本发明公开了一种仿木纹式复合板的制造方法,它涉及复合板技术领域;它的制造流程如下:步骤一:制作PVC发泡层:将PVC材料、碳酸钙、复合发泡剂、稳定剂、抗冲剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂的物料加入混合机内混合10-30分钟,再通过发泡机进行加热发泡;步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,采用雕刻有仿木纹的钢辊,把仿木纹压在PVC发泡层上面;步骤三:滚涂:将步骤二中带有仿木纹的PVC发泡层上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,滚涂好后进行UV灯烤干;步骤五:检验;本发明既能节约成本,而且实用耐用,具有防水和静音效果,仿木纹纹路清晰,可用作地板、墙面装饰板、门板、天花板等场合。

本发明涉及一种仿木纹式复合板的制造方法,属于复合板技术领域。
背景技术:
复合板材指的是由两种或者两种以上的材料组合而成的板材。实际上,针对与不同材质的板材,复合板材的概念和制作方法也不同。在日常生活中,经常用到的以金属复合板材、木塑复合板材和玻璃钢复合板材为主。
现有的仿木纹式复合板在制造时浪费时间,而且仿木纹纹路不清晰,操作复杂,成本高。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种仿木纹式复合板的制造方法。
本发明的一种仿木纹式复合板的制造方法,它的制造流程如下:
步骤一:制作PVC发泡层:将PVC材料、碳酸钙、复合发泡剂、稳定剂、抗冲剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂的物料加入混合机内混合10-30分钟,再通过发泡机进行加热发泡;
步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,采用雕刻有仿木纹的钢辊,把仿木纹压在PVC发泡层上面;
步骤三:滚涂:将步骤二中带有仿木纹的PVC发泡层上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,滚涂好后进行UV灯烤干;
步骤四:检验:将烤干后的PVC发泡层进行检验,检验合格后进行包装入库。
本发明的有益效果为:既能节约成本,而且实用耐用,具有防水和静音效果,仿木纹纹路清晰,可用作地板、墙面装饰板、门板、天花板等场合。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它的制造流程如下:
步骤一:制作PVC发泡层:将PVC材料、碳酸钙、复合发泡剂、稳定剂、抗冲剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂的物料加入混合机内混合10-30分钟,再通过发泡机进行加热发泡;
步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,采用雕刻有仿木纹的钢辊,把仿木纹压在PVC发泡层上面;
步骤三:滚涂:将步骤三中带有仿木纹的PVC发泡层上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,滚涂好后进行UV灯烤干;
步骤四:检验:将烤干后的PVC发泡层进行检验,检验合格后进行包装入库。
本具体实施方式既能大幅地节约成本,而且实用耐用,具有防水和静音效果,可用作地板、墙面装饰板、门板、天花板等场合。

步骤一:制作PVC发泡层:将PVC材料、碳酸钙、复合发泡剂、稳定剂、抗冲剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂的物料加入混合机内混合10-30分钟,再通过发泡机进行加热发泡;
步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,采用雕刻有仿木纹的钢辊,把仿木纹压在PVC发泡层上面;
步骤三:滚涂:将步骤二中带有仿木纹的PVC发泡层上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,滚涂好后进行UV灯烤干;
步骤四:检验:将烤干后的PVC发泡层进行检验,检验合格后进行包装入库。
