本发明公开了一种可转动投光灯,包括灯体和底座,灯体是由灯芯座、LED灯泡、反光杯和灯罩组成,灯芯座和反光杯位于灯罩内,LED灯泡安装在灯芯座上,灯芯座外接有电源,反光杯的外壁上设置有散热翅片,灯罩的底部固定设有带螺孔的灯罩连接板,底座包括支撑座和转动座,转动座位于支撑座的上部,二者通过轴承转动连接,转动座的上表面固定设有支撑钮,支撑钮与灯罩连接板通过螺栓固定连接;本发明是针对现有的投光灯往往转动角度较小,只能前后转动而不能全方位多角度的投射,本发明具有结构简单,安装方便,能够多角度、全方位投射的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具领域,尤其涉及一种可转动投光灯。
背景技术
目前,随着社会的不断发展,照明灯的使用已经无处不在,无论是不起眼的市井小巷,还是人流量较大的火车站、汽车站,照明灯的广泛使用已经大大方便了人们的出行和提高了人们的工作效率。照明灯的投入使用使得漆黑的夜晚也能像白天一样。
投光灯是使指定被照面高于周围环境的灯具,通常它能够瞄准要求的方向并要求具备不受气候条件影响的结构,其主要用于大面积作业场矿、建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、公园和花坛等,因此,几乎所有室外使用的大面积照明灯具都可以看作投光灯。投光灯的出射光束角度有宽有窄,变化范围在5°~110°之间。越来越多的城市开始对高层建筑较为集中的街区、繁华商业区或城市标志性建筑物等处安装相应的投光灯进行夜间照明,起到夜间亮化和美化城市的作用,投光灯通常被安装在户外较高、较隐蔽的地方,安装存在一定的难度和危险性;其次,在环境光亮的条件下无法确定投光灯的投光角度而进行相应的安装施工作业,必须要等到晚上,在光线较弱的情况下打开投光灯进行安装调试,进一步增加了施工的难度和危险性,此物,由于投光灯主要是在户外使用,因此要求灯具具有一定的防水、防冰雪和防日光强烈暴晒的性能。
本发明公开了一种可转动投光灯,通过灯体与转动装置进行连接,可以通过转动装置进行多角度、全方位的投射,同时,将散热翅片设置在反光杯的外表面,也大大提高了散热效率,提高灯体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种可转动投光灯,用于解决现有技术中的投光灯照射角度窄、安装成本高、散热差的技术问题,本发明解决以上技术问题采用的技术方案如下:
本发明公开了一种可转动投光灯,包括灯体和底座,灯体是由灯芯座、LED灯泡、反光杯和灯罩组成,灯芯座和反光杯位于灯罩内,LED灯泡安装在灯芯座上,灯芯座外接有电源,反光杯的外壁上设置有散热翅片,灯罩的底部固定设有灯罩连接板,底座包括支撑座和转动座,转动座位于支撑座的上部,二者通过轴承转动连接,转动座的上表面固定设有支撑钮,支撑钮与灯罩连接板通过螺栓固定连接。通过将传统散热器与反光杯结合在一起,不仅增大了灯体内腔的空间利用率,而且安装更加方便、快捷。
进一步的,为了减少投光灯的占用空间,转动座为圆形板状结构,支撑钮位于转动座的圆心处。用户在使用时可以根据需要自行对转动座进行转动实现投光灯的多角度投射。
本发明相比现有技术具有结构简单、组装方便、投射角度广的特点,更加有助于用户的使用。

下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,实施例1公开了一种可转动投光灯,包括灯体和底座,灯体是由灯芯座1、LED灯泡4、反光杯3和灯罩2组成,灯芯座1和反光杯3位于灯罩2内,LED灯泡4安装在灯芯座1上,灯芯座1外接有电源,反光杯3的外壁上设置有散热翅片31,灯罩2的底部固定设有灯罩连接板21,灯罩连接板21上设有螺孔,底座包括支撑座5和转动座6,转动座6位于支撑座5的上部,支撑座5和转动座6之间通过轴承7转动连接,转动座6的上表面固定设有支撑钮61,支撑钮61与灯罩连接板21通过螺栓固定连接。为了更好的减少投光灯的占用面积,转动座为6圆形板状结构,支撑钮61位于转动座6的圆心处。

1.一种可转动投光灯,包括灯体和底座,所述灯体是由灯芯座、LED灯泡、反光杯和灯罩组成,所述灯芯座和反光杯位于所述灯罩内,所述LED灯泡安装在灯芯座上,所述灯芯座外接有电源,其特征在于,所述反光杯的外壁上设置有散热翅片,所述灯罩的底部固定设有带螺孔的灯罩连接板,所述底座包括支撑座和转动座,所述转动座位于所述支撑座的上部,二者通过轴承转动连接,所述转动座的上表面固定设有支撑钮,所述支撑钮与所述灯罩连接板通过螺栓固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可转动投光灯,其特征在于,所述转动座为圆形板状结构,所述支撑钮位于所述转动座的圆心处。
