Abstract
The invention discloses an intermittent negative pressure suction skin expansion device and a using method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical treatment. The skin expansion device comprises a negative pressure generator and a skin expansion sucker, the negative pressure generator is communicated with the skin expansion sucker through an air duct, and a pressure gauge communicated with the air duct is arranged on the air duct; the negative pressure generator is an air exhaust fan driven by a motor, and the negative pressure generator intermittently generates negative pressure. The invention adopts a mode of intermittently generating negative pressure, reduces the possibility of injury to human skin caused by overlong time of a high-pressure state, and has more reasonable treatment process and more obvious curative effect. The negative pressure generator 1 of the invention intermittently generates negative pressure under the control of a control system. The pressure gauge 3 feeds the measured air pressure value back to the control system. The concrete structure is shown in figure 1.
The skin expansion sucking disc of the device has two setting modes. One is used for the skin expansion of the face, the specific arrangement mode is that a helmet 4 with a mounting rack 4-1 is added, and a skin expansion sucking disc 2 is mounted on the mounting rack 4-1 of the helmet 4 through a universal connecting arm 5. The negative pressure generator 1 is an air exhaust fan controlled by a motor, and the motor is controlled by a control system. The control system comprises a pressure relay and a time relay. The pressure value and the operation pause time of the motor can be set in the control system. The pressure relay performs corresponding actions through the pressure value fed back by the pressure measuring meter 3.
The control system of the invention can have two control modes, one is an air pressure control mode, namely, the maximum value and the minimum value of the working air pressure are input into the control system, and the negative pressure generator 1 stops running after the pressure value in the skin expansion sucking disc 2 reaches the maximum value. After a period of time, the pressure value in the skin expansion sucking disc 2 is lower than the minimum value, then the negative pressure generator 1 operates again until the pressure value in the skin expansion sucking disc 2 reaches the maximum value, and the process is circulated. The other mode is a time control mode, namely firstly, the suction fan works to enable the negative pressure generator 1 to stop running after the pressure of the device reaches a preset value, the intermittent working time (such as 10 minutes) of the negative pressure generator is set, after a period of time, the negative pressure generator 1 is started again until the pressure reaches the preset value, the negative pressure generator stops running, and the cycle is repeated according to the process. The two control modes can realize the effect of intermittently generating negative pressure, and the negative pressure generator 1 enables the skin expansion sucking disc 2 to be in a pressure maintaining state in the intermittent period.
The two control modes can realize the intermittent generation of negative pressure by the device, and the negative pressure generator enables the skin expansion sucker to be in a pressure maintaining state during the intermittence. However, since the skin expansion suction cup cannot be in an absolutely sealed state at the skin contact portion, the pressure in the skin expansion suction cup is gradually reduced after a certain period of time until the negative pressure generator is operated again. The arrangement ensures that the pressure of the skin expansion device for sucking and expanding the skin of the human body does not need to be kept in a high-pressure state all the time, but carries out sucking and expanding on the skin in a reasonable range, reduces the possibility of injury to the skin of the human body due to overlong time of the high-pressure state, and ensures that the treatment process is more reasonable. The skin condition of the transplanted skin after expansion is good, and the treatment effect after transplantation is more obvious. For the air pressure control mode, the patient can select the appropriate maximum value and minimum value according to the self pressure bearing capacity. For the time control mode, the patient can select the intermittent working time according to the self pressure bearing time.
The use method of the intermittent negative pressure suction skin expansion device comprises the following steps:
1) the site where skin augmentation is desired is identified.
2) Securing the skin expansion suction cup of the device at the position determined in step 1); selecting a specific form of the skin expansion sucking disc through the specific part determined in the step 1), and selecting a skin expansion device with a helmet 4 if the part needing skin expansion is the face; if the part needing skin expansion is other parts of the body, the skin expansion device with the telescopic belt 6 arranged on the skin expansion sucking disc 2 is selected.
