Abstract

15.根据权利要求14所述的锻炼设备,其中力的调节是通过当所述臀部支撑组件处于所述上部起始位置时改变所述可压缩联动装置与所述臀部支撑组件之间的角度而实现。
16.根据权利要求1所述的锻炼设备,其中所述臀部支撑衬垫相对于所述把手定位,从而在使用中使得使用者的手臂在整个锻炼运动范围中完全延伸。
17.一种用于在锻炼装置上锻炼使用者人体的臀肌群的肌肉的方法,所述锻炼装置包括:底座,支撑具有把手的立柱;受偏压的臀部支撑组件,枢转地附接至所述立柱并支撑臀部支撑衬垫;以及安装至所述底座的一对脚部斜坡,所述方法包括以下步骤:
使所述臀部支撑衬垫相对于所述立柱和所述脚部斜坡定位,以使使用者的身体在所述锻炼装置上对准,这样使得使用者的臀部与所述臀部支撑衬垫接触且使用者的双手抓握所述把手,其中所述臀部支撑组件处于大体水平的初始位置中,这样使得臀肌处于初始张紧状态以使臀肌保持与所述臀部支撑衬垫接触,位于所述脚部斜坡上的使用者的脚仅仅是以脚的前部位于所述脚部斜坡上;
通过受控的臀肌群的动作允许所述臀部支撑组件以缓慢受控的运动向下枢转至下部位置;以及
通过受控的臀肌群的动作使所述臀部支撑组件返回至起始位置,其中,使用者的脚部在其初始定向中保持在所述脚部斜坡上;
并且其中,使用者的手臂贯穿整个锻炼运动范围保持在完全延伸的位置中,所述脚部斜坡的定位进一步保持使用者的定向,从而使得使用者的重量在脚部保持在所述脚部斜坡上的锻炼运动期间受引导而通过脚跟。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述臀部支撑组件受偏压的方向与向下枢转的力相反。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述臀部支撑组件受偏压以帮助所述臀部支撑组件返回起始位置。
20.一种锻炼设备,通过供使用者从上部起始位置开始进行受支撑坐式下蹲和向上返回运动来锻炼使用者的臀肌,所述锻炼设备包括:
底座;
一对使用者脚部支撑斜坡,安装至所述底座以在脚后跟位于地板上的情况下支撑脚的趾部,所述脚部支撑斜坡定位并定向成使使用者位于所述锻炼设备上,从而使得使用者的重量在整个锻炼运动范围期间受引导而通过脚跟;
一对隔开的固定立柱,安装至所述底座并位于所述脚部支撑的前方,所述立柱终止于一对不动的使用者把手;
臀部支撑组件,枢转地安装至所述立柱并在所述立柱的后方延伸,所述臀部支撑组件的远端具有臀部支撑衬垫,所述臀部支撑衬垫位于所述脚部支撑的后方,所述臀部支撑衬垫相对于所述把手定位,从而在使用中使得使用者的手臂在整个锻炼运动范围中完全延伸;以及
联动装置,连接所述臀部支撑组件和所述底座,所述联动装置提供与所述臀部支撑组件的向下行进相反的力,并且与通过使用者的腿部延伸而使由所述臀部支撑衬垫支撑的使用者从下蹲位置的返回相结合而为所述臀部支撑组件提供上升回复力,以使所述臀部支撑衬垫返回上部起始位置,从而锻炼使用者的臀肌;
所述脚部支撑斜坡帮助定位使用者以操作所述锻炼设备,这样使得在使用中使用者的重量在整个锻炼运动范围期间保持受引导而通过脚跟。
