In a second aspect, a method for installing a curtain wall frame on the top of a tower includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing materials; when each section of steel member of the curtain wall frame is produced by a manufacturer, the steel member is manufactured according to the size of a drawing and the process requirement in a sectional setting and is numbered, and the length of each section of the segmented steel member does not exceed 2.2m; and reserving welding shrinkage and machining allowances required by cutting, end face milling and the like during lofting, wherein the segmented sections of different columns are staggered up and down so as to avoid that all sections are positioned on one elevation to increase the stability of the columns. And reserving margins of 30-50mm in the length direction of each steel member, and staggering the sectional surfaces of different upright posts up and down by 200mm. The tower is higher (about 100m high), steel construction engineering all is located the roof region, because tower major structure has been accomplished, the regional curtain of outer facade lower part commercial skirt room of tower is accomplished basically, construction tower crane and construction elevator have been demolishd, each steel member can't adopt former tower to hang hoist, also can't adopt construction elevator to carry out vertical transportation, therefore the construction degree of difficulty is great, can't adopt conventional scheme construction, according to on-the-spot and engineering characteristics, limited by on-the-spot hoist and mount condition, the steel construction adopts the segmentation of factory of manufacture to make on-the-spot concatenation, adopt the indoor elevator that has operated to carry out vertical transportation, every section of component adopts the manual work to transport to the elevator that has operated, according to the high restriction of elevator, every section length of steel member is no longer than 2.2m.
Step two: the steel members are vertically transferred from the ground to the top roof of the tower; and each section of steel member is manually transported to the operated indoor elevator, is transported to the highest floor where the elevator can reach by the operated indoor elevator, and is transported to the top roof of the tower by the manual operation.
Step three: horizontally transferring the steel members on the roof of the top layer of the tower; and transferring each steel member to the position near the corresponding installation position by using two flatcars according to the number of the steel member, wherein channel steel with an upward opening is arranged below the flatcars to serve as a track, and wheels of the flatcars are positioned in open grooves of the track and run along the track. Before transferring, the age and the bearing capacity of the top layer roof structure floor slab of the tower are confirmed, and the transfer can be carried out when the age and the bearing capacity of the top layer roof structure floor slab of the tower meet the requirements; in all areas where the construction transfer channel passes, if the top roof of the tower is constructed, protective measures for the top roof of the tower must be taken, and dragging on the constructed ground is forbidden, so that the contact area between the wheels and the top roof of the tower can be increased by adopting a channel steel rail, and the top roof of the tower is prevented from being damaged.
Step four: installing a lantern frame; two sets of chain blocks are arranged at the upper part of the lantern frame, and universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the lantern frame; in the construction process, the heavier steel member needs to be lifted by the lantern frame to move. All components of the lantern frame are connected through bolts and are transported to an installation roof through an indoor elevator; each side of lantern frame respectively installs a cable wind rope, the stability of lantern frame when guaranteeing to promote the steel member, and cable wind rope upper end and lantern frame adopt the otic placode to be connected, and the lower extreme can adopt the chemistry crab-bolt to be connected with the concrete roof. Four column bases of the lantern frame are provided with universal wheels and universal wheel locking structures, and the maximum weight of the steel member hoisted by the lantern frame is about 1 t. Because the lantern frame is located the roof eminence, in the construction process, the lantern frame need promote the converting position, for the safety, additional column base counter weight makes the counter weight strength of whole lantern frame rearmounted to weight evenly distributed when hoist and mount steel member prevents to topple.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a method for installing a curtain wall frame on the top floor of a tower includes the following steps:
step S1: preparing materials, namely manufacturing and numbering each section of steel member of the curtain wall frame in a manufacturing plant according to the size of a drawing and technological requirements in a sectional manner, wherein the length of each section of the steel member after the section is not more than 2.2m; welding shrinkage and cutting, end face milling and other required machining allowances are reserved during lofting, wherein the up-and-down dislocation of the segmented sections of different columns 11 is 200mm so as to avoid that all the sections are positioned at one elevation to increase the stability of the columns 11. And reserving a margin of 30 to 50mm in the length direction of each steel member. The tower is higher (about 100m high), steel construction engineering all is located the roof region, because tower major structure has been accomplished, the regional curtain of outer facade lower part of tower is accomplished basically, construction tower crane and construction elevator have been demolishd, each steel member can't adopt former tower to hang hoist, also can't adopt construction elevator to carry out vertical transportation, therefore the construction degree of difficulty is great, can't adopt conventional scheme construction, according to scene and engineering characteristics, limited by on-the-spot hoist and mount condition, the steel construction adopts the segmentation of factory of manufacture field concatenation, adopt the indoor elevator of having operated to carry out vertical transportation, every section of component adopts the manual work to transport to the elevator of having operated, according to the high restriction of elevator, every section length of steel member is no longer than 2.2m.
Step S2: the steel members are vertically transferred from the ground to the roof level. And each section of steel member is manually transported to the operated indoor elevator, and the operated indoor elevator is transported to the highest floor where the elevator can reach and then is manually transported to the construction roof.
And step S3: horizontally transferring the steel members on the roof of the top layer of the tower; two platform cars 8 are used according to the steel member serial number and are transported near corresponding mounted position with each steel member, and platform car 8 is including setting up two joists 81 on left and right sides, and a plurality of tie-beams 82 that evenly set up are connected through in the past backward to the inboard of two joists 81, and the downside of every joists 81 is provided with two wheels 83 along the fore-and-aft direction. A 16a channel steel with an upward opening is arranged below the flatcar 8 and serves as a track, and wheels of the flatcar 8 are located in an opening groove of the track and move along the track; before transferring, the age and the bearing capacity of the floor slab of the top roof structure of the tower are confirmed, and the floor slab of the top roof structure of the tower can be transferred when the age and the bearing capacity meet the requirements; in all areas where the construction transfer channel passes, if the top roof of the tower is constructed, protective measures for the top roof of the tower must be taken, and dragging on the constructed ground is forbidden, so that the contact area between the wheels and the top roof of the tower can be increased by adopting a channel steel rail, and the top roof of the tower is prevented from being damaged.
And step S4: installing a lantern frame 9; as shown in fig. 6 and 7, two sets of chain blocks 93 are arranged at the upper part of the lantern frame 9, and universal wheels are arranged at the bottom; during construction, the heavier steel members need to be lifted by the lantern frame 9 to move. Each component of the lantern frame 9 is transported to an installation roof in advance through an indoor elevator and is connected through bolts; each side of lantern frame 9 respectively installs a cable rope 91, guarantees lantern frame 9's stability when promoting the steel member. The cable wind rope 91 is a phi 12 steel wire rope, the upper end of the cable wind rope is connected with the lantern frame 9 by an ear plate, and the lower end of the cable wind rope can be connected with the concrete roof 5 by 4 post phi 12 chemical anchor bolts. Four column feet of lantern frame 9 are provided with universal wheel and universal wheel locking structure, and the steel member maximum weight that adopts lantern frame 9 hoist and mount is about 1 t. Because the lantern frame 9 is located at the high position of the roof, the lantern frame 9 needs to be pushed to change positions in the construction process. For safety, the additional column foot counterweight 92 is 200kg counterweight 92 which is firstly evenly piled up around each column foot, then 200kg counterweight 92 is respectively added at the positions of the two subsequent column feet, when the counterweight 92 is placed, the four column feet are evenly and simultaneously symmetrically weighted to 200kg, and then the two subsequent columns are simultaneously symmetrically weighted to 400kg.
