Detailed Description
In order to solve the problem that a user cannot perform logistics operation on logistics information on line in the prior art, in the embodiment of the application, firstly, data association is performed on a logistics order in a logistics provider server and a transaction order in an electronic commerce server, secondly, the associated data is displayed on a user logistics page and provided for a user terminal, and order items in the logistics order can be distinguished, specifically, operable order items and inoperable order items. The operable order entry is an entry providing operation logistics information for the user terminal, the operable order entry is selected from the operable order entry through the user terminal, a logistics operation request is sent to the server, the business server executes an operation command on the operable logistics order to obtain an operation result, and the operation result is synchronized to the logistics provider server. On one hand, from the technical perspective, the method realizes that a user performs logistics operation on logistics information on line, improves the flexibility of the operation on the logistics information, and ensures that the accuracy of the logistics information is higher; on the other hand, from the perspective of logistics circulation and users, because the users can conveniently and directly participate in the execution of the logistics operation on line, the off-line communication cost is reduced, and the volume of business objects and the user experience are improved. In addition, along with the improvement of the accuracy of the logistics information, the logistics circulation efficiency of the business object is correspondingly improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the scheme of the present application, the following description is made of the related concepts related to the present application:
logistics orders: the cross-border logistics order and the non-cross-border logistics order can be divided and are composed of a plurality of order items. The cross-border logistics order is usually served by two logistics sections, one is a domestic logistics section, and the other is an international logistics section. Generally, in the domestic logistics section, the location of a seller is used as a delivery address, a container is used as a receiving address, in the international section, the container is used as a delivery address, and the actual overseas receiving address of a business object is used as a receiving address. After the business objects are delivered to the collection and transportation bin, the business objects can be stored in the collection and transportation bin for a period of time according to actual needs. The order entries constituting the logistics order may include: logistics company entries, order number entries, consignee information entries, shipper information entries, premium entries, and the like. The logistics company entry is used for recording logistics company information; the order number entry is used to record order number information. The consignee information entry is used to record consignee information, and typically includes: recipient name information, recipient address information, recipient unit name information, contact phone information for the recipient, postal code information for the recipient, recipient identification card information, and receipt time period information, among others. The sender information entry is used to record the sender information, and typically includes: recipient name information, recipient address information, recipient unit name information, contact phone information for the recipient, postal code information for the recipient, recipient identification card information, and receipt time period information, among others. The reserve price item is used to record whether the reserve price is present or not, the reserve price fee, and the like. In addition, in the logistics circulation process, the logistics business server can also record the logistics state of the business object by using the logistics order, and the logistics state is used for recording where the business object arrives and the operation of related logistics personnel on the business object.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a flowchart of a logistics information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, the method includes the following steps:
step 101: the user terminal receives a selection instruction for operable order entry in the user logistics page.
In the E-business server or the third-party server, the system records the purchasing and ordering behaviors of the user through a transaction order. In the logistics server, the system records logistics information (receiver information, sender information, logistics state information, and the like) of the business object through a logistics order. One trade order corresponds to one or more logistics orders.
In the application, in order to enable a user to operate a logistics order (or rather logistics information in the logistics order) corresponding to a trade order, the logistics order in a logistics provider server and the trade order corresponding to the logistics order in an electronic commerce server are subjected to data association, the data obtained after the association is displayed on a user logistics page, the order items forming the logistics order are divided into operable order items and inoperable order items, and the operable order items are displayed on the user logistics page or the operable order items and the inoperable order items are displayed.
Considering that the trade order and the logistics order have a corresponding relationship, the trade order has specific information of a business object purchased by a user, and the logistics order does not have the specific information of the business object, so that the user can conveniently distinguish which logistics order needs to be subjected to logistics operation.
The operable order entry refers to an order entry which can be operated by a user, and through operation, information in the order entry is selected, modified, deleted or new information is added.
The inoperable order item is an order item which cannot be operated by the user, and the content in the inoperable order item cannot be selected, modified, deleted or added with new information and is only viewed by the user.
The inoperable order entry is not a constant, and as the business object is streamed, the operable order entry may become an inoperable order entry, and the inoperable order entry may also become an operable order entry, for example: the consignee information item is typically an actionable order item before the business object is not delivered and is an inoperable order item after the business object is delivered.
Here, a user logistics page is displayed on the user interface of the user terminal, and the user can select the operable order entry on the user logistics page, select the operable order entry to be operated, and receive an input selection instruction for the user terminal.
Step 102: and the user terminal receives an operation instruction of the operable order item selected by the selection instruction.
