judging whether the integrated machine snapshot recognition system can recognize license plate numbers and vehicle types of the vehicles or not;
if the license plate number can be identified, uploading the license plate number as a server, and verifying payment information of the vehicle by the server;
if the fee is paid, the outlet display screen displays that the fee is paid, the blocking rod is automatically lifted, and the vehicle normally runs out;
If the payment is not paid, carrying out voice prompt on the payment, and displaying the payment information of the vehicle on an outlet display screen, wherein the payment information comprises: driving time, rate, charge, preferential charge and charged charge;
