随着经济的日益发展,雾霾问题逐渐成为人们关注的话题。雾霾为空气动力学当量直径小于等于2.5微米的污染物颗粒,主要由二氧化硫、氮氧化物和可吸入颗粒物这三项组成,也包含重金属、多环芳烃等有毒物质。在人们日常出行过程中,雾霾侵入人体呼吸道和肺叶中,从而引起呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、血液系统、生殖系统等疾病,诸如咽喉炎、肺气肿、哮喘、鼻炎、支气管炎等炎症,长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌、心肌缺血及损伤。
路灯,是道路、街道及公众广场上的发光照明系统,基本功能是照明,在交通运输方面发挥着重要的作用。中国路灯存量在2800万-3000万盏。近几年每年新增路灯数量为15%-20%,约300万-600万盏。

具体实施方式
下面举个较佳实施例,并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本发明。
实施例1
请结合图1予以理解,本实施例的太阳能路灯系统100包括有一灯杆10、一灯具20、一太阳能电池组件30(可阵列多个)、一控制器60、一蓄电池、一逆变器和一通过该逆变器与该控制器电连接的鼓风器40,该灯具20和该太阳能电池组件30均设置于该灯杆10的顶部,该灯具20、该太阳能电池组件30、该蓄电池均与该控制器60电连接,为了节省空间,该蓄电池和该逆变器集成于该控制器60内。
请结合图2予以理解,该灯杆10包括一阵列有放电针的放电杆11、一放电内筒12和一绝缘外筒13,需要说明绝缘外筒13可以是不锈钢材质,只需和放电内筒12使用绝缘支架阻隔即可,以防止触电。该放电杆11嵌套于该放电内筒12内,该放电内筒12嵌套于该绝缘外筒13内,该放电内筒12的筒壁和该绝缘外筒13的筒壁均阵列有网孔,以排放净化后的气体,该放电杆11和该放电内筒12之间施加电压,根据二者间隙和除霾要求,通常使用逆变器在该放电杆11和该放电内筒12之间施加10KV至1000KV电压,以便能够形成电弧放电,将雾霾中的醛、酮、烃、脂肪酸、醇、芳香族化合物、酯、内酯、杂环化合物、苯并芘、挥发性亚硝胺和杂环胺类化合物高致癌物分解成二氧化碳和水等无毒小分子。请同时结合图1予以理解,该鼓风器40提供动力,将吸入的气体经该放电内筒12后,由该绝缘外筒13排出,用以源源不断地净化雾霾气体。
为了提高静电除霾效率,在该放电杆11和该放电内筒12之间通常还设置有网状的触媒载体,如图2,触媒载体可以直接固定于该放电内筒12的内表面并同时带负电,该触媒载体上均布有锐钛型纳米二氧化钛和氧化钨反应触媒,用于在静电除霾过程中提升催化性能。
请结合图1和图3予以理解,该鼓风器40包括一具有百叶窗的外壳41、一活性炭过滤网44和一鼓风机45,该活性炭过滤网44和该鼓风机45均设置于该外壳41内,该活性炭过滤网44设置于该鼓风机45的吸风口,在过滤网上附着活性炭、光触媒、儿茶素、沸石粉或过锰酸钾,以增加机器杀菌、除臭、分解有机溶剂的能力。在雾霾深度污染环境,需要在活性炭过滤网44前设置大颗粒粉尘过滤网42(>10μm粉尘)和HEPA过滤器43,以便提升过滤效果。图3的鼓风器40还设计有管接口46,以便将雾霾气体输送至灯杆10予以静电分解处理。
请结合图1和图4予以理解,为了使用于高架桥和空旷区域,该太阳能路灯系统的灯杆顶端还设计有避雷器50,该避雷器包括一瓷壶绝缘子51、一引雷针52、一与该引雷针52电连接的导弧棒54和一放电钢脚55,该引雷针52固定于该瓷壶绝缘子51的顶端,该放电钢脚55设置于该瓷壶绝缘子51的底部,该导弧棒54为弯折状且靠近该放电钢脚55,导弧棒54能够引导引雷针52接收的电荷,以便在导弧棒54的端部和放电钢脚55之间形成针对性地电弧放电。图4中还给出了具有两个穿刺孔的导线架53,穿刺能够刺破导线金属丝,不仅固定牢固,还有利于电流传输,能够将太阳能电池组件30产生的电能输送至远方,也能够接收远方的电能。
