【技术领域】
本发明涉及驱动领域,具体地,涉及一种电机以及使用该种电机的气流产生装置。
【背景技术】
一种传统的无刷电机的转子包括一个筒状外壳、安装到筒状外壳内壁的永磁体。该永磁体与定子磁极作用下带动外壳一起转动。该种电机的缺点在于永磁体数量限制了电机的性能。
【发明内容】
本发明的第一个方面,提供一种电机,其包括定子和可转动地安装到定子的转子。所述定子包括筒状磁芯、绕制到筒状磁芯的定子绕组;所述转子包括外圆筒、内圆筒、安装到外圆筒内壁的第一永磁体、以及安装到内圆筒外壁的第二永磁体;所述环状磁芯位于所述第一永磁体、第二永磁体之间;所述外圆筒与内圆筒中,至少其中之一包括分离成型的第一圆筒段和第二圆筒段,所述第一圆筒段和第二圆筒段沿电机轴向叠置并固定在一起。

本发明的电机中,定子绕组绕制到筒状的定子磁芯,结构紧凑。转子具有外圆筒和内圆筒,且外圆筒内壁、内圆筒外壁都安装有永磁体,增加了永磁体,从而增加了电机性能。此外,外圆筒与内圆筒中,其中之一包括分离成型的两个环部,从而便于制造,且便于提高外圆筒与内圆筒的同心度。

【具体实施方式】
参考图1,本发明一个实施例提供的气流产生装置包括安装架21、固定到安装架21的电机30、被电机30驱动的叶轮90。
参考图2至图4,电机30包括定子和可转动地安装到定子的转子。定子包括固定支架31、筒状磁芯34、绕制到筒状磁芯34的定子绕组37等。其中,固定支架31通过螺钉固定到安装架21,固定支架31中心具有轴承座39,轴承座39两端安装有滚动轴承41。筒状磁芯34环绕轴承座39,筒状磁芯34的两个轴向端分别安装有两个环状绝缘垫35,使筒状磁芯34与定子绕组37之间被环状绝缘垫35隔开。筒状磁芯34、环状绝缘垫35和定子绕组37作为一个整体被固定到固定支架31,例如,通过注塑的方式固定到固定支架31。
转子的转轴51被轴承41支撑并安装到轴承座39,从而使转子能够相对于定子转动。转子包括环绕转轴51的外圆筒56和内圆筒58、以及安装到外圆筒56内壁的第一永磁体57、安装到内圆筒58外壁的第二永磁体59。环状磁芯34位于第一永磁体57与第二永磁体59之间。外圆筒56、内圆筒58通过一连接结构固定连接到转轴51,从而能相对于定子转动。
本实施例中,该连接结构包括圆状的连接板53、位于连接板53中心的毂部54。毂部54固定到转轴51,外圆筒56和内圆筒58固定到连接板53。

作为一种替换的方案,外圆筒56包括分离成型的第一圆筒段和第二圆筒段,第一圆筒段和第二圆筒段沿电机轴向叠置并固定在一起,且第一圆筒段、连接部以及内圆筒58一体成型。
优选地,安装到外圆筒56内壁的第一永磁体57的数量、安装到内圆筒58外壁的第二永磁体59的数量相同,永磁体57、59皆沿径向极化,一块永磁体57与对应的一块永磁体59相对,且两相对面的磁极极性相同,即北极对北极,南极对南极。
参考图4和图5,叶轮90包括连接座91、环绕连接座91的若干叶片95、连接连接座91和若干叶片95的连接件93。连接座91固定到转轴51,从而使叶轮90能随着电机转子转动。
连接件93为伞形连接板,伞形连接板与毂部91之间通过加强筋92连接。叶片95的两端分别连接到第一环部96和第二环部97,第二环部97连接到伞形连接板的外端。
连接件93还具有圆筒部99,圆筒部99套在电机转子的外圆筒56外周。
应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,如对各个实施例中的不同特征进行组合等,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
