Technical Field
The invention belongs to a pressure container for filtering air, and particularly relates to a horizontal total air filter.
Background
In the aerobic fermentation process, the fermentation air needs to be purified. The total air filter is used as a first process in a purification process and is mainly used for removing oil content, solid particulate impurities and the like carried in air by using an air compressor. Generally, an oil absorption felt is adopted to remove oil in air, and a folding filter element with lower precision is adopted to remove impurities such as dust, rust powder and the like. At present, each fermentation factory considers that the floor area generally adopts a vertical main air filter, but the structure of the vertical main air filter is unreasonable, for example, the vertical structure causes large system resistance loss and inconvenient filter element replacement caused by equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a horizontal total air filter, which aims to overcome the defects in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a horizontal total air filter comprises a shell and a filtering component arranged in the shell, wherein an air inlet connecting pipe and an air outlet connecting pipe are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell, and a sewage draining outlet is formed in the bottom of the shell; the filtering component comprises an oil filtering component and an air filtering component which are sequentially arranged from the air inlet direction to the air outlet direction.
The oil filtering assembly is a composite layer type structure formed by sequentially combining a pressing plate, an oil filtering layer and an oil filtering support;
the pressing plate is a supporting plate densely distributed with small holes;
the oil filtering support comprises a support plate densely distributed with small holes and a support consisting of a plurality of support rods which are staggered transversely and longitudinally, and each support rod is arranged at the gap of the filter element.
The oil filtering layer adopts an oil absorption felt, active carbon or primary active cotton.
The air filtering assembly comprises a plurality of filter element assemblies and supporting plates symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the filter element assemblies;
the filter element assembly comprises a filter element, hanging plates arranged at two ends of the filter element and a plurality of pull rods which are axially arranged and uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of the filter element; two ends of each pull rod are respectively fixed with the hanging plates on the same side;
the supporting plate comprises a fixing ring positioned on the excircle, a plurality of compression rings, a connecting rod for fixedly connecting the compression rings with the fixing ring, and connecting the compression rings with the compression rings positioned in the center; the compression rings are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the fixed ring; the filter element slide way is arranged on the compression ring.
The filter core adopts primary filter paper, filter pulp or non-woven fabrics to fold and forms.
The distance between the oil filtering component and the air filtering component is larger than 1-1.5 times of the length of the filter element or smaller than 300mm.
The bottom of the shell is provided with a supporting seat.
And a manhole is formed in the side wall of the shell.
And the port of the air inlet connecting pipe is provided with an air inlet flange, and the port of the air outlet connecting pipe is provided with an air outlet flange.
The supporting plate is fixed with the inner wall of the shell; the pressing plate and the oil filtering support are both detachably connected with the inner wall of the shell.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides an air filter with a horizontal structure for the head end of an air purification process flow, which ensures that the resistance loss of gas is small and is convenient for replacing a filter element. The air to be treated enters the equipment along the axial inlet of the equipment, and because the inlet direction is consistent with the axial direction of the equipment, the pressure loss of the air is very small, and the air basically does not reduce the speed and directly enters an oil filter assembly, wherein the oil filter assembly can be an oil absorption felt, active carbon, primary active cotton and the like, and can basically and completely remove oil carried in the air; then the gas passes through the gas filtering component consisting of a plurality of filter elements, the filter elements can be formed by folding primary filter paper, filter cotton, non-woven fabrics and the like, and the interception rate of solid particles larger than 1um in the gas can reach 95%.