请结合图1予以理解,该太阳能路灯系统还包括一具有显示屏61的集成有无线通信模块的充电桩62,该充电桩62与该控制器电连接,该无线通信模块与该显示屏61电连接,实际生产时,显示屏61、充电桩62和控制器60通常采用一体设计,以便简洁美观。
该太阳能路灯系统还包括一监控探头70、一搁置架80和一用于测量车重的压电侧重模块90。监控探头70、一搁置架80和压电侧重模块90并非同时必须,换句话说,可根据应用场合适当选择,该监控探头70与该无线通信模块电连接,该搁置架80固定于该绝缘外筒的外表面,该压电侧重模块90固定于该灯杆的底部。
设置显示屏61不仅能够播报公共信息,还能够显示二维码,以便协助充电桩62形成扫码付电费之功能。充电桩62上集成USB、48V、220V和380V供电接口,以便满足小家电和汽车供电需求。监控探头70既可用于市区安防,又可协助压电侧重模块90查处超载车辆,实现智慧行政。
实施例2
本实施例的太阳能路灯系统和实施例1的太阳能路灯系统具有较多相似之处,例如,该灯杆200包括一阵列有放电针的放电杆211、一放电内筒212和一绝缘外筒213,这些相似之处不再赘述,与实施例1的太阳能路灯系统不同,请结合图5予以理解,该灯杆200内设置有一旋流腔室,该旋流腔室的外壁阵列有进风孔223,该旋流腔室内还设置有倒置的圆台形的导流管224和一环形喷雾器219。
该旋流腔室的内壁上设置有环形初效过滤器225,环形初效过滤器225可以滤除粉尘和固体颗粒(>10μm),在一些应用场合还要求环形初效过滤器225还要具有除湿的功能。该导流管224的靠近其入气口的侧壁上阵列有多个通气孔226,该导流管224通过该些通气孔226与该些进风孔223连通,该鼓风器218设置于该旋流腔室内并且靠近该导流管224的出气口,该导流管224的入气口的截面积小于该导流管224的出气口的截面积,以便雾霾气体螺旋上升,形成紊流(旋流)效应,气体分子和固体灰尘颗粒运动速率不同,易于形成分层现象,有利于喷雾除尘。
该鼓风器218用于使得气流依次经该些进风孔223、该导流管224的入气口、该导流管224的出气口、该鼓风器218的吸气口220、该鼓风器218的排气口217最终输送至该放电内筒212。该旋流腔室的靠近该排气口217处还设置有两个中效过滤器,分别为隔板式中效过滤器216和组合式中效过滤器215,滤料通常采用无纺布和玻璃纤维,也可掺入适量活性炭以选择性吸附甲醛、苯系物、TVOC、氨等对人体有害的气体分子,中效过滤器还能够较好地拦截2-5μm的颗粒灰尘和悬浮物,延长了静电除霾部件的使用寿命。
该旋流腔室的顶部设置有一阵列有多个微孔的环形分流器214,该环形分流器214的微孔数量随着远离其中心逐渐减少,以提高静电除尘效率。该旋流腔室的底部还设置有一漏斗227和一气液分离器228,该导流管224的入气口、该漏斗227的进液口、该漏斗227的出液口和该气液分离器228的进液口依次连通,以便含尘酸雨的收集和分离。
使用时,在鼓风器218(涡轮泵)的强力作用下,雾霾气体透过该旋流腔室的外壁的进风孔223,经环形初效过滤器225初步滤除粉尘大颗粒(>10μm)和悬浮毛丝,透过通气孔226进入导流管224。由于导流管224的入气口窄,出气口宽,雾霾气体螺旋上升,形成紊流222(旋流)效应,并出现气体分子(快)和灰尘颗粒(慢)分层现象。环形喷雾器219向灰尘颗粒喷射水雾221,灰尘颗粒作为凝结核,迅速凝结成雨滴并降落至该漏斗227内,经气液分离器228的分离并予以收集,气体分子经鼓风器218的排气口217,涡喷向隔板式中效过滤器216和组合式中效过滤器215,进一步拦截2-5μm的颗粒灰尘和悬浮物,环形分流器214的微孔具有导流和增速的作用,可将处理后的气体输运至放电内筒212,进行静电分解处理。