Abstract
The invention discloses a control method of a clothes processing device, which comprises the following steps: injecting water into at least one of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder to enable the water level in the outer cylinder to reach a first water level, wherein the height of the articles to be washed placed in the inner cylinder is higher than that of the first water level; starting the spraying component to spray water into the inner cylinder body to soak articles in the inner cylinder body until the water level in the outer cylinder body reaches a second water level which is lower than the first water level, and stopping spraying water by the spraying component; starting the inner cylinder body to move; and circulating the steps to enable the water level in the outer cylinder body to reach the first water level after the inner cylinder body rotates. S4: after the above steps are circulated to rotate the inner cylinder 30, the water level in the outer cylinder 20 reaches the first water level. It should be noted that, after the water thrown from the articles to be washed into the outer cylinder 20 is lower than the first water level, the operation of step S1 is performed again to inject water into the outer cylinder 20 or the inner cylinder 30 until the first water level is reached. As shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes: the spray device comprises a shell 10, an outer cylinder 20, an inner cylinder 30 and a spray assembly 40. It should be noted that the laundry treatment apparatus 100 may be a washing machine, for example, the laundry treatment apparatus 100 may be a drum washing machine.
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a casing 10, an outer drum 20 disposed in the casing 10, and an inner drum 30 rotatably disposed in the outer drum 20. A gap is formed between the outer cylinder body 20 and the inner cylinder body 30, a water containing groove 210 is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder body 20, and a through hole is formed in the inner cylinder body 30 and is communicated with the outer cylinder body 20 and the inner cylinder body 30.
As shown in fig. 1, the lower end (in the up-down direction in fig. 1) of the spray assembly 40 is a water inlet end 430, and the water inlet end 430 is communicated with the water containing groove 210 of the outer cylinder 20. The upper end (in the up-down direction as shown in fig. 1) of the shower assembly 40 extends into the inner cylinder 30. A spray head (not shown) may be disposed at an upper end (in an up-and-down direction as shown in fig. 1) of the spray assembly 40, and water in the water tank 210 may enter the spray assembly 40 from the water inlet end 430 and be sprayed into the inner cylinder 30 through the spray head. A pump body 420 is communicatively coupled to the spray assembly 40 to provide a driving force for the flow of water within the spray assembly 40. A heating assembly 410 is also disposed above the pump body 420 (in the up-down direction as shown in fig. 1), and the heating assembly 410 can heat the water flow in the spraying assembly 40.
The washing program of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 sequentially includes: a wetting process, a washing process, a rinsing process, and a dehydrating process. When washing clothes, firstly, the clothes to be washed and detergent are put into the inner cylinder 30, and the specific operation method of the washing program includes:
s100: and (5) soaking.
S110: water is injected into the water receiving tub 210 to make the water level reach a first water level.
S120: the pump body 420 is activated to pump the water in the water receiving tub 210 into the shower assembly 40 and spray water into the inner drum 30 through the shower assembly 40 to wet the laundry in the inner drum 30. In the spraying and wetting process, the inner cylinder 30 rotates at a rotating speed of 35-55 rpm, so that clothes can be uniformly sprayed, and the clothes wetting speed is improved.
S130: when the water level in the water tank 210 is lowered to the second water level, the pump body 420 stops working, and the spraying assembly 40 stops spraying water.
S140: as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when the spraying assembly 40 stops spraying water, the rotation speed of the inner cylinder 30 is increased to 150 and 250 revolutions/min, so as to throw the inner cylinder 30 and part of the water in the clothes into the water containing tank 210.
It can be understood that, due to the water absorption of the laundry, when the inner drum 30 moves, the water thrown from the laundry into the water receiving tub 210 does not reach the first water level, i.e., the water level in the water receiving tub 210 is lower than the first water level.
S150: the above steps (S110-S140) are circulated to make the water level in the water tank 210 reach the first water level after the inner cylinder 30 rotates at 150 revolutions per minute and 250 revolutions per minute.
It should be noted that, after the water thrown from the laundry into the water tank 210 is lower than the first water level, the water tank 210 is filled with water until the water reaches the first water level. When the water level in the water receiving tub 210 reaches the first water level, the water supply to the water receiving tub 210 is stopped, and the operations of steps S110 to S140 are performed. It can be understood that the laundry may absorb a portion when it is first sprayed. Therefore, after the second spraying, more water is thrown from the laundry into the water receiving tub 210 than water is thrown from the laundry into the water receiving tub 210 for the first time. When the steps S110 to S140 are repeated again, the water thrown from the laundry into the water receiving tub 210 shows a tendency to increase. The operations of steps S110 to S140 are continuously repeated until the water thrown from the laundry into the water receiving tub 210 reaches the first water level. At this time, the laundry is already in a completely wetted state.
S200: and (5) washing procedures.
