Specifically, the cross-section of the reinforcement member 19 is "Contraband", and the side 148 of the display screen 14 and the side 164 of the stand 16 are embedded in the recess of the reinforcement member 19 opposite the second engaging portion 194. In the embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing member 19 is a bendable metal sheet, such as a steel sheet, a magnesium alloy sheet, or the like. Of course, the reinforcement member 19 may also include a first combining portion 192 and a second combining portion 194 bent and extended from the first combining portion 192, the first combining portion 192 is disposed between the cover 12 and the display 14 and combined with the bezel 18, and the second combining portion 192 may be combined with the side 164 of the bracket 16 by gluing.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, step S17 includes the following steps:
s171: the glued display 14 is on the top 162; and
s173: the conformable cover sheet 12 is on the display screen 14.
The bottom surface 124 of the cover 12 may be attached to the top surface 144 of the display screen by optically clear adhesive OCA. The width of the display 14 is greater than the width of the cover 14, and the side edge 122 of the cover 12 is recessed relative to the display 14, i.e., the cover 12 does not completely cover the display 14. The display 14 may be an LCD, an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) or a flexible OLED, the display 14 includes a display area 141 and a non-display area 142, the display area 141 is used for displaying images and characters of the display module 10, and the non-display area 142 is used for wiring.
The display screen assembly 10 assembled by the assembling method of the embodiment of the invention realizes extremely narrow black edges of the cover plate 12 and even no black edges, and when the display screen assembly 10 of the embodiment of the invention is applied to the electronic device 100, a user can see the extremely narrow black edges or even can not see the black edges from the screen, thereby enlarging the screen occupation ratio and improving the product quality and the user experience.
Further, the first combination portion 192 of the reinforcement member 19 is connected to the bezel 18, the side 182 of the bezel 18 is combined with the side edge 122 of the cover 12 by dispensing, so that the reinforcement member 19 is indirectly connected to the cover 12, and the third combination portion 196 is engaged with the back surface of the insert 16, and the side 148 of the display 18 and the side 164 of the insert are embedded in the recess of the reinforcement member 19 and are opposite to the second combination portion 194, so that the reinforcement member 19 connects the cover 12 and the insert 16, and when the electronic device 100 is thrown up, dropped down or collided with other objects rapidly, the stress of the display 14 can be reduced, thereby protecting the display 14.
Furthermore, the second combining portion 184 is combined with the side edge 122 of the cover plate 12 by dispensing, and the dispensing combining manner not only can fixedly connect the second combining portion 184 with the side edge 122 of the cover plate 12, but also has better sealing performance, so as to play a role in waterproofing, improve the waterproofing performance of the electronic device 100, and further improve the user experience.
Furthermore, when the electronic device 100 is a mobile phone, a tablet computer or other electronic devices 100 that need to be held by hand, the outer surface 186 of the bezel 18 is curved to improve the hand feeling of the user when the user holds the electronic device 100.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, step S17 includes the following steps:
s172: the full-fit cover plate 12 is arranged on the display screen 14; and
s174: the cover 12 and display 14, which are all fitted together, are mounted on the top 162.
That is, the display 14 may be glued to the top 162 and then the cover 12 may be attached to the display 14; alternatively, the cover 12 and the display 14 may be attached together, and the bottom surface 146 of the display 14 may be glued to the top portion 162.

Claims (12)

1. A display screen assembly, the display screen assembly comprising:
the cover plate comprises a side edge, an upper surface and a lower surface, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface are connected with the side edge;
the top surface of the display screen is combined with the lower surface of the cover plate, the width of the display screen is larger than that of the cover plate, and the side edge of the cover plate is retracted relative to the display screen;
a stand including a top, a bottom surface of the display screen being coupled to the top of the stand;
the side face of the decorative ring is combined with the side edge in a dispensing mode, the decorative ring shields a non-display area of the display screen, and the side face is an inclined face with an inclination angle close to or consistent with that of the side edge; and
a reinforcing member coupled to the bezel by in-mold injection molding, the reinforcing member being used to connect the cover plate and the bracket together;
the reinforcing member comprises a first combination portion combined with the decorative ring, and the first combination portion is arranged between the cover plate and the display screen.
2. The display screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the reinforcement member includes a second coupling portion extending from the first coupling portion, the second coupling portion being coupled to a side of the bracket.
3. The display screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the stiffener includes a second engaging portion extending from the first engaging portion, and a third engaging portion extending from the second engaging portion, the bracket includes a back surface opposite the top, and the third engaging portion abuts the back surface of the bracket.
4. The display screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the top surface of the display screen is bonded to the lower surface of the cover plate in a full-face fit.
5. The display screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the top surface of the display screen is attached to the lower surface of the cover plate by Optically Clear Adhesive (OCA).
6. A display screen assembly according to claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the display screen is bonded to the top of the stand by gluing.
7. The display screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the cover panel is a touch screen cover panel.
8. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises a display screen assembly according to any one of claims 1-7.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, further comprising a rear cover and a battery, wherein the rear cover is coupled to the display screen assembly and forms a receiving space, and the battery is received in the receiving space.
10. An assembly method for assembling a display screen assembly, the assembly method comprising the steps of:
providing a rack, said rack comprising a top;
providing a reinforcing member, and performing in-mold injection molding on the reinforcing member to form the decorative ring, wherein the reinforcing member comprises a first combination part which is combined with the decorative ring, the decorative ring comprises a side surface, and the side surface is an inclined surface;
providing a display screen and a cover plate, wherein the cover plate comprises a side edge, an upper surface and a lower surface which are connected with the side edge, the side edge is an inclined surface, the area of the upper surface is smaller than that of the lower surface, the width of the display screen is larger than that of the cover plate, and the inclination angles of the side surface and the side edge are close to or consistent with each other;
mounting the display screen and the cover plate on the top, the side edge of the cover plate being retracted relative to the display screen, the first coupling portion being disposed between the cover plate and the display screen and the reinforcement member being used to connect the cover plate and the bracket together; and
dispensing to enable the side face of the decorative ring to be combined with the side edge and enable the decorative ring to shield a non-display area of the display screen.
11. The method of assembling of claim 10, wherein said step of mounting said display and said cover on said top portion comprises:
gluing the display screen on the top; and
the cover plate is completely attached to the display screen.
12. The method of assembling of claim 10, wherein said step of mounting said display and said cover on said top portion comprises:
the cover plate is completely attached to the display screen; and
mounting the cover plate and the display screen, which are all attached together, on the top.