通过上述产品设计,该太阳能路灯系统具清除雾霾、净化环境和缓解呼吸健康问题的功能。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该太阳能路灯系统包括有一灯杆、一灯具、一太阳能电池组件、一控制器、一蓄电池、一逆变器和一通过该逆变器与该控制器电连接的鼓风器,该灯具和该太阳能电池组件均设置于该灯杆的顶部,该灯具、该太阳能电池组件、该蓄电池均与该控制器电连接,
该灯杆包括一阵列有放电针的放电杆、一放电内筒和一绝缘外筒,该放电杆嵌套于该放电内筒内,该放电内筒嵌套于该绝缘外筒内,该放电内筒的筒壁和该绝缘外筒的筒壁均阵列有网孔,该放电杆和该放电内筒之间能够形成电弧放电,该鼓风器能够将吸入的气体经该放电内筒由该绝缘外筒排出。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该太阳能路灯系统还包括一设置于该放电杆和该放电内筒之间的网状的触媒载体,该触媒载体上均布有反应触媒。
3.如权利要求1-2中任意一项所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该鼓风器包括一具有百叶窗的外壳、一活性炭过滤网和一鼓风机,该活性炭过滤网和该鼓风机均设置于该外壳内,该活性炭过滤网设置于该鼓风机的吸风口。
4.如权利要求3所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该太阳能路灯系统还包括一设置于该灯杆顶端的避雷器,该避雷器包括一瓷壶绝缘子、一引雷针、一与该引雷针电连接的导弧棒和一放电钢脚,该引雷针固定于该瓷壶绝缘子的顶端,该放电钢脚设置于该瓷壶绝缘子的底部,该导弧棒为弯折状且靠近该放电钢脚。
5.如权利要求3所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该太阳能路灯系统还包括一具有显示屏的集成有无线通信模块的充电桩,该充电桩与该控制器电连接,该无线通信模块与该显示屏电连接。
6.如权利要求3所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该太阳能路灯系统还包括一监控探头,该监控探头与该无线通信模块电连接。
7.如权利要求3所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该太阳能路灯系统还包括一搁置架,该搁置架固定于该绝缘外筒的外表面。
8.如权利要求3所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该太阳能路灯系统还包括一用于测量车重的压电侧重模块,该压电侧重模块固定于该灯杆的底部。
9.如权利要求2所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该灯杆内设置有一旋流腔室,该旋流腔室的外壁阵列有进风孔,该旋流腔室内还设置有圆台形的导流管和一环形喷雾器,该导流管的入气口与该些进风孔连通,该鼓风器设置于该旋流腔室内并且靠近该导流管的出气口,该导流管的入气口的截面积小于该导流管的出气口的截面积,该鼓风器用于使得气流依次经该些进风孔、该入气口、该出气口、该鼓风器的吸气口、该鼓风器的排气口和该放电内筒,该环形喷雾器用于向该导流管内的环流气体喷洒水雾。
10.如权利要求9所述的太阳能路灯系统,其特征在于,该导流管的靠近其入气口的侧壁上阵列有多个通气孔,该导流管通过该些通气孔与该些进风孔连通,该旋流腔室还设置有一漏斗和一气液分离器,该入气口、该漏斗的进液口、该漏斗的出液口和该气液分离器的进液口依次连通。
