Abstract

本发明公开了一种无机固沙保湿团缩剂的制备方法,要解决的技术难题是沙漠水分蒸发快,为机播籽种无法发芽生长,提供了一种水分保持的团缩粉剂配制新方法。以工业固体废弃物、粉煤灰、铝灰、炉灰渣粉为主要原材料,配以一定量的苏打粉、水泥、钙盐、铝盐、聚丙烯酰胺阴、阳离子而合成的无机固沙保湿团缩剂粉末。制备简单,可广泛应用于沙漠治理、植被恢复、生态修复,是集变废为宝、循环经济、恢复生态效应的环保型粉剂。

一种无机固沙保湿团缩剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于无机化工合成团缩剂,制剂固沙、水土保持领域配比新方法。
背景技术
本发明涉及一种无机团缩剂粉末,遇到接触物水分迅速团缩凝集,不易风干,达到保湿作用。可给予接触籽种以水分,促成其发芽生长。此剂可大量应用于流动性不强的沙漠或沙化土壤,起到治沙、恢复生态的作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术难题是沙漠水分蒸发快,为机播籽种无法发芽生长,提供了一种水分保持的团缩粉剂配制新方法,可广泛应用于沙漠治理、植被恢复。
粉煤灰、铝灰、炉灰渣粉至少一种及苏打各1-700重量单位、水泥、钙盐、铝盐各200-500重量单位、聚丙烯酰胺阴、阳离子各10-200重量单位合成的无机化工团缩剂粉末。
各组分的粉末,按比例配置于密闭容器中、混合均匀成剂。原材料大多为工业固体废弃物,容易获得,而且制备简单、植被恢复效果明显。
附图说明
采用泥样A-2、B-2中添加团缩剂粉,观察其溃散性二组实验(如图1泥样自然风干实验)。塑料底衬和打印纸底衬的使用,可去除客观因素吸水性干扰。一周后A-1、B-1已明显溃散,而A-2、B-2基本完好,证实其溃散性弱。
A组实验使用不吸水的塑料底衬,B组实验使用打印纸底衬,本身会吸收一定量的泥样中水分。A-1、B-1为原泥,A-2、B-2中添加本发明配制的团缩剂粉。每间隔一定时间,记录此二组四个泥样的溃散性。一周后A-1、B-1已明显溃散;A-2、B-2基本完好,证实其溃散性弱,且从泥样切面观察,依旧残留水分。
具体实施方式
本发明团缩剂以0.1-25%添加量,与沙漠或沙化土壤搅拌,初期给予适当水分,团缩剂将发挥作用,固沙、保水功效显现,使滞留沙土中的籽种发芽生长,实现生态恢复效应。
沙漠中拥有丰富的国家机播草籽,沙化土壤中亦存在当地相似地貌所拥有的籽种,只是缺少水分或水分流失太过快速,而籽种无法民芽。本发明的团缩剂可弥补这一不足。

Claims (5)

1.一种无机固沙保湿团缩剂的制备方法。是一种用于固沙保湿、宜于其中草籽发芽的团缩剂制备方法的公开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的团缩剂,是一种无机固沙保湿粉末,是以粉煤灰、铝灰、炉灰渣粉为主要原材料制备而来。
3.根据权利要求2所述的团缩剂,由粉煤灰、铝灰、炉灰渣粉至少一种及苏打各1-700重量单位、水泥、钙盐、铝盐各200-500重量单位、聚丙烯酰胺阴、阳离子各10-200重量单位配比合成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的各组分的粉末,按比例配置于密闭容器中、混合均匀成剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的本发明团缩剂以0.1-25%添加量,与沙漠或沙化土壤搅拌,初期给予适当水分,团缩剂将发挥作用,起到固沙、保水功效。
