Abstract

本发明公开了一种管道式电缆,包括单节管道,单节管道包括内芯、外壳和支撑装置,内芯顶端设置有插头,内芯的底端设置有插座,插头与插座通过电线固定连接,内芯顶端的插头和内芯底端的插座分别通过支撑装置固定在外壳上,外壳由管道组成;插头与插座的形状相吻合,插头插入与之相邻的单节管道的插座上。支撑装置包括锥环、支撑架和顶轴,插头和插座固定安装在支撑架上,锥环固定安装在支撑架上,顶轴一端顶在锥环的外侧壁上另一端顶在管道的内侧壁上。本发明提供的管道式电缆把电缆与油管或者钻杆结合,只需要在井场把内芯固定在管道上,进行水平井作业。施工运输方便,成本低。

一种管道式电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢管电缆,尤其是一种利用油管(钻杆)的刚性电缆。
背景技术
八十年代以来,水平井钻井技术走向成熟。水平井可以显著提高油井产能,提高地层开采量。水平井越来越多的应用,也带来了水平井测井技术的发展。水平井测井要求把测井设备送入水平段,并且要求将地面电力输送给设备,这就需要电缆具备较高的刚性,专利号为201210293756.0的中国专利公布了一种特种钢管电缆,这种电缆比常规电缆刚性高,有一定的能力输送设备。但是这种电缆需要缠绕在滚筒上利用车辆运输,滚筒半径有限,所以电缆的刚性也是有限的,随着水平井长度越来越长,这种方式就不能满足输送设备的要求了。管道是常规石油设备,刚性足够,可以将设备送入水平段,但没有传输电线,不能将地面电力输送给设备。本发明提供一种有电线的管道,可以将设备送入水平段,有传输电线,可以将地面电力输送给设备。最终实现水平井测井。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管道式电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种管道式电缆,包括单节管道,所述单节管道包括内芯、外壳和支撑装置,所述内芯顶端设置有插头,内芯的底端设置有插座,插头与插座通过电线固定连接,内芯顶端的插头和内芯底端的插座分别通过支撑装置固定在外壳上,所述外壳由管道组成;所述插头与插座的形状相吻合,插头插入与之相邻的单节管道的插座上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述支撑装置包括锥环、支撑架和顶轴,所述插头和插座均安装在支撑架上,锥环安装在支撑架上,顶轴一端顶锥环的外锥面上另一端顶在管道的内侧壁上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述插头的外侧还固定安装有轴,插座的外侧设置有孔,轴的形状与孔的形状相吻合。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述插头和插座之间还设置有一层橡胶圈,所述橡胶圈顶端与轴固定连接,橡胶圈的底端与孔连接,橡胶圈与电线之间形成封闭空间,封闭空间内部充填有液压油。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述管道为油管或者钻杆中的一种。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述顶轴数量在两个以上,顶轴围绕支撑架的外侧壁环形排列。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的管道式电缆把电缆与油管或者钻杆结合,在施工时候只需要在井场把内芯固定在管道上,成为硬电缆,完成在水平井作业。本发明内芯的固定方式方便简单,时效高,且充分利用了井场资源,节约成本,方便运输。本发明提供管道式电缆有内孔,可以作为流体通道,进行特种测井作业。通过在电线外侧设置一层橡胶圈使电线内外压力平衡,防止灌浆,绝缘有保证。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-3,一种管道式电缆,包括单节管道,所述单节管道包括内芯、外壳和支撑装置,所述内芯顶端设置有插头1,内芯的底端设置有插座10,插头1与插座10通过电线7固定连接,内芯顶端的插头1和内芯底端的插座10分别通过支撑装置固定在外壳上,所述外壳由管道9组成,所述支撑装置包括锥环2、支撑架4和顶轴3,所述插头1和插座10安装在支撑架4,锥环2安装在支撑架4上,顶轴3一端顶在锥环的外锥面上另一端顶在管道9的内侧壁上,所述顶轴3数量在两个以上,顶轴3围绕支撑架4的外侧壁环形排列;所述插头1与插座10的形状相吻合,插头1插入与之相邻的单节管道的插座10上,用于传递电信号,所述插头1的外侧还固定安装有轴5,插座10的外侧设置有孔11,轴5的形状与孔11的形状相吻合,当插头1插入到相邻单节管道上的插座10的时候,此时孔11插入到轴5的外侧,起到密封插头和插座的目的;所述插头1和插座10之间还设置有一层橡胶圈8,所述橡胶圈8顶端与轴5固定连接,橡胶圈8的底端与孔11连接,橡胶圈8与电线7之间形成封闭空间31,橡胶圈8相当于电线7的弹性外壳,所述封闭空间31内部充填有液压油,充填液压油目的是使管道下井后橡胶管8内外压力平衡防止设备灌浆,保证电器的绝缘性;所述管道9为油管或者钻杆中的一种,所述橡胶管8与管道9内侧壁之间为流体通孔,相邻的单节管道的流体通孔相互贯通,流体通孔供流体通过,不影响管道正常的使用。

Claims (6)

1.一种管道式电缆,其特征在于,包括单节管道,所述单节管道包括内芯、外壳和支撑装置,所述内芯顶端设置有插头(1),内芯的底端设置有插座(10),插头(1)与插座(10)通过电线(7)固定连接,内芯顶端的插头(1)和内芯底端的插座(10)分别通过支撑装置固定在外壳上,所述外壳由管道(9)组成;所述插头(1)与插座(10)的形状相吻合,插头(1)插入与之相邻的单节管道的插座(10)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道式电缆,其特征在于,所述支撑装置包括锥环(2)、支撑架(4)和顶轴(3),所述插头(1)和插座10安装在支撑架(4)上,锥环(2)安装在支撑架(4)上,顶轴(3)一端顶在锥环(2)的锥面上另一端顶在管道(9)的内侧壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道式电缆,其特征在于,所述插头(1)的外侧还固定安装有轴(5),插座(10)的外侧设置有孔(11),轴(5)的形状与孔(11)的形状相吻合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管道式电缆,其特征在于,所述插头(1)和插座(10)之间还设置有一层橡胶圈(8),所述橡胶圈(8)顶端与轴(5)固定连接,橡胶圈(8)的底端与孔(11)连接,橡胶圈(8)与电线(7)之间形成封闭空间(31),封闭空间(31)内部充填有液压油。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管道式电缆,其特征在于,所述管道(9)为油管或者钻杆中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的管道式电缆,其特征在于,所述顶轴(3)数量在两个以上,顶轴(3)围绕支撑架(4)的外侧壁环形排列。
