Description
本发明涉及电连接器,该连接器包括一个楔块,该楔块容置在一个通常具有C字形横断面的楔形插座内,并且适合于把连接器导线固定在该楔块两侧部与该插座的通道之间。
从巴西专利PI8202511得知,业已提供了一种楔插式连接器,它具有一个薄金属片制作的楔块和一个容置该楔块的楔形插座,并且借此将导线压紧在该楔块两侧部与该插座的通道之间。
在本发明的楔插式电连接器中,通道配备了削磨制成的多个齿状件,用以嵌线(penetrate wire),以增加该连接器的抗拉值。
下面将参照附图以举例的方式描述本发明。
图1示出本发明的楔形接座的透视图,
图2示出组装好的连接器的端部剖面图,用以示明导线在通道内与齿状件接触的情况,
图3示出一个齿状件的断面图。
图2所示的楔块10基本上与上文提到的巴西专利PI8202511中所示的楔块相同。它由薄金属片冲压成形并且具有一个中央腹板12。两侧部14向着腹板12绕回,以提供两个向外的表面16,表面16最好象图中所示那样呈中凹状。
一个锁合块18从中央腹板12的端部20向外伸出。
图1所示的楔形插座26基本上也与上述的巴西专利中所示的楔形插座相同。该插座26的横断面呈C字形,并且一端向着另一端楔削,以适合容置该楔块10。
插座26是由薄金属片冲压成形的并且具有两个面向内的通道28,这是由两个侧部的边缘朝上卷绕而形成的。这两个通道28由一个腹板32结合在一起。腹板32前端部的斜坡34通至一个开口38。一个止动件设在腹板32的后端部42处。
本发明涉及通道28中在图示的一端52或两端52和54处设置的由插座26的材料制作的齿状件或嵌入线的突件50。齿状件50是在两边缘处削磨金属而形成的,如图3所示。齿状件50要平行于导线56、58而制成,如图2所示。这些齿状件50分别嵌入各自的导线56、58,而这些导线又由驱入插座26的楔块10压入在通道中。
图2示出具有固定在楔块10上的凹形表面16与通道28之间固定的导线56、58的组装好的楔插式连接器。齿状件50已嵌入导线56、58,以改进该连接器62的抗拉值。
在所示的实施例中,一个凹形表面16要比与之相对的另一个凹形表面小些,以容纳较小直径的导线56。
对于本领域内的技术人员来说,结构上的各种变化是可以作出的,各种明显不同的修改和实施例在不违反本发明的范围的情况下也可以作出。前面的描述和所附的附图仅以示例性的方式给出的,因此所作的描述仅是说明性的而不是限制的。
Claims (4)
1、一种楔插式电连接器,具有一个楔块,该楔块容置于一个楔形插座内,用以将导线压入该插座的通道内,其特征在于,嵌线装置提供在各个通道的一端部上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的楔插式电连接器,其特征在于,所述的嵌线装置是由该插座形成的齿状件。
3、根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述的齿形件平行于导线。
4、根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述的齿状件是在各自通道的上述端部削磨而形成的。
