本发明涉及建筑板材领域,具体的涉及一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法。
背景技术:
据统计,全世界共有竹类植物70多属1200多种,我国竹类有40多属400多种。竹林面积340万hm2,竹材蓄积量7000多万t,年产量500多万t,竹材资源相当丰富。竹子可以密植易造林,管理方便,生长快。竹材质地坚韧,富有弹性,纤维细长,顺纹抗拉强度超过一般木材1-2倍,能承受弯曲和偏心压力,体轻,耐水,耐酸碱腐蚀,可广泛用于建筑、纺织、造纸、交通运输、包装、人造板工业等。竹材在家具日杂用品、工艺品和室内装饰方面的应用更是历史悠久,种类繁多,其可以有效缓解我国木材供需矛盾、节约木材资源、保护环境、维护生态平衡的有效途径之一。因此,研究开发竹材以竹代木势在必行。
竹木复合材料兼有竹材与木材的许多优点,得到了人们越来越广泛的关注,对其相关特性的研究也越来越深入。竹木复合材料是基于复合材料的设计原理,将竹材与木材以相同或不同的结构单元形式进行组合、胶接而成的复合板材或方材。竹木复合板材就是竹木复合材料的一种。竹材碎料强度高、硬度大、弹性、刚性好,而木材纤维柔韧性、填充性、交织性、塑性好。普通竹材碎料板生产工艺简单,产品具有较好的刚性和较高的内结合强度,但其静曲强度较低、表面粗糙、断面孔隙较多。纤维板具有较高的静曲强度,断面密实、表面平滑,但其内结合强度和刚度较低,如何将二者结合起来,扬长避短,制得性能优异的竹木复合板材是关键。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,该方法操作简单,制得的竹木复合板静曲强度高,防潮防蛀性能优异,力学性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)表板的制备
将竹篾条依次经过干燥、涂胶、热压、冷却、切割,制得表板;
(2)木芯板的制备
将选好的木材粉碎干燥,并依次经过施胶、热压、冷却、切割制得木芯板;
(3)粘合剂的制备
a)将质量浓度10-15%的明胶溶液加入到安装有冷凝装置的反应釜中,加入亚硝酸,0-5℃下搅拌,抽真空20min;
b)加入丙烯酸类单体混合物,混合均匀后加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节其pH为6.5-7.0,搅拌升温至75-85℃,滴加质量浓度为10%的过硫酸钾溶液,1-3h滴加完毕;
c)过硫酸钾溶液滴加完毕后升温至88-92℃,保温反应1-1.5h后停止加热,并加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液pH至6.5-7.0,保温反应0.5h后停止加热并降温至40-45℃,得到粘合剂;
(4)竹木复合板的制备
依次将表板-粘合剂-木芯板-粘合剂-表板复合,并经热压、冷却,得到竹木复合板坯,在竹木复合板坯上下表板的外表面依次喷涂底漆以及保护漆层,干燥,制得防潮防蛀竹木复合板材。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(3)中,所述明胶溶液、亚硝酸、丙烯酸类单体混合物、过硫酸钾溶液的用量以重量份计分别为:明胶溶液90-100份、亚硝酸3-5份、丙烯酸类单体混合物25-30份、过硫酸钾溶液18-23份。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤b)中,所述丙烯酸类单体混合物是由丙烯酸甲酯和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺组成,二者质量比为:m(丙烯酸甲酯):m(N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺)=(1.5-2.5):1。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述粘合剂的粘度为200-300mPa·s。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用价格低廉的竹篾条和木材作为原料,并采用明胶作为粘合剂原料,其环保无毒,为了改善其粘结性能,本发明首先在一定条件下采用亚硝酸对其进行氧化,然后再采用丙烯酸酯类单体混合物进行改性,制得的粘合剂耐水性好,粘结性能优异,涂布性能好;而且本发明在制得的竹木复合板坯的表板外表面依次喷涂底漆和保护漆,并合理调节其组分,使得漆层与基体的结合力强,制得的竹木复合板耐磨性能优异,防潮防蛀性能好,力学性能佳。

实施例1
一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将竹篾条依次经过干燥、涂胶、热压、冷却、切割,制得表板;
将选好的木材粉碎干燥,并依次经过施胶、热压、冷却、切割制得木芯板;
