箔,使用上述的美甲铝箔的制造方法制造而成。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:本发明生产的美甲铝箔对于卸甲水具有较强的耐溶解性,在使用过程中可以保持无纺布的粘贴完整度。而且在使用过程中易弯折,定型容易、准确,无纺布与甲面贴合度高。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种美甲铝箔的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、清洗铝箔表面;
B、在铝箔的贴合面涂刷基层涂料,并进行加热固化;
C、在固化的基层上涂刷粘贴层涂料;
D、将无纺布贴合于基层上,并进行加热固化;
E、将贴合有无纺布的铝箔进行切段包装,制得成品美甲铝箔。
步骤A中,在清洗铝箔前,使用刮刀在铝箔的贴合面进行刮擦,形成深度为0.005~0.01mm的刮痕。
步骤A中,使用含有2wt%HCl和25wt%乙醇的清洗液对铝箔进行清洗。
步骤B中,基层涂料包括,以下均为重量份数,
120份的乙醇、60份的二甲苯、155份的乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、35份的三羟甲基丙烷、11份的双丙酮丙烯酰胺、15份的5-甲基-2-硝基苯胺、45份的聚醚胺D400。
步骤B中,加热温度为235℃,加热时间为25s。
步骤C中,粘贴层涂料包括,以下均为重量份数,
80份的乙酸乙酯、70份的乙醇、16份的N-苯基-2-萘胺、40份的L-赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、23份的聚醛酮树脂、3份的3,4-二氟苯甲醇。
步骤D中,加热温度为286℃,加热时间为10s。
一种美甲铝箔,使用上述的美甲铝箔的制造方法制造而成。
对比例1
本发明通过对铝箔进行预处理,可以使基层与铝箔的结合强度提高。本对比例将实施例中的步骤A省略,直接按照步骤B在铝箔表面固化基层。然后将本对比例与上述实施例所制备出的带有基层的铝箔进行打磨实验(使用500目的砂纸对基层进行打磨30s,打磨压力为2kg),检测打磨前后的基层平均厚度:

本发明通过在基层涂料中加入三羟甲基丙烷和5-甲基-2-硝基苯胺,可以在高温环境下形成表面不规则的保护层,从而提高基层的稳定性。本对比例在基层涂料中不使用三羟甲基丙烷和5-甲基-2-硝基苯胺,将本对比例与上述实施例所制备出的带有基层的铝箔进行打磨实验(使用500目的砂纸对基层进行打磨30s,打磨压力为2kg),检测打磨前后的基层平均厚度:

本发明通过加入3,4-二氟苯甲醇,可以提高聚醛酮树脂在粘贴层中的稳定性,提高粘贴层的耐腐蚀性。本对比例在粘贴层涂料中未使用3,4-二氟苯甲醇,将使用上述实施例和本对比例完成无纺布粘贴的美甲铝箔放入四氯化碳中浸泡8小时后,测量无纺布的抗拉强度:

发明人发现,在粘贴层涂料中加入0.5wt%的4-硝基-1-萘酚,可以明显提高粘贴层的抗氧化性。本对比例在上述实施例的基础上,在粘贴层涂料中加入0.5wt%的4-硝基-1-萘酚,然后将上述实施例和本对比例完成无纺布粘贴的美甲铝箔放入氧化试验箱,冲入臭氧,试验箱内臭氧浓度保持在85%,静置24小时后取出,测量无纺布的抗拉强度:

发明人发现,在对比例4的基础上,在进行粘贴层固化时,对粘贴面进行加压,可以存进粘贴层与基层的粘贴力。在实施本对比例时,步骤D中,施加2.5MPa的压力,然后将本对比例与对比例4制作的美甲铝箔放入四氯化碳中浸泡8小时后,测量无纺布的抗拉强度:

Claims (3)

1.一种美甲铝箔的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、清洗铝箔表面;
B、在铝箔的贴合面涂刷基层涂料,并进行加热固化;
C、在固化的基层上涂刷粘贴层涂料;
D、将无纺布贴合于基层上,并进行加热固化;
E、将贴合有无纺布的铝箔进行切段包装,制得成品美甲铝箔;
步骤B中,基层涂料包括,以下均为重量份数,
100~150份的乙醇、50~100份的二甲苯、100~200份的乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、30~40份的三羟甲基丙烷、10~15份的双丙酮丙烯酰胺、10~20份的5-甲基-2-硝基苯胺、20~50份的聚醚胺D400;
步骤B中,加热温度为230~250℃,加热时间为15~30s;
步骤C中,粘贴层涂料包括,以下均为重量份数,

3.一种美甲铝箔,其特征在于:使用上述权利要求1-2任意一项所述的美甲铝箔的制造方法制造而成。
