Abstract

一种超高分子量PP复合塑料水管,其特征是所述水管最里层为UHMWPP芯管,所述UHMWPP芯管外包裹有第一结合层,第一结合层外包裹有不锈钢丝网层,不锈钢网层外包裹有PE中间结合层,所述PE中间结合层外壁上包裹有HDPE耐候层。本发明具有高性能、高适用性、结合强度高、抑菌、无毒无刺激、耐腐蚀、不易生锈等特点。其聚乙烯耐候层可以耐酸、碱、盐及有机溶剂等各种腐蚀性介质的侵蚀。第一结合层和PE中间结合层均能够结合不同的材质,并且增加管道的耐压强度,UHMWPP芯管强度高、无毒、环保,UHMWPP芯管经过第一结合层与不锈钢网层结合后,能够进一步增加管道的耐压强度,管道不易发生破裂,在同等负荷的条件下,该管道甚至比钢管还要高几倍,同时具有良好的抗冲击性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道,特别涉及一种超高分子量PP复合塑料水管。
背景技术
给排水管广泛用于公路、铁路路基、地铁工程、废弃物填埋场、隧道、绿化带、运动场等给排水领域,以及农业、园艺之地下灌溉和排水系统。传统金属给排水管因为长埋地下,特别容易腐蚀生锈,甚至造成穿孔、堵塞等严重问题。目前,塑料水管发展很快,其多以聚乙烯(PE)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材为主导,虽然一定程度上解决了金属管易腐蚀生锈的问题,但普遍存在着抗冲击性能差、耐压强度不高等缺陷。现有任何塑料管道,还都无法避免在坚硬重物的撞击下不受到伤害。因此,在设计和使用上,尤其要注意“扬长避短”。超高分子量聚乙烯\聚丙烯(UHMWPE\PP)是一种具有优异综合性能的热塑性工程塑料。根据美国菲利普石油公司的划分方法,分子量在150万以上的聚乙烯称为“UHMWPE”即Ultra-highmolecular weight PE ,中文称超高分子量聚乙烯。德国赫斯特(Hoechst)公司、美国赫尔克乐斯(Hercules)公司和日本三井石油化学公司是世界上生产聚乙烯\聚丙烯(UHMWPE\PP)的三大公司,中国主要生产厂家是北京助剂二厂、上海高桥石化公司化工厂,中国石化齐鲁石化分公司。聚乙烯\聚丙烯(UHMWPE\PP)具有其他工程塑料所无可比拟的抗冲击性、耐磨损性、耐化学腐蚀性、自身润滑性等性能被认为是高性能工程塑料,因而受到广泛重视。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种超高分子量PP复合塑料水管,以解决现有管道容易腐蚀生锈、抗冲击性能差、耐压强度不高、耐候性不好、不抗菌等技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种超高分子量PP复合塑料水管,其特征是所述水管最里层为UHMWPP芯管,所述UHMWPP芯管外包裹有第一结合层,第一结合层外包裹有不锈钢丝网层,不锈钢网层外包裹有PE中间结合层,所述PE中间结合层外壁上包裹有HDPE耐候层。
作为优选,所述UHMWPP芯管内壁设有纳米银渡膜层。
作为优选,所述UHMWPP芯管由以下组分按重量比制成:UHMWPP树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅1~2份,硫酸钙晶须5~7份,3A分子筛5~7份,坡缕粉3~5份。
作为优选,所述第一结合层由以下组分按重量比制成:PE树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅2~3份,3A分子筛2~3份,TPV聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体3~5份。
作为优选,所述PE中间结合层由以下组分按重量比制成:HDPE树脂(高密度聚乙烯)50份,β晶型成核剂(TMB-5)0.2~1.1份,乙烯-α-辛烯共聚物3~8份。
作为优选,所述HDPE耐候层主要由以下组分按重量比制成:HDPE树脂80~85份、纳米二氧化硅2~6份,硫酸钙晶须2~6份,3A分子筛2~5份,硬脂酸钙1~5份、纳米级二氧化钛2~3份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.3~0.5份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯 0.3~0.5份、聚乙烯蜡 0.2~0.3份。
本发明具有高性能、高适用性、结合强度高、抑菌、无毒无刺激、耐腐蚀、不易生锈等特点。其聚乙烯耐候层可以耐酸、碱、盐及有机溶剂等各种腐蚀性介质的侵蚀。第一结合层和PE中间结合层均能够结合不同的材质,并且增加管道的耐压强度,UHMWPP芯管强度高、无毒、环保,UHMWPP芯管经过第一结合层与不锈钢网层结合后,能够进一步增加管道的耐压强度,管道不易发生破裂,在同等负荷的条件下,该管道甚至比钢管还要高几倍,同时具有良好的抗冲击性能,应用时只需要较薄的管壁就可以满足要求,因此可以广泛应用在医疗、卫生、化工、饮用水等高端工程领域。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:如图1,2所示,超高分子量PP复合塑料水管最里层为UHMWPP芯管5,UHMWPP芯管外包裹有第一结合层6,第一结合层外6包裹有不锈钢丝网层7,不锈钢网层7外包裹有PE中间结合层8, PE中间结合层8外壁上包裹有HDPE耐候层9; UHMWPP芯管内壁设有纳米银渡膜层10;
UHMWPP芯管5:按重量比将UHMWPP树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅1份,硫酸钙晶须5份,3A分子筛5份,坡缕粉3份投入第一台挤塑机料斗;
第一结合层6:按重量比将PE树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅2份,3A分子筛2份,TPV聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体3份混合后投入第二台挤塑机料斗内;