S210: after the wetting of the laundry is completed, a washing process is started. In the washing process, the inner cylinder 30 is rotated at a speed of 45-55 rpm for about 10 minutes to wash the clothes.
S220: the inner cylinder 30 is operated at 150 and 250 rpm to spin part of the water in the inner cylinder 30 and the clothes into the water containing tank 210 of the outer cylinder 20.
S230: the pump body 420 and the heating unit 410 are activated to heat and spray the water in the water containing tank 210 onto the laundry in the inner drum 30. Repeating the steps of S210-S220 for 2-3 times.
S240: after the washing process is completed, the inner cylinder 30 is rotated at a high speed of 800-.
S300: and (4) rinsing.
S310: water is injected into the water receiving tub 210 to make the water level reach a first water level.
S320: the pump body 420 is activated to spray the water in the water tank 210 onto the laundry in the inner cylinder 30, and the inner cylinder 30 is operated at 35-55 rpm during the spraying process. When the water level in the water receiving tub 210 is lowered to the second water level, the pump body 420 stops operating.
S330: the inner cylinder 30 is operated at a rotation speed of 45-55 rpm to rinse the laundry for about 10 minutes, and the inner cylinder 30 is operated at a rotation speed of 150-.
S340: during the second rinsing, water is injected into the inner cylinder 30 until the water in the inner cylinder 30 completely immerses the laundry into the water, and after the water injection is stopped, the inner cylinder 30 is operated at a rotation speed of 45-55 rpm to rinse the laundry. The rinsing is performed for about three minutes, and the water is discharged to the outside of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and the process of the third rinsing is identical to the process of the second rinsing.
S400: and (5) dehydrating.
S410: after the rinsing process is completed, the inner cylinder 30 is operated at high speed of 800-.
Therefore, by repeating the water injection and spraying operations, a small amount of water can be recycled to soak the articles to be washed until the articles to be washed are in a completely soaked state, so that the articles to be washed can be washed. Therefore, the problem of water resource waste caused by immersing the articles to be washed into water for washing in the traditional washing mode is solved. Correspondingly, the consumption of water is reduced, and the electric quantity consumption in the water injection and washing processes can be reduced, so that electric energy and water resources are saved, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

Claims (8)
1. A control method of a laundry treating apparatus (100), characterized in that the laundry treating apparatus (100) includes:
a housing (10);
the outer cylinder (20), the said outer cylinder (20) is set up in the said body (10);
the inner cylinder (30) is rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder (20), and the inner cylinder (30) is communicated with the outer cylinder (20); and
the spraying assembly (40) is arranged in the shell (10) to spray water to the interior of the inner cylinder (30), and a water inlet end (430) of the spraying assembly (40) is communicated with the bottom of the outer cylinder (20);
the laundry treatment apparatus (100) has a laundry program including a wetting program, and a control method of the wetting program includes:
s1: injecting water into at least one of the inner cylinder (30) and the outer cylinder (20) to enable the water level in the outer cylinder (20) to reach a first water level, wherein the height of the articles to be washed put into the inner cylinder (30) is higher than that of the first water level;
s2: starting the spraying assembly (40) to spray water into the inner cylinder (30) to wet the articles in the inner cylinder (30) until the water level in the outer cylinder (20) reaches a second water level which is lower than the first water level, and stopping spraying water by the spraying assembly (40), wherein in the spraying and wetting process, the inner cylinder (30) rotates at a rotating speed in a first rotating speed section so as to uniformly spray the articles to be washed;
s3: when the spraying assembly (40) stops spraying water, the inner cylinder (30) rotates at a rotating speed in a second rotating speed section so as to throw at least water on the articles to be washed into the outer cylinder (20);
after the steps S1 to S3 are circulated to rotate the inner cylinder (30), the water level in the outer cylinder (20) reaches the first water level.
2. The control method of a laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the outer drum (20) is provided with a water tank (210).
3. The control method of a laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 2, characterized in that the water inlet end (430) of the shower assembly (40) is communicated with the water containing tank (210).
4. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the laundry treating apparatus (100) further comprises a heating assembly (410), the heating assembly (410) is provided in the housing (10) to be adapted to heat water flowing to the shower assembly (40).
5. The control method of a laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 4, characterized in that the heating assembly (410) is located near the middle of the casing (10) and near the side wall of the casing (10), or the heating assembly (410) is located at the inner bottom of the casing (10).
6. The control method of a laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that, the laundry processing apparatus (100) further comprises a pump body (420), the pump body (420) is communicated with the spray assembly (40).
7. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner drum (30) rotates within the outer drum (20), and the maximum rotation speed in the first rotation speed section is less than the minimum rotation speed in the second rotation speed section.
8. The control method of a laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 7, wherein the rotation speed range of the first rotation speed section is 35-55 rpm, and the rotation speed range of the second rotation speed section is 150-250 rpm.