将质量浓度10%的明胶溶液加入到安装有冷凝装置的反应釜中,加入亚硝酸,0℃下搅拌60min,抽真空20min;加入丙烯酸类单体混合物,混合均匀后加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节其pH为6.5-7.0,在100r/min的转速下搅拌升温至85℃,滴加质量浓度为10%的过硫酸钾溶液,1h滴加完毕;过硫酸钾溶液滴加完毕后升温至88℃,保温反应1h后停止加热,并加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液pH至6.5-7.0,保温反应0.5h后停止加热并降温至40-45℃,得到粘合剂;其中,,所述明胶溶液、亚硝酸、丙烯酸类单体混合物、过硫酸钾溶液的用量以重量份计分别为:明胶溶液90份、亚硝酸3份、丙烯酸类单体混合物25份、过硫酸钾溶液18份;

将质量浓度15%的明胶溶液加入到安装有冷凝装置的反应釜中,加入亚硝酸,5℃下搅拌40min,抽真空20min;加入丙烯酸类单体混合物,混合均匀后加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节其pH为6.5-7.0,在120r/min的转速下搅拌升温至75℃,滴加质量浓度为10%的过硫酸钾溶液,3h滴加完毕;过硫酸钾溶液滴加完毕后升温至92℃,保温反应1h后停止加热,并加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液pH至6.5-7.0,保温反应0.5h后停止加热并降温至40-45℃,得到粘合剂;其中,,所述明胶溶液、亚硝酸、丙烯酸类单体混合物、过硫酸钾溶液的用量以重量份计分别为:明胶溶液100份、亚硝酸5份、丙烯酸类单体混合物30份、过硫酸钾溶液23份;

实施例4
一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将竹篾条依次经过干燥、涂胶、热压、冷却、切割,制得表板;
将选好的木材粉碎干燥,并依次经过施胶、热压、冷却、切割制得木芯板;
将质量浓度12%的明胶溶液加入到安装有冷凝装置的反应釜中,加入亚硝酸,2℃下搅拌50min,抽真空20min;加入丙烯酸类单体混合物,混合均匀后加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节其pH为6.5-7.0,在110r/min的转速下搅拌升温至80℃,滴加质量浓度为10%的过硫酸钾溶液,2h滴加完毕;过硫酸钾溶液滴加完毕后升温至90℃,保温反应1.3h后停止加热,并加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液pH至6.5-7.0,保温反应0.5h后停止加热并降温至40-45℃,得到粘合剂;其中,,所述明胶溶液、亚硝酸、丙烯酸类单体混合物、过硫酸钾溶液的用量以重量份计分别为:明胶溶液95份、亚硝酸4份、丙烯酸类单体混合物27份、过硫酸钾溶液21份;
依次将表板-粘合剂-木芯板-粘合剂-表板复合,并经热压、冷却,得到竹木复合板坯,在竹木复合板坯上下表板的外表面依次喷涂底漆以及保护漆层,干燥,制得防潮防蛀竹木复合板材;
其中,所述底漆的组分,以重量份计,包括60份丙烯酸树脂,12份溶剂,2份海藻酸钠,4份柠檬酸钠,0.3份碳酸钙,4份丙三醇,2份消泡剂,1.2份流平剂组成的组分A以及60份聚异氰酸酯固化剂,12份乙酸乙酯组成的组分B;
所述保护漆的组分,以重量份计,包括聚氨酯20份,羧甲基纤维素3份,三乙醇胺2.6份,钙脂松香3份,膨胀水泥0.9份,聚丙烯短纤维0.3份,石蜡微乳液17份,樟脑油7份,环糊精0.25份,乙酸乙酯20份,有机硅消泡剂2份,流平剂1.5份,润湿剂1.4份。
实施例5
一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将竹篾条依次经过干燥、涂胶、热压、冷却、切割,制得表板;
将选好的木材粉碎干燥,并依次经过施胶、热压、冷却、切割制得木芯板;
将质量浓度14%的明胶溶液加入到安装有冷凝装置的反应釜中,加入亚硝酸,3℃下搅拌45min,抽真空20min;加入丙烯酸类单体混合物,混合均匀后加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节其pH为6.5-7.0,在115r/min的转速下搅拌升温至75℃,滴加质量浓度为10%的过硫酸钾溶液,2.5h滴加完毕;过硫酸钾溶液滴加完毕后升温至88℃,保温反应1.4h后停止加热,并加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液pH至6.5-7.0,保温反应0.5h后停止加热并降温至40-45℃,得到粘合剂;其中,,所述明胶溶液、亚硝酸、丙烯酸类单体混合物、过硫酸钾溶液的用量以重量份计分别为:明胶溶液98份、亚硝酸4.5份、丙烯酸类单体混合物27份、过硫酸钾溶液22份;
依次将表板-粘合剂-木芯板-粘合剂-表板复合,并经热压、冷却,得到竹木复合板坯,在竹木复合板坯上下表板的外表面依次喷涂底漆以及保护漆层,干燥,制得防潮防蛀竹木复合板材;
