Abstract
一种食品级化妆品的生产方法,其特征在于选择以豆渣为核心配几种功能食品,生产中先把原料放在高压锅内,让原料在120度高温下加热50分钟,在用超细磨机磨细至5微米以下极细的滑润粥糊,再加入其他料制成食品级化妆品,确有化妆品的去污、润肤、增白、护头皮、去头屑,让头发柔顺靓丽的多方面效果,并可食用,达到了化妆品功效、使用较方便、产品可食用的纯绿色食品级化妆品的标准。

背景技术:
当前绝大多数化妆品是以化学品为主料制成的,也有少量化妆品为追求绿色和功能成分添加了食品原料,但从市场调研总体来看,全部采用食品原料,在生产过程中按食品法要求按食品生产工艺生产,其成品完全可食用且具有化妆品功效的纯绿色食品级化妆品还没有,现代社会生活几乎被化学品包围,其化学品对人的负面影响也越来越大,因此研究用纯食品制作化妆品回归绿色有积极意义.
发明内容:
本发明一种食品级化妆品,基于追求化妆品功效、使用较方便、产品可食用的三项指标,在常用食品中,寻找若干种本身具有化妆品的去污、润肤、增白、护头皮、去头屑、让头发柔顺、靓丽的一种或几种效果的食品,将这些食品有机组合,经一定特殊工艺,生产出能够食用且具有化妆品功效的纯绿色食品级化妆品,给消费者提供更多选择。
本发明的技术解决方案:
在众多食品中,本发明人经反复比较实验,最后选择以豆渣为核心功能主料,附加洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞、蜂蜜、珍珠粉几种主要功能食品,构成本食品级化妆品主要功能食品成分。
豆渣是加工豆制品的副产品,每加工一吨大豆大约产生2吨湿豆渣,目前国内大豆食品行业每年约产生2500万吨湿豆渣。通过对豆渣营养成分的分析发现,豆渣内含有大豆纤维素、大豆异黄酮、大豆卵磷脂、大豆皂苷等活性物质。大豆纤维素有突出的去污、除菌功效;大豆异黄酮具有延缓皮肤衰老、皮肤保湿、治疗痤疮、美白皮肤功效;大豆卵磷脂有较好的皮肤生理调节功能,保护皮肤滋润,防止皮肤干燥等功效;大豆皂苷能美容皮肤,减少皮肤病的发生。豆渣含有的特殊营养成分使其营养价值甚高,经多年食用验证,经微生物分析测定表明,豆渣在安全性上也无问题,但豆渣在食品中和化妆品中利用的还很少,主要原因是豆渣口感很差,有腥味,让人没有直接食用使用的欲望,基本是做动物饲料或扔掉,是一个尚未充分利用的宝贵资源,将豆渣作为本食品级化妆品的核心功能主料,就是因为其功能性好,来源广泛,价格低廉。
洋葱本身具有杀菌功能,洋葱含有抗癞皮病的维生素,能促进表皮细胞对血液中氧的吸收,有利于细胞间质形成,增强修复损伤细胞的能力,从而使皮肤洁健。经实验,取洋葱捣拦敷脸,5~10分钟后用清水洗去,常用能消退脸部色素,减少雀斑、黄褐斑,光洁皮肤。实验验证若用纱布包裹捣碎的洋葱,反复轻擦整个头部,使葱汁渗入皮肤,隔天清洗头发,对头皮屑过多的较好的疗效。但中国人在美容中用量不大,原因是生洋葱的冲辣和食用后的臭味。洋葱的价格很低.
昆布在物理形态上无论是大块还是小微粒都有滑润感,昆布号称碱性食品之王.昆布不仅是一种富含营养的食物,而且还可以用作美容,昆布中含有的胶质、氨基酸、B族维生素等都对肌肤有很好的滋养作用,有淡化色斑、祛痘等功效,用昆布来护肤能够促进肌肤新城代谢,活化肌肤,淡化晒斑,同时还有很好的补水的功效,能够促进晒后肌肤的水分吸收,能让肌肤变得更有弹性,还能起到延缓肌肤衰老的功效。
薏仁也是公认的抗癌食品,薏仁低脂肪低热量,含有丰富的水溶性的纤维素和多种有益皮肤的营养成分.
