Background
The adhesive sticker compounding process is composed of a release base, glue and a laminated fabric, but when the problems of scratching, curling and the like of the release base sometimes occur, the loss can be saved by replacing base paper. However, no special bottom changing equipment exists in the industry for a while, or a large-scale compound machine for gluing is adopted to change the bottom, so that the waste is large and the cost is high.

a splitting machine with a replaceable bottom comprises a rack, a total unwinding shaft, a separating roller for separating bottom paper, a bottom paper winding shaft for winding the bottom paper, a pressing roller, a lower knife roller, a bottom paper unwinding shaft and a total winding shaft, wherein the total unwinding shaft, the separating roller, the bottom paper winding shaft, the pressing roller, the lower knife roller, the bottom paper unwinding shaft and the total winding shaft are all located on the rack, the total unwinding shaft and the total winding shaft are respectively located on two sides of the separating roller, the bottom paper winding shaft is located on one side, opposite to the total unwinding shaft, of the separating roller and higher than the separating roller, the pressing roller and the lower knife roller are sequentially located between the separating roller and the total winding shaft, and the bottom paper unwinding shaft is located above the total winding shaft.
Preferably, the base paper winding shaft, the base paper unwinding shaft and the total winding shaft are driven by the same engine.
Preferably, the pressing roller is a rubber roller with the hardness of 85 degrees.
Preferably, the rubber roller is provided with a longitudinal displacement mechanism controlled by oil pressure, and the longitudinal displacement mechanism is used for controlling the vertical displacement of the rubber roller.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: this product increases base stock rolling axle, separation roller, base stock unreeling axle on traditional cutting machine, under the practical prerequisite of not influencing the cutting machine, perfect realization non-setting adhesive trade end + once completion of cutting.

A splitting machine with a replaceable bottom comprises a rack, a total unwinding shaft 1, a separating roller 2 used for separating bottom paper, a bottom paper winding shaft 3 used for winding the bottom paper, a pressing roller 4, a lower knife roll 5, a bottom paper unwinding shaft 6 and a total winding shaft 7, wherein the total unwinding shaft 1, the separating roller 2, the bottom paper winding shaft 3, the pressing roller 4, the lower knife roll 5, the bottom paper unwinding shaft 6 and the total winding shaft 7 are all located on the rack, the total unwinding shaft 1 and the total winding shaft 7 are respectively located on two sides of the separating roller 2, the bottom paper winding shaft 3 is located on one side, opposite to the total unwinding shaft 1, of the separating roller 2 and higher than the separating roller 2, the pressing roller 4 and the lower knife roll 5 are sequentially located between the separating roller 2 and the total winding shaft 7, and the bottom paper unwinding shaft 6 is located above the total winding shaft 7. The working process is as follows:

3) The pressed product passes through a lower cutter roller 5, the cutter is cut according to the required specification and size, and the cut product is wound on a main winding shaft 7.