其中,所述底漆的组分,以重量份计,包括65份丙烯酸树脂,14份溶剂,2.5份海藻酸钠,4份柠檬酸钠,0.35份碳酸钙,4份丙三醇,2份消泡剂,1.3份流平剂组成的组分A以及70份聚异氰酸酯固化剂,14份乙酸乙酯组成的组分B;
所述保护漆的组分,以重量份计,包括聚氨酯25份,羧甲基纤维素4份,三乙醇胺2.8份,钙脂松香3份,膨胀水泥1.1份,聚丙烯短纤维0.4份,石蜡微乳液18份,樟脑油8份,环糊精0.3份,乙酸乙酯25份,有机硅消泡剂2份,流平剂2.0份,润湿剂1.8份。
对比例1
粘合剂的制备中明胶不先进行氧化,直接用丙烯酸酯类单体来进行改性,其他制备条件和实施例5相同。
对比例2
上下表板的外表面不喷涂有底漆和保护漆层,其他制备条件和实施例5相同。
下面对上述制得的竹木复合板材进行性能测试。
将压制好的板材置于室温下冷却24小时以上,再按相关标准锯制成试件。检测标准为GB/T17657-1999,检测项目包括产品的吸水率、静曲强度、内结合强度。
测试结果如表1所示:

从上述数据可以看出,明胶采用预先氧化后再接枝改性,制得的粘合剂,粘结性能更优异,制得的竹木复合板静曲强度大,底漆和保护漆层的喷涂可以有效改善竹木复合板的防水性能。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)表板的制备
将竹篾条依次经过干燥、涂胶、热压、冷却、切割,制得表板;
(2)木芯板的制备
将选好的木材粉碎干燥,并依次经过施胶、热压、冷却、切割制得木芯板;
(3)粘合剂的制备
a)将质量浓度10-15%的明胶溶液加入到安装有冷凝装置的反应釜中,加入亚硝酸,0-5℃下搅拌,抽真空20min;
b)加入丙烯酸类单体混合物,混合均匀后加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节其pH为6.5-7.0,搅拌升温至75-85℃,滴加质量浓度为10%的过硫酸钾溶液,1-3h滴加完毕;
c)过硫酸钾溶液滴加完毕后升温至88-92℃,保温反应1-1.5h后停止加热,并加入质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液pH至6.5-7.0,保温反应0.5h后停止加热并降温至40-45℃,得到粘合剂;
(4)竹木复合板的制备
依次将表板-粘合剂-木芯板-粘合剂-表板复合,并经热压、冷却,得到竹木复合板坯,在竹木复合板坯上下表板的外表面依次喷涂底漆以及保护漆层,干燥,制得防潮防蛀竹木复合板材。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,所述明胶溶液、亚硝酸、丙烯酸类单体混合物、过硫酸钾溶液的用量以重量份计分别为:明胶溶液90-100份、亚硝酸3-5份、丙烯酸类单体混合物25-30份、过硫酸钾溶液18-23份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤b)中,所述丙烯酸类单体混合物是由丙烯酸甲酯和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺组成,二者质量比为:m(丙烯酸甲酯):m(N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺)=(1.5-2.5):1。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘合剂的粘度为200-300mPa·s。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤a)中,所述搅拌的时间为40-60min。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤b)中,所述搅拌升温的转速为100-120r/min。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述底漆的组分,以重量份计,包括50-70份丙烯酸树脂,10-15份溶剂,1-3份海藻酸钠,2-5份柠檬酸钠,0.1-0.4份碳酸钙,2-5份丙三醇,1-2.5份消泡剂,0.8-1.5份流平剂组成的组分A以及40-75份聚异氰酸酯固化剂,10-15份乙酸乙酯组成的组分B。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述保护漆的组分,以重量份计,包括聚氨酯10-30份,羧甲基纤维素1-5份,三乙醇胺2-3份,钙脂松香1-4份,膨胀水泥0.5-1.5份,聚丙烯短纤维0.1-0.5份,石蜡微乳液15-20份,樟脑油5-10份,环糊精0.05-0.35份,乙酸乙酯10-30份,有机硅消泡剂1-3份,流平剂0.8-2.2份,润湿剂1-2份。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防潮防蛀竹木复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述竹木复合板各层厚度分别为:保护漆层、底漆层、表板、木芯板0.5-1mm、0.1-0.5mm、1-3cm、2-5cm。