苦荞,号称谷类之王,味苦,性平寒,能实肠胃,益气力,续精神,利耳目,炼五脏渣秽;在《千金要方》、《中药大辞典》及相关文献中对苦荞都有记载:可安神、活气血、降气宽肠、清热肿风痛、祛积化滞、清肠、润肠、通便、止咳、平喘、抗炎、抗过敏、强心、减肥、美容等功效。特别是独特成份——苦荞黄酮,功效非常独特,能有效地预防和调理心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、消化系统及呼吸系统疾病,效果显著,同时提高人体的免疫力。主要成份是芦丁,又名维生素P。其主要功效是:软化血管,改善微循环,清热解毒、活血化瘀、拔毒生肌、有降血糖、尿糖、血脂、益气提神、加强胰岛素外周作用。而芦丁在其它谷物中几乎没有!苦荞的独特活性成份——苦荞黄酮是一种具有多样生物活性较复杂的复合性物质,主要成份有槲皮素、芦丁、坎菲醇、桑色素,其中芦丁占80%,这种天然组合的比例更有协同效应,更易被人体吸收。它具有清热解毒,活血化瘀、抗栓塞、改善微循环,能有效降低微血管脆性和渗透性,有预防大脑微血管出血和维护眼循环的作用,四大生理活性:1.活血化瘀、降低胆固醇,苦荞黄酮对冠心病、心脑血管和周围血管病,均有良好的治疗作用。其活血化瘀、改善微循环的有效率达88%。2.杀菌、抑菌,0.08%的苦荞溶液可在8小时内杀灭大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,杀灭率达85%,可杀灭体内有害细菌,可预防调节肠胃炎症。3.抗氧化、防癌,苦荞黄酮可防止油脂自动氧化。另外可抑治癌细胞的激活,防止肿瘤的增生,达到防癌的作用。4.抗胰岛素抵抗因子,苦荞黄酮可有效对抗“胰岛素抵抗因子”,提高细胞、组织对胰岛素的敏感性,加强细胞组织的自我修复能力,从而达到对糖尿病的双向调节作用,即能使高的血糖降低,低的血糖升高,正常的血糖不变。真正达到绿色、安全地预防和控制糖尿病及其并发症,是天然的植物胰岛素。

豆渣、洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞、蜂蜜、珍珠在本食品构成中除起到增加功能成分作用,还能改变食品级化妆品的物理性状,让食品级化妆品物理形态及感官指标更好,达到市场已有一些化妆品的物理性状。
豆渣、洋葱、昆布的应用首先是解决口感和味道难题,本发明人多次实验发现豆渣、洋葱、昆布都有味,但按一定比例在一起又能互相解味,降低各自的腥味和冲味。原始豆渣粗糙口感极不好,必须颗粒细化。现有豆渣磨细技术一般是将湿豆渣烘干后超细粉磨,但能耗高,设备投资大。采用生豆渣直接湿磨,经实验即使用超细磨机循环磨二十遍,煮熟后其口感仍粗糙,在口腔内仍有明显的摩擦感。
本发明人经多次实验最后确定如下工艺方法。将昆布切碎5毫米以下的小块,再加上豆渣一同放入高压锅中,用200度左右的蒸汽隔层加热,使高压锅内温度大于120度,50分钟后打开锅盖,在近100度高温下加入切碎5毫米以下的小块的洋葱,后加入洋葱是为尽可能保持洋葱的活性。然后降温,将豆渣、洋葱、昆布混合料用2-3倍臭氧水稀释,共同用超细磨机磨细至5微米以下细度极细的粥糊。在高温高压下,豆渣内豆皮的结缔组织被解开,使其在超细磨机中易被磨细至5微米以下细度;在高温高压下,豆渣内的水溶性纤维素含量增加,其生理活性功能又有提高,一举多得;昆布在高温高压下也易于磨细,同时和豆渣、洋葱也有很好的相合性。薏仁、苦荞本身具有米香味没有腥味和冲味,无须除味,只需熟透并磨细即可,因此将薏仁、苦荞分别粉碎后加水入锅内煮熟,再用超细磨机磨细至5微米以下细度极细的粥糊。将豆渣、洋葱、昆布粥糊与薏仁、苦荞粥糊、蜂蜜、珍珠粉混合就制成我们需要的食品级化妆品。