Abstract
本发明提供传输公共消息的方法和相关设备。该方法包括:基站确定第一传输配置,该第一传输配置包括至少一组传输参数以及使用每组传输参数的时刻,该每组传输参数包括以下一种或多种参数:发送该公共消息所使用的窄带数量、发送该公共消息使用的窄带位置、发送该公共消息使用的最大传输块尺寸和控制信道调度指示,该控制信道调度指示用于指示是否使用控制信道调度发送该公共消息;该基站根据该第一传输配置,向目标机器类通信MTC设备传输该公共消息。根据上述技术方案,基站可以确定在不同时刻使用的发送公共消息的方式和参数,从而可以灵活地控制该公共消息的发送。
