As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automatic wire stripper provided by the present invention comprises a housing 1, a power switch, a motor, a tool bit 4, a battery, and a base 6, wherein the power switch is disposed outside the housing 1, the motor and the battery are mounted inside the housing 1, the battery is electrically connected to the motor, the tool bit 4 is movably mounted at the front end of the housing 1 through a hinge device 7, the base 6 is mounted at the rear end of the housing 1, the tool bit 4 comprises a blade 41, a length adjusting device 42, a thickness adjusting device 43, a fixing portion 44, and a rotating shaft, the blade 41 is mounted on the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is mounted at the front end of the fixing portion 44, the length adjusting device 42 and the thickness adjusting device 43 are mounted on the fixing portion 44, the blade 41 is provided with three blades distributed in a regular triangle, and the rotating shaft is connected to the motor, the length adjusting device 42 can control and adjust the length of the wire stripping opening, and the thickness adjusting device 43 can enable the cutter head to be suitable for wires with different thicknesses and different models.
The thread is inserted from the thread inlet, the thickness adjusting device 43 and the length adjusting device 42 are respectively rotated to ensure that the blade 41 of the cutter head 4 is just cut on the thread skin, the switch is turned on, the motor is rotated to drive the rotating shaft of the cutter head 4 to rotate, and the blade 41 begins to peel.
The blade 41 is provided with a protective shell 411, so that a user can be effectively prevented from being injured when the equipment works.
The included angle between the blade 41 and the rotating shaft is 4-8 degrees, the peeling effect in the angle range is the best, the damage to the wire is not easy to cause, and preferably, the effect of 5-6 degrees is the best.

The tool bit 4 is provided with a plurality of tool bits, so that the tool bit 4 can adapt to more lines of different models.
The heat dissipation holes 12 are formed in the shell, so that heat generated by the operation of the wire stripper can be dissipated timely, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.
The blade 41 is made of tungsten steel through one-step forming, the blade 41 is of a cuboid structure, the blade 41 is super wear-resistant, the times of replacing the blade 41 are reduced, and cost is saved.
