Preparation method of liquid peelable adhesive for water-based metal surface protective film
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesives, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a liquid peelable adhesive for an aqueous metal surface protective film.
Background
The strippable glue for the surface protection film is a special adhesive, and temporarily protects the surface of a product during transportation, storage, reprocessing and assembly after leaving a factory and before being used by a user so as to prevent mechanical scratches, abrasion, pollution, corrosion and the like. After the protection task is finished, the material can be easily and completely peeled off, and the material is not influenced. It features that besides proper adhesion and stripping to the protecting base, the protecting glue also has certain elasticity, strength and chemical resistance. The peelable glue can be applied to the surfaces of various materials such as metal, plastic, glass, wood and the like.
At present, the strippable adhesive for the domestic surface protection film is basically a non-setting adhesive type surface protection adhesive tape, and the preparation method comprises the steps of coating a layer of adhesive on the surface of a base material, drying, rolling and slitting to prepare the adhesive tape. The adhesive tape type peelable adhesive has the problems of non-transparency, higher cost, unsuitability for surface protection of workpieces with complex shapes and the like.
CN103421461A discloses a water-based paper-plastic laminating/peelable adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The paper-plastic laminating/peelable adhesive comprises, by mass, 35-45 parts of wax emulsion, 45-55 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 1-20 parts of tackifying resin, 1-5 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of coupling agent, 0.2-0.5 part of defoaming agent and 0.2-0.5 part of thickening agent. The wax emulsion is compounded with the waterborne polyurethane emulsion, the filler, the tackifying resin, the coupling agent, the thickening agent and the defoaming agent to prepare the waterborne paper-plastic laminating/peelable adhesive, the product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high initial adhesion, permanent adhesion and high peeling strength when the paper is compounded, the paper is not torn on a film bonding surface when the paper is separated from the plastic, the paper is not damaged, and the bonding surface is not sticky after the paper is separated from the plastic. But the moisture resistance, the scratch resistance and the abrasion resistance are poor, the transparency is low, and the method is not easy to adapt to parts with complex shapes.
CN103351833A discloses a method for preparing a liquid peelable glue for a surface protective film, which comprises the following steps: firstly, adding 30 parts of thermoplastic elastomer and 70 parts of solvent into a four-neck flask provided with a stirrer, a thermometer and a condenser, heating to 50-60 ℃, and stirring at the temperature until the thermoplastic elastomer is completely dissolved; then, adding 0.03-0.2 part of graft modifier, then adding 0.06-0.3 part of initiator, steadily heating to 70-90 ℃, and reacting for 9 hours at the temperature; and finally, cooling to room temperature, adding 5-10 parts of tackifying resin, 1-2 parts of coupling agent and 0.1-0.2 part of antioxidant, stirring until the materials are completely and uniformly mixed, and discharging. However, the peelable glue contains a large amount of solvent, and pollutes the environment.
