Abstract
氯羟吡啶是一种重要的化工原料,氯羟吡啶的生产工艺为:在溶解釜内加入氯羟吡啶原料药粗品,用计量泵加入甲醇,同时升温至40℃左右,氯羟吡啶原料药混合溶解约5h,待完全溶解后用夹套冷冻水降温,降至5℃左右,产品结晶析出,完成后放入过滤器进行离心过滤,得到晶体去烘干。母液送至精馏塔回收套用。烘干后的晶体经过粉碎、过筛、混合后,包装得到成品。

产品性状:本品为白色或类白色粉末,无臭。本品在甲醇或乙醇中微溶,在水、丙酮、乙醚、苯中不溶;在氢氧化钠中溶解。
主要用途:氯羟吡啶是我国使用最广泛的抗球虫药,其抗虫谱较广,对鸡的柔嫩、
毒害、布氏、巨型、堆型、和缓和早熟艾美耳球虫均有良效。
3、工艺说明
在溶解釜内加入氯羟吡啶原料药粗品,用计量泵加入甲醇,同时升温至40℃左右,氯羟吡啶原料药混合溶解约5h,待完全溶解后用夹套冷冻水降温,降至5℃左右,产品结晶析出,完成后放入过滤器进行离心过滤,得到晶体去烘干。母液送至精馏塔回收套用。烘干后的晶体经过粉碎、过筛、混合后,包装得到成品。