在这里豆渣是发散的,磨到5微米以下颗粒后虽已不粗糙,但滑润感还不强;洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞在5微米以下细度有突出的滑润粥糊感,使豆渣、洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞混合糊整体也有滑润粥糊感,没有了豆渣那种不舒服的粗糙摩擦感,使用舒适。豆渣、洋葱、昆布、混合料是用臭氧水稀释,臭氧水有强力除味功能,豆渣、洋葱、昆布、由大颗粒磨细至5微米以下细度的过程中一直被臭氧水充分包围除味,其混合糊彻底无腥味和冲味,最后制得的豆渣、洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞混合糊整体也只有米香味,制得的食品级化妆品天香自然,包装后即可做为成品销售。
本食品级化妆品以豆渣为核心功能主料,附加洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞、蜂蜜、珍珠粉几种主要功能食品,各自食品护肤功能互相补充,,使食品级化妆品的护肤效果叠加发挥,具有化妆品的去污、润肤、增白、护头皮去头屑、让头发柔顺靓丽的多方面效果。食品级化妆品整个生产过程工艺简捷,容易控制,综合成本很低。当护发去头屑使用时,在头发湿润后,取食品级化妆品十五克左右在头皮头发上搓揉到位,几分钟后用清水冲洗掉,头屑去除干净,头发柔顺靓丽,和单纯用清水清洗效果完全不同,同品牌洗发护发水效果相当;当用于洗脸护肤做面膜使用时,洗脸湿润后,取食品级化妆品八克左右在涂抹到位,5-15分钟后用清水冲洗掉,明显感觉皮肤美白.滋润,没有紧绷干燥不舒服的感觉.经多人长期洗头护脸使用,没发现化妆品中易出现的过敏现象,护发护肤效果好,没有任何副作用。当食用时口感如同番茄酱,因食品级化妆品内含大量纤维素,对防治便秘、防癌也有一定功效,食品级化妆品达到了本发明人追求的化妆品功效、使用较方便、产品可食用等三项指标。以豆渣为核心功能主料,附加洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞、蜂蜜、珍珠粉几种主要功能食品,用简捷的生产工艺生产出较低成本的食品级化妆品,有发明创造的意义,适用人群广泛,市场销售潜力极大,前景广阔。

豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3、薏仁4、苦荞5、蜂蜜6、珍珠粉7在本食品构成中除起到增加功能成分作用,还能改变食品级化妆品的物理性状,让食品级化妆品物理形态及感官指标更好,达到市场已有一些化妆品的物理性状。
豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3的应用首先是解决口感和味道难题,本发明人多次实验发现豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3都有味,但按一定比例在一起又能互相解味,降低各自的腥味和冲味。原始豆渣1粗糙口感极不好,必须颗粒细化。现有豆渣1磨细技术一般是将湿豆渣1烘干后超细粉磨,但能耗高,设备投资大。采用生豆渣1直接湿磨,经实验即使用超细磨机10循环磨二十遍,煮熟后其口感仍粗糙,在口腔内仍有明显的摩擦感。
本发明人经多次实验最后确定如下工艺方法。将昆布3切碎5毫米以下的小块,再加上豆渣1同放入高压锅8中,用200度左右的蒸汽隔层加热,使高压锅8内温度大于120度,50分钟后打开锅盖,在近100度高温下加入切碎5毫米以下的小块的洋葱2,后加入洋葱2是为尽可能保持洋葱2的活性。然后降温,将豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3混合料用2-3倍臭氧水9稀释,共同用超细磨机10磨细至5微米以下细度极细的粥糊。