In the above step 101, an operable order entry, that is, an operation object is selected. What kind of operation is performed on the selected operation object is determined by the operation instruction in step 102.
The operation instruction may be an operation instruction actively initiated by the user terminal (without changing information in the order entry), or may be an operation instruction for changing or modifying information in the order entry.
The user terminal can receive the operation instruction for the selected operable order item by clicking the corresponding operation instruction button after selecting the operable order item.
For example: assuming that the selected operable order entry is a recipient information entry, the user clicks a 'modification' button set for the recipient information entry, and fills the modified receiving address information in the column of the receiving address, so as to input a modification instruction for the recipient information entry to the user terminal.
The operation instruction and the selected operable order item form the logistics operation of the user.
In the actual logistics process, situations that may occur are complicated, and therefore, the operable order entry is set according to the logistics process of the business object, and the corresponding operation instruction needs to be determined according to the logistics process of the business object and the requirements of the user. The operable order entries and operating instructions of step 102 will be described in step 105 by typical centralized logistics operations.
Step 103: and the user terminal sends a logistics operation request to the service server, wherein the logistics operation request carries an operation instruction and the operable order entry selected by the selection instruction.
Here, the user terminal initiates a logistics operation request to interact with the service server, and the service server subsequently executes the logistics operation of the user.
The interaction between the user terminal and the service server can be carried out through the message under the http protocol.
Step 104: and the service server receives a logistics operation request aiming at a user logistics page sent by the user terminal.
Step 105: and the service server executes the operation instruction according to the selected operable order entry to obtain an operation result.
After the business server obtains the operable order entry and the operation instruction from the logistics operation request, the operation instruction can be executed for the operable order entry, and the execution result is the operation result.
In order to ensure the correct execution of the operation command and the smooth operation of the logistics flow, before the step 105 is executed, it may be determined whether the operation command executed on the selected operable order entry conflicts with the preset logistics flow, if so, an operation failure message is returned to the user terminal, and if not, the step 105 is executed.
The following four typical logistics operations are used to specifically describe the step 105, but the present application is not limited to the following four specific logistics operations, and the situations occurring in the logistics circulation process are complicated, and other logistics operations can be executed according to the actual situations.
The first logistics operation: altering recipient information
Here, the user may find that there is a mistake in the recipient information during the logistics circulation of the business object, for example, there is a mistake in filling the receiving address, a mistake in filling the contact phone, or a spare contact phone needs to be added, and the filled receiving address is a unit address, but the receiving address or the receiving time period needs to be changed because holidays or personal things are not in units. Or the related logistics personnel can find that the recipient information is wrong, for example, the contact telephone number is a blank number, the receiving address does not exist, and then the logistics personnel inform the user through a reminding message of a user logistics page or other ways.
In order to change the receiver information, the selected operable order entry is an order number entry and a receiver information entry, and the operation instruction is to modify the original first receiver information in the receiver information entry into the second receiver information.
In this case, the step 105 specifically includes: and modifying the original first consignee information in the consignee information entry into second consignee information aiming at the consignee information entry in the logistics order represented by the order number in the order number entry, wherein the first consignee information comprises one or more of the following five kinds of information, namely first consignee address information, a first contact telephone, a first postal code, a first consignee name and a first consignee time period. The second consignee information corresponds to the first consignee information.
In the specific operation, if the user wants to modify the receiving address information, the user terminal can be triggered to carry the selected order number entry and the modified address information in the logistics operation request to be sent to the service server by selecting the order number entry of the logistics order to be modified in the logistics page of the user, then clicking the 'modification' button, changing the receiving address sub-entry into an editable state, and clicking the 'submission' button after editing the address information.
The second logistics operation: collection and transportation of cross-border logistics orders
When the business objects borne by at least two cross-border logistics orders of the user are currently in the collecting and transporting bin and the addresses of the business objects are the same, the user can initiate the collecting and transporting operation of the cross-border logistics.
At this time, what is shown in the user logistics page is: performing data association on at least two cross-border logistics orders in a logistics provider server and transaction orders which correspond to the at least two logistics orders respectively in an electronic commerce server to obtain data, order number entries, consignee information entries and logistics state entries; and the receiving address information in the receiver information items of the at least two cross-border logistics orders is the same and the current logistics states in the logistics state items are all warehoused collecting and transporting warehouses.
And the user selects the at least two cross-border logistics orders, clicks a 'collection and transportation' button, namely, the user terminal is triggered to carry the selected at least two order number items and the collection and transportation operation instruction in the logistics operation request and send the logistics operation request to the service server.
