As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lower powder channel 5 is in a horn shape with a small upper end and a large lower end, so that after the coffee powder enters the lower powder channel 5 from the powder outlet of the bean grinding device 2, the coffee powder can directly and vertically drop into the funnel 4, and when the coffee powder drops from the small upper end to the large lower end, the coffee powder cannot contact with the inner wall of the lower powder channel 5, and therefore, the coffee powder cannot adhere to the inner wall of the lower powder channel 5.

By adjusting the adjusting ring 10, the matching distance between the grinding disc 11 and the grinding knife 12 can be changed, and the thickness degree of the coffee powder can be adjusted in the grinding process according to the use requirement. The bean grinding device 2 further comprises a knob 13 positioned above the adjusting ring 10, the knob 13 is fixedly connected with the adjusting ring 10, the adjusting ring 10 is rotated through the knob 13, the adjusting force is small, and the operation is more convenient and labor-saving. The bean grinding device 2 further comprises a bean storage tank 14 above the adjusting ring 10, which bean storage tank 14 is used for storing coffee beans and supplying the coffee beans between the grinding disc 11 and the grinding blade 12. When coffee is to be brewed, a sufficient amount of coffee beans are firstly added into the bean storage box 14, then the coffee machine is started, the thickness of coffee powder is regulated according to personal preference, specifically, the knob 13 is rotated to drive the bean storage box 14 to rotate, the bean storage box 14 drives the regulating ring 10 to rotate, the regulating ring 10 and the base 9 are relatively rotated, the regulating ring 10 can move in the up-down direction of the base 9 in the process of relative rotation due to the threaded fit, and the grinding disc 11 and the regulating ring 10 are fixed in the up-down direction due to the fact that the grinding disc 12 and the base 9 are fixed in the up-down direction, so that when the regulating ring 10 moves up-down relative to the base 9, the grinding disc 11 and the grinding blade 12 also move up-down relatively, the gap size between the grinding disc 11 and the grinding blade 12 is changed, and coffee powder with different thickness degrees can be ground according to the gap size after the coffee beans enter the grinding gap between the grinding disc 11 and the grinding blade 12. After the coffee powder comes out from the powder outlet of the bean grinding device 2, the powder scraping plate 6 rotates together with the grinding knife 12 to scrape the coffee powder at the powder outlet, so that the coffee powder enters the powder discharging channel 5. Because the powder discharging channel 5 is designed along the vertical direction, and meanwhile, a powder discharging cover 8 is arranged between the bottom of the powder discharging channel 5 and the top of the funnel 4 in a surrounding way, so that coffee powder cannot be influenced by the outside, and the coffee powder directly falls down along the powder discharging channel 5 and cannot contact with the powder discharging channel 5 in the falling process. When the coffee powder falls from the powder discharging channel 5, the coffee powder directly enters the funnel 4 of the brewing device 3, and when the coffee powder in the funnel 4 is enough, hot water is added to drip and brew, so that brewed coffee can be obtained.