在高温高压下,豆渣1内豆皮的结缔组织被解开,使其在超细磨机10中易被磨细至5微米以下细度;在高温高压下,豆渣1内的水溶性纤维素含量增加,其生理活性功能又有提高,一举多得;昆布3在高温高压下也易于磨细,同时和豆渣1、洋葱2也有很好的相合性。薏仁4、苦荞5本身具有米香味没有腥味和冲味,无须除味,只需熟透并磨细即可,因此将薏仁4、苦荞5分别粉碎后加水入锅11内煮熟,再用超细磨机10磨细至5微米以下细度极细的粥糊。将豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3粥糊与薏仁4、苦荞5粥糊、蜂蜜6、珍珠粉7混合就制成我们需要的食品级化妆品12。在这里豆渣1是发散的,磨到5微米以下颗粒后虽已不粗糙,但滑润感还不强;洋葱2、昆布3、薏仁4、苦荞5在5微米以下细度有突出的滑润粥糊感,使豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3、薏仁4、苦荞5混合糊整体也有滑润粥糊感,没有了豆渣1那种不舒服的粗糙摩擦感,使用舒适。豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3、混合料是用臭氧水9稀释,臭氧水9有强力除味功能,豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3、由大颗粒磨细至5微米以下细度的过程中一直被臭氧水9充分包围除味,其混合糊彻底无腥味和冲味,最后制得的豆渣1、洋葱2、昆布3、薏仁4、苦荞5混合糊整体也只有米香味,制得的食品级化妆品12天香自然,包装后即可做为成品销售。
本食品级化妆品12以豆渣1为核心功能主料,附加洋葱2、昆布3、薏仁4、苦荞5、蜂蜜6、珍珠粉7几种主要功能食品,各自食品护肤功能互相补充,,使食品级化妆品12的护肤效果叠加发挥,具有化妆品的去污、润肤、增白、护头皮去头屑、让头发柔顺靓丽的多方面效果。食品级化妆品整个生产过程工艺简捷,容易控制,综合成本很低。当护发去头屑使用时,在头发湿润后,取食品级化妆品十五克左右在头皮头发上搓揉到位,几分钟后用清水冲洗掉,头屑去除干净,头发柔顺靓丽,和单纯用清水清洗效果完全不同,同品牌洗发护发水效果相当;当用于洗脸护肤做面膜使用时,洗脸湿润后,取食品级化妆品12八克左右在涂抹到位,5-15分钟后用清水冲洗掉,明显感觉皮肤美白.滋润,没有紧绷干燥不舒服的感觉.经多人长期洗头护脸使用,没发现化妆品中易出现的过敏现象,护发护肤效果好,没有任何副作用。当食用时口感如同番茄酱,因食品级化妆品12内含大量纤维素,对防治便秘、防癌也有一定功效,食品级化妆品达12到了本发明人追求的化妆品功效、使用较方便、产品可食用等三项指标。以豆渣1为核心功能主料,附加洋葱2、昆布3、薏仁4、苦荞5、蜂蜜6、珍珠粉7几种主要功能食品,用简捷的生产工艺生产出较低成本的食品级化妆品12,有发明创造的意义,适用人群广泛,市场销售潜力极大,前景广阔。
Claims (2)
1.一种食品级化妆品的生产方法,其特征在于以豆渣为核心功能主料,附加洋葱、昆布、薏仁、苦荞、蜂蜜、珍珠粉等几种主要功能食品,构成本一种食品级化妆品的生产方法的主要功能食品成分。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种食品级化妆品的生产方法,将昆布切碎5毫米以下的小块,再加上豆渣一同放入高压锅中,用200度左右的蒸汽隔层加热,使高压锅内温度大于120度,50分钟后打开锅盖,在近100度高温下加入切碎5毫米以下的小块的洋葱,然后降温,将豆渣、洋葱、昆布混合料用臭氧水稀释,共同用超细磨机磨细至5微米以下细度极细的粥糊;将薏仁、苦荞分别粉碎后加水入锅内煮熟,用超细磨机磨细至5微米以下细度极细的粥糊;再将豆渣、洋葱、昆布粥糊与薏仁、苦荞糊、蜂蜜、珍珠粉混合就制成我们需要的一种食品级化妆品。