If the receiving addresses of the two cross-border logistics orders are different, the operation of the first situation can be executed according to the user requirement, the receiving addresses of the two cross-border logistics orders are modified to be the same, and then the collection and transportation operation is executed.
In this case, the step 105 specifically includes: and merging the cross-border logistics orders represented by the order numbers in the at least two order number entries into a cross-border logistics order.
The third logistics operation: single-piece direct delivery of cross-border logistics orders
After being delivered to the centralized transportation bin, the cross-border business object can be stored in the centralized transportation bin for a period of time to wait for the delivery of the collection of other business objects to the outside, but in the waiting process, because the user plan is changed, a single cross-border business object may need to be delivered to the outside directly. Aiming at the similar situation that one business object needs to be directly delivered to the overseas, the user logistics webpage can be used for initiating the single-piece direct delivery operation of the cross-border logistics order.
At this time, the user logistics page includes an order number entry, a receiver information entry and a logistics state entry, and the current logistics states in the logistics state entries of the cross-border logistics order are all warehoused collection and transportation warehouses.
The user terminal can carry the order number entry and the operation instruction of the one-piece direct transmission in the logistics operation request and send the logistics operation request to the service server.
In this case, the step 105 specifically includes: and adding a delivery label for the cross-border logistics order represented by the order number in the order number entry, wherein the delivery label is used for indicating that delivery real operation needs to be executed.
The fourth logistics operation: abandoning, accepting, or sending-back abnormal parts
The abnormal part is a business object which has abnormal condition and can not be smoothly delivered to the receiving address. The following types of abnormalities are generally classified:
the business objects are contraband, no business object is lost, the business objects are damaged, part of the business objects are lost when the collection is carried, and the like.
At the moment, the user logistics page comprises order number entries and abnormal description information; the selected operable order entry is an order number entry, and the abnormal description information comprises abnormal type information, character description information of an abnormal piece and/or actual photographing picture information of the abnormal piece;
after a user learns that a service object is abnormal in the logistics circulation process through a user logistics page displayed by a user terminal, a user can select an order number entry, and give up abnormal pieces, accept the abnormal pieces or send back the abnormal pieces according to the abnormal description information;
the user terminal receives the selection instruction input by the user, and abandons the abnormal part instruction, receives the abnormal part accepting instruction input by the user or receives the abnormal part sending-back instruction input by the user. Then, clicking a 'submit' button by a user, namely triggering the user terminal to send an entry carrying an order number, an abnormal piece abandoning instruction, an abnormal piece receiving instruction or an abnormal piece sending-back instruction to the service server;
in this case, the step 105 specifically includes:
when the operation instruction is to abandon an abnormal part, adding an abandon abnormal part label for the logistics order represented by the order number in the order number entry, wherein the abandon abnormal part label is used for indicating that actual operation of the abandon abnormal part is required;
when the operation instruction is to receive an abnormal piece, adding an abnormal piece receiving label for the logistics order represented by the order number in the order number entry, wherein the abnormal piece receiving label is used for indicating real operation needing to be processed according to a normal piece;
and when the operation instruction is a return exception instruction, determining blank recipient information items and payment application information.
When the operation instruction is to send back an abnormal piece, the receiver information of the abnormal piece is needed, therefore, the business server determines a blank receiver information item and payment application information to return to the user terminal, so that the user can confirm the payable expense information and fill the receiver information in the blank receiver information item.
And then the service server interacts with the user terminal, and the receiver information used when the abnormal part is sent back is specifically interacted as follows:
the service server sends the determined blank recipient information items and the payment application information to the user terminal;
the user terminal receives and displays the blank recipient information item and the payment application information;
the user terminal receives recipient information and confirmation information corresponding to payment input by a user;
the user terminal sends the recipient information corresponding to the blank recipient entry information and confirmation information aiming at the payable fee information to the service server;
through interaction with a user terminal aiming at the abnormal part, a business server acquires the receiver information of the abnormal part, and then adds a return abnormal part label for the logistics order represented by the order number in the order number entry, wherein the return abnormal part label is used for indicating that the received receiver information corresponding to the blank receiver entry information needs to be utilized to carry out return abnormal part actual operation.
Step 106: and the service server sends an order operation response to the user terminal, wherein the order operation response comprises the operation result, and sends a synchronous operation instruction to the logistics provider server aiming at the logistics operation request when the operation result is successful.