PE中间结合层8:按重量比HDPE树脂(高密度聚乙烯)50份,β晶型成核剂(TMB-5)0.2份,乙烯-α-辛烯共聚物3份混合后投入第三台挤塑机料斗内;
HDPE耐候层9:按重量比将HDPE树脂80份、纳米二氧化硅2份,硫酸钙晶须2份,3A分子筛2份,硬脂酸钙1份、纳米级二氧化钛2份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.3份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯 0.3份、聚乙烯蜡 0.2份混合后投入第四台挤塑机料斗内;
生产时,UHMWPP芯管5由第一台挤塑机挤出后,将纳米银镶镀在UHMWPP芯管5的内管壁上,再经第二台挤塑机挤出第一结合层6将UHMWPP芯管5包裹,经过水冷和定径后,不锈钢丝分别从左右两边以左旋右旋的方式缠绕在第一结合层6上,缠绕的角度为50度,使得管材轴向和环向均匀受力,形成为不锈钢网层7,不锈钢网层7经过加热,由第三台挤塑机挤出PE中间结合层8将不锈钢网层7包裹,经过水冷和定径后,由第四台挤塑机挤出HDPE耐候层9将PE中间结合层8包裹。这样可以保证高强度钢丝与内外层HDPE之间热熔粘为一体,从而获得优异的耐高压超高分子量PP复合塑料水管。
实施例2:如图1,2所示,超高分子量PP复合塑料水管最里层为UHMWPP芯管5,UHMWPP芯管外包裹有第一结合层6,第一结合层外6包裹有不锈钢丝网层7,不锈钢网层7外包裹有PE中间结合层8, PE中间结合层8外壁上包裹有HDPE耐候层9; UHMWPP芯管内壁设有纳米银渡膜层10;
UHMWPP芯管5:按重量比将UHMWPP树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅2份,硫酸钙晶须7份,3A分子筛5份,坡缕粉4份投入第一台挤塑机料斗;
第一结合层6:按重量比将PE树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅3份,3A分子筛3份,TPV聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体5份混合后投入第二台挤塑机料斗内;
PE中间结合层8:按重量比将HDPE树脂(高密度聚乙烯)50份,β晶型成核剂(TMB-5)1.1份,乙烯-α-辛烯共聚物8份混合后投入第三台挤塑机料斗内;
HDPE耐候层9:按重量比将HDPE树脂85份、纳米二氧化硅6份,硫酸钙晶须6份,3A分子筛5份,硬脂酸钙5份、纳米级二氧化钛3份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.5份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯 0.5份、聚乙烯蜡0.3份混合后投入第四台挤塑机料斗内;生产方式同实施例1。
实施例3:如图1,2所示,超高分子量PP复合塑料水管最里层为UHMWPP芯管5,UHMWPP芯管外包裹有第一结合层6,第一结合层外6包裹有不锈钢丝网层7,不锈钢网层7外包裹有PE中间结合层8, PE中间结合层8外壁上包裹有HDPE耐候层9; UHMWPP芯管内壁设有纳米银渡膜层10;
UHMWPP芯管5:按重量比将UHMWPP树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅2份,硫酸钙晶须6份,3A分子筛6份,坡缕粉4份投入第一台挤塑机料斗;
第一结合层6:按重量比将PE树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅2份,3A分子筛3份,TPV聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体4份混合后投入第二台挤塑机料斗内;
PE中间结合层8:按重量比将HDPE树脂(高密度聚乙烯)50份,β晶型成核剂(TMB-5)0.8份,乙烯-α-辛烯共聚物6份混合后投入第三台挤塑机料斗内;
HDPE耐候层9:按重量比将HDPE树脂83份、纳米二氧化硅4份,硫酸钙晶须5份,3A分子筛3份,硬脂酸钙4份、纳米级二氧化钛2.5份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.4份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯 0.4份、聚乙烯蜡 0.3份混合后投入第四台挤塑机料斗内;生产方式同实施例1。
为了验证本发明的效果,将实施例比其它同类产品进行对比,具体如下表所示。

验证结果表明:相比其它同类产品,采用本发明制备的PP复合塑料水管,具有更好的力学性能和抗老化性能。

1.一种超高分子量PP复合塑料水管,其特征是所述水管最里层为UHMWPP芯管,所述UHMWPP芯管外包裹有第一结合层,第一结合层外包裹有不锈钢丝网层,不锈钢网层外包裹有PE中间结合层,所述PE中间结合层外壁上包裹有HDPE耐候层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高分子量PP复合塑料水管,其特征是所述UHMWPP芯管内壁设有纳米银渡膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超高分子量PP复合塑料水管,其特征是所述UHMWPP芯管由以下组分按重量比制成:UHMWPP树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅1~2份,硫酸钙晶须5~7份,3A分子筛5~7份,坡缕粉3~5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超高分子量PP复合塑料水管,其特征是所述第一结合层由以下组分按重量比制成:PE树脂100份,纳米二氧化硅2~3份,3A分子筛2~3份,TPV聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体3~5份。
