The invention has the advantages that the facial mask paper is die-cut on the material through the matching of the first die-cutting roller and the second die-cutting roller, the processing is convenient and reliable, the facial mask to be processed adopts vertical feeding, so that the invention can vertically die-cut the material, the material can be conveniently and reliably transferred after die-cutting, the subsequent processing of the product is convenient, and the first die-cutting roller and the second die-cutting roller are horizontally arranged, the space on the equipment is reasonably utilized, the structure is simple, the installation and debugging are convenient, the action is reliable, the service life is long, the processing efficiency is high, and the die-cutting effect is good.
The first die-cutting roller 222 and the second die-cutting roller 223 are both provided with a suction tray 225. The suction disc can generate suction force to the facial mask to enable the facial mask to be adsorbed on the roll shaft, and the product can be conveniently processed.
The die-cutting frame 221 is provided with a rolling brush 2222 for waste cutting and cleaning of the first die-cutting roller 222 and a rolling brush plate 2223 for mounting the rolling brush 2222. The rolling brush plate 2223 is L-shaped, and the L-shaped rolling brush plate 2223 is provided with an adjusting hole 22231 for adjusting the relative position of the rolling brush piece 2222 and the first die-cutting roller 222. Such structure can carry out timely clearance to remaining waste material in the work, avoids influencing subsequent processing of product.
A flat brush component 2231 is arranged on the die cutting frame 221, and the flat brush component 2231 is arranged above the second die cutting roller 223. A waste cleaning mechanism 24 for discharging the folding defective products is arranged between the folding mechanism 23 and the film inserting device 3. The structure enables the materials which are not completely folded and enter the second conveying part and the third conveying part to be detected and discharged, and the defective rate of products is reduced. The waste cleaning device is controlled by a PLC, and air is blown when waste arrives, so that waste materials are accurately blown down.
According to the invention, PLC control is adopted, a plurality of detection units are arranged, unqualified masks can be continuously moved along with a conveying mechanism until the masks fall down when a waste cleaning mechanism or a discharging mechanism is opened after final bagging after a defective product is detected, and the quality of finished products collected by a material receiving mechanism is ensured. The PLC is adopted to control the servo motor to drive the mechanism to act, the synchronization performance is good, and the PLC is monitored constantly to ensure the processing quality of products.