The service server sends the synchronous operation instruction to the logistics server, so that the logistics provider server updates the logistics order to obtain the latest logistics information of the logistics order, and the logistics provider can perform offline logistics operation according to the latest logistics information to perform logistics circulation of the service object, thereby improving the logistics circulation efficiency of the service object.
After the service server executes the step 106, it may also record the time of sending the logistics operation request, the selected operable entry and operation instruction carried in the logistics operation request, and the operation result information, and update the user logistics page with the recorded information.
Step 107: and the user terminal receives the operation result sent by the service server.
Step 108: and the logistics provider server receives a synchronous operation instruction sent by the service server when the operation result is successful.
Step 109: and the logistics provider server synchronizes the logistics information of the logistics order by using the synchronous operation instruction.
And the logistics provider server obtains the latest logistics information through synchronization. The specific synchronization process is determined by the content carried by the synchronization instruction sent by the service server, if the carried content is the selected operable order entry and the operation instruction, the logistics provider server executes the operation instruction for the selected operable order entry, and the logistics order can be updated; and if the carried content is the operation result, directly updating the logistics information in the logistics order by using the information in the operation result.
Fig. 2 shows the relationship between the user belonging to the user terminal and the logistics provider belonging to the logistics server involved in the logistics information processing method, and the user logistics page. In fig. 2, a solid line represents the real operation relationship between the role and the order, a dashed line represents that there is a data association relationship between the orders, and there is more than one logistics provider or logistics resource.
In addition, the logistics state information in the logistics provider server is also continuously updated along with the logistics circulation of the business object, and the order state of the trade order in the electronic commerce server is also continuously updated, at this time, in order to facilitate the user to monitor the logistics state of the logistics order, logistics operation is performed on the logistics information according to the logistics state of the logistics order and the trade state of the trade order, and the logistics circulation of the business object is participated, and the business server also needs to update the logistics state information and the trade state information in the user logistics page by using the logistics state information in the logistics order in the logistics provider server and the trade state information of the trade order corresponding to the logistics order in the electronic commerce server.
As can be seen from the above description, the user logistics page of the present application records the following four types of data:
the first type: user logistics operation data: recording the operation actively initiated or changed by the buyer in the logistics circulation process, including bill collection and transportation operation, goods receiving address change operation, abnormal piece abandoning operation, abnormal piece receiving operation and abnormal piece sending-back operation. The business object is initially circulated, and the buyer logistics operation is empty.
The second type: user logistics data: and recording logistics data which needs to be sensed by the user, and assisting the user to complete logistics operation. The data comprises abnormal description information, actual photographed pictures of the abnormal pieces, abnormal types (contraband, wrong pieces and few pieces) of the abnormal pieces, warehousing weighing weight, abnormal piece operation results (acceptance, abandonment and return), changed delivery addresses and business object information corresponding to the collection and transportation operation of the collection.
In the third category: logistics state data: recording the current logistics actual operation stage and actual operation occurrence time of the goods, actual operation executors and actual operation execution results of one or more sections of logistics circulation processes. And the logistics real operation states comprise delivery, successful signing, failed signing, abnormal warehousing, successful warehousing, abnormal unpacking and warehousing, ex-warehouse notification, abnormal ex-warehouse, successful ex-warehouse and signed receipt of a goods owner. The data source of the logistics state is a logistics order.
The fourth type: transaction state data: and recording the transaction stage and the transaction occurrence time of the transaction order of the user on the E-commerce platform or the third-party platform. And the transaction stage comprises the steps of placing an order without payment, placing an order with payment, canceling a transaction order after placing the order, successfully transacting and closing the transaction. The data source of the trade status is a trade order.
The sources and the association relationship of the above four types of data are specifically shown in fig. 3.
In the scheme of the embodiment of the application, the four types of data are associated through the user logistics page, the logistics practical operation result can be directly displayed to a user, and an entrance is provided for the user to complete user logistics operations such as collection and transportation, destination change and the like; the user logistics operation information is directly sent to the logistics provider server, and the logistics circulation of the user logistics operation is automatically completed in an information flow mode, so that the accuracy of the logistics information is improved, and the logistics circulation efficiency is improved; for the user, the logistics operation can be selectively initiated according to the requirement of the user, the user experience is better, and the order quantity is further promoted.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiments of the present application further provide three logistics information processing apparatuses, and as the principles of the problems solved by the three logistics information processing apparatuses are similar to the logistics information processing method, the implementation of the three logistics information processing apparatuses can refer to the implementation of the foregoing method, and repeated details are not repeated.