Detailed Description
The horizontal total air filter of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments of the specification:
as shown in fig. 1, a horizontal total air filter comprises a shell 1 and a filter component arranged in the shell 1, wherein both ends of the shell 1 are respectively provided with an air inlet connecting pipe 2 and an air outlet connecting pipe 3, the bottom of the shell 1 is provided with a supporting seat 6 and a sewage outlet 8, and the side wall of the shell 1 is provided with a manhole 7; the port of the air inlet connecting pipe 2 is provided with an air inlet flange 4, and the port of the air outlet connecting pipe 3 is provided with an air outlet flange 5; the filtering component comprises an oil filtering component 9 and an air filtering component 10 which are sequentially arranged from the air inlet direction to the air outlet direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the oil filter assembly 9 is a composite layered structure formed by sequentially combining a pressure plate 91, an oil filter layer 92 and an oil filter support 93;
the pressing plate 91 is a supporting plate densely distributed with small holes;
the oil filtering layer 92 adopts an oil absorption felt, activated carbon or primary active cotton;
the oil filtering support 93 comprises a support plate densely distributed with small holes and a support composed of a plurality of support rods 931 staggered transversely and longitudinally, and each support rod 931 is arranged at the gap of the filter element 104.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air filter assembly 10 includes a plurality of filter element assemblies 101 (9 in this embodiment) and support plates 102 symmetrically disposed at left and right sides of the filter element assemblies 101;
the filter element assembly 101 comprises a filter element 1011, hanging plates 1012 arranged at two ends of the filter element 1011, and a plurality of pull rods 1013 which are axially arranged and uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of the filter element 1011; two ends of each pull rod 1013 are respectively fixed with the hanging plate 1012 at the same side;
as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the supporting plate 102 includes a fixing ring 1021 on the outer circle, a plurality of clamp rings 1022, and a connecting rod 1023 for fixedly connecting the clamp rings 1022 and the fixing ring 1021, and connecting the clamp rings 1022 and the clamp rings 1022 located at the center; the compression rings 1022 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the fixing ring 1021; a filter element slide way 1024 is arranged on the compression ring 1022;
the supporting plate 102 is fixed with the inner wall of the shell 1; the pressure plate 91 and the oil filter support 93 are both detachably connected with the inner wall of the shell 1.
The distance between the oil filtering component 9 and the air filtering component 10 is more than 1-1.5 times of the length of the filter element 1011 or less than 300mm.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the filtering materials such as filter cotton, active carbon, filter paper and the like are utilized to effectively intercept oil, moisture, solid particles and other impurities in the air so as to achieve the purpose of primary filtering of the gas. Air enters the main air filter shell 1 through a pipeline, oil entrained by the air is intercepted through the oil filtering assembly 9, and large particle substances in the air can be effectively intercepted through the air filtering assembly 10, so that the purpose of primary filtration is achieved. The oil filter layer 92 of the oil filter assembly 9 and the filter element 104 of the air filter assembly 10 can be replaced through the manhole 7.
Since the filter belongs to a pressure vessel, it can withstand a large air pressure, for a large diameter (diameter)>1000 mm), if change the internal component need use the barrel flange, and need use large-scale equipment such as fork truck, overhead traveling crane when dismantling the barrel flange, receive the influence of on-the-spot workspace simultaneously, therefore in order to avoid dismantling the renew cartridge inconvenience, it is relatively reasonable to use pressure vessel accessories such as manhole 7 that the compressive ratio is stronger. When the filter element is replaced, in order to facilitate the operation of people entering the manhole, the oil filter layer 92 of the oil filter assembly 9 needs to be taken out, and the distance between the oil filter assembly 9 and the gas filter assembly 10 needs to be controlled, preferably the distance between the oil filter assembly 9 and the gas filter assembly 10 is controlled<300mm or>1~1.5L Filter element (L represents the length), so that the filter element can smoothly enter the slide way of the filter element of the air filtering component by means of the gap supported by the oil filtering of the oil filtering component, or the distance between the oil filtering component 9 and the air filtering component 10 is more than 1-1.5 times of the length of the filter element, thereby facilitating the filter element to vertically enter the slide way of the filter element.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
the gas enters from a, passes through the gas inlet flange 4 and the gas inlet pipe 2 and is transited to the shell 1, the gas is gradually buffered towards the oil filter assembly 9, oil in the gas can be removed through an oil filter layer 92 of the oil filter assembly 9, and the oil filter layer is fixed through a pressure rod 91 and an oil filter support 93. The primary filtered oil is passed gradually through the air filter assembly 10, the core component of the air filter assembly 10 is a filter element assembly 101, a plurality of filter element assemblies 101 can be fixed by two support plates 102, and each filter element can be fixed by a hanger plate 1012 and a pull rod 1013. The gas passing through the gas filtering component 10 basically meets the requirement of primary filtering, and the interception rate of solid particles of more than 0.5um can be 99.5%. Then the gas is discharged out of the filter through the gas outlet connecting pipe 3 and the gas outlet flange 5, and then enters other equipment.
In this filter, the arrangement of the filter element assembly 101 and the positions of the oil filter support 93 and the support plate 102 need to be particularly careful, both in consideration of the convenience of filter element replacement and the strength requirements. Therefore, for the total air filter with 9 filter elements arranged, in order to enable the filter elements to smoothly pass through the gap of the oil filter assembly and enter the filter element slide way, the spatial positions of the oil filter support and the filter elements need to be reasonably arranged, so that the oil filter support is firm, and the filter elements can conveniently pass through, wherein one of the arrangement modes is as shown in fig. 6.
