The invention also provides a catheterization assembly with the indwelling catheter.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of urinary catheters in clinical urology surgery, in particular to an indwelling catheter and a catheterization assembly.
Background
An indwelling catheter is a commonly used medical instrument which is mainly used for assisting patients who cannot take care of urination to discharge urine. Keep somewhere catheter commonly used generally includes the catheterization body that the end was equipped with catheterization hole and collapsible cavity utricule, the front end of catheterization body is equipped with the catheterization interface with catheterization hole intercommunication and the utricule interface with cavity utricule intercommunication, insert the end of catheterization body into patient's bladder through the urethra earlier during the use, use utricule interface to the internal normal saline or the gas that lets in of cavity utricule, make the utricule inflation after fix the position of injecing the catheterization body in the bladder, guarantee that the catheterization body can be long-term stable insert locate patient internal, discharge patient's urine through the urination mouth with the urination mouth intercommunication afterwards.
However, in practical life, the indwelling catheter has certain defects that the urothelium of a patient who is indwelling the catheter is tightly contacted with the outer wall of the catheter body, so that urethral secretion and transurethral reconstruction postoperative exudate are difficult to flow out, the urethral secretion and the transurethral reconstruction postoperative exudate are deposited in the urethra of the patient for a long time, the urethral reconstruction is not favorable for healing and shaping of the urethra, the urethral infection of the patient is easy to cause, and the urethral reconstruction catheter has more obvious influence particularly on the patient needing to indwelling the catheter for a long time. In order to prevent or reduce the urinary tract infection rate of patients who need to keep the catheter in place for a long time, the urinary tract of the patients is cleaned by adopting physiological saline and antibiotic diluent clinically, but the urinary tract of the patients is not convenient to be effectively flushed or drained clinically by the existing indwelling catheter.
In order to overcome the defects, people carry out a lot of research and improvement on indwelling catheters, for example, the invention patent with the application publication number of CN105854151A discloses an anti-infection clover-shaped porous catheter which comprises a catheter body with a clover-shaped structure and a cross section formed by three blades, wherein a drainage cavity channel is arranged at the center of the catheter body, and a first through hole for communicating the drainage cavity channel with the outer wall of the catheter body is arranged at a corner formed between two adjacent blades; the flushing cavity is arranged at the center of the blade of the catheter body, when the catheter body is inserted into the urethra, a groove is formed between the outer wall of the catheter body and the urethra, and a second through hole communicated with the flushing cavity is formed between the flushing cavity and the groove. Although the urethral catheter provided by the invention can clean the urethra, the urethral catheter has irregular outer walls which are inserted into the urethra and are easy to make patients feel uncomfortable, the cleaning cavity and the drainage cavity can be indirectly connected through the first channel and the second channel, and urine can easily enter the cleaning channel to be polluted when being discharged, so that the subsequent cleaning operation of the cleaning channel is influenced.
