Description

A deposit device for waste water treatment
Technical Field
The invention relates to a precipitation device for wastewater treatment, and belongs to the field of wastewater treatment.
Background
In order to ensure certain precipitation efficiency, conventional precipitation facilities such as a precipitation water tank and a precipitation water tank need to have a large enough volume so as to fully precipitate fine particles in water, and therefore, the precipitation water tank/the precipitation water tank in the prior art have the defects of large occupied area and large investment. As shown in fig. 1-2, the dust-containing water in the settling tank/settling pond of the prior art flows in from one point, the flow area of the dust-containing water in the tank/pond cannot be distributed on the whole plane of the tank, and in the initial stage of entering the tank, the flow cross-section area of the dust-containing water is small, the flow speed is high, the settling of dust particles is not facilitated, and the settling efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a new sedimentation device for wastewater treatment, which can better improve sedimentation efficiency while reducing the volume of a sedimentation facility.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a sediment device for waste water treatment, is including having the sediment water tank of water inlet and delivery port, and the upper portion of sediment water tank is polyhedral structure, and the lower part of sediment water tank is the toper body structure, the water inlet and the delivery port of sediment water tank set up relatively and the height of delivery port is higher than the height of water inlet, characterized by: the water inlet is the bar form, and it transversely sets up along the sedimentation tank lateral wall the sedimentation tank outside be equipped with entry flow straightener with the water inlet is connected, entry flow straightener includes the entry pipeline section, connects the expansion section that the cross sectional area at entry pipeline section lower extreme enlarges gradually, the lower port of expansion section is connected with the water inlet of sedimentation tank through the elbow of being connected rather than corresponding, the sedimentation tank is inherent the top of water inlet is provided with the entry guide plate that can be with the rivers guide to the lower part of sedimentation tank, the inside on-the-way interval from the water inlet to the delivery port of sedimentation tank is equipped with the on-the-way guide plate that the polylith slope set up, the lower part of on-the-way guide plate is equipped with a plurality of baffle boxes, forms the space that rivers pass through between two adjacent baffle boxes.
According to the invention, the inlet flow equalizing device is arranged at the water inlet of the water tank, and the inlet flow equalizing device increases the cross-sectional area of the outlet by changing the cross-sectional shape of the water inlet pipeline, so that the flow cross-sectional area of water entering the precipitation water tank is increased, the flow speed of the incoming water entering the precipitation water tank is reduced, and precipitation of dust particles in the incoming water is facilitated. Compared with the flowing condition of the conventional precipitation water tank, the inlet flow equalizing device enables the dust-containing water to enter the water tank at a lower flow speed, and the flowing area of the dust-containing water in the water tank can be distributed on the plane of the whole water tank, so that a foundation is laid for the settlement of dust particles. The invention can lead dust-containing water to the lower part of the water tank by arranging the inlet guide plate, the lower part of the water tank is a relatively static area, large-particle dust particles are directly precipitated to the bottom of the water tank under the action of inertia, and other dust particles are carried by water flow to the water outlet. The on-way guide plate is arranged on the way from the water inlet to the water outlet, so that water entering the settling water tank from the inlet guide plate is divided into two branches due to the blockage of the on-way guide plate: one of the two branches upwards flows to the water outlet from the upper part of the on-way guide plate, and the other branch flows to the water outlet from the lower part of the on-way guide plate. After the split, each branch has a larger flow cross section, and the flow rate is only half of that when the split is not carried out. Therefore, the flow velocity is far less than that without the flow splitting, and the sedimentation of dust particles is more facilitated. There is a region of relatively low or relatively static flow velocity below and above each on-way baffle. The dust particles in the dust-containing water continuously settle in the flowing process and are separated from the water flow, wherein part of the dust particles in the upward water flow can enter a relatively static area below the on-way guide plate in the flowing process, the dust particles are not influenced by the water flow in the area and can vertically settle in the water flow below the on-way guide plate, and the rest dust particles which are not settled still can settle in the relatively static area above the on-way guide plate in the flowing process. Similarly, the water flow speed at the lower part of the on-way flow guide plate is also far less than the flow speed without flow division. The water flow at the lower part of the on-way guide plate flows to the water outlet through the space between the guide chutes, and dust particles in the water flow continuously settle in the flowing process, are separated from the water flow, directly enter the still water area and can settle to the bottom of the settling water tank. The reduction of the flow velocity enables the dust particles to be separated from the water in a shorter flow path, and the length size of the settling water tank can be shortened under the same settling efficiency.
Furthermore, in order to make the water flow entering the precipitation water tank uniform, a plurality of flow equalizing guide plates are arranged in the expansion section of the inlet flow equalizing device to divide the space in the expansion section into a plurality of water flow channels.
Further, the expansion section is trapezoidal.
Furthermore, the included angle between the on-way guide plate and the horizontal plane is preferably 40-60 degrees. If the angle is too small, the dust will not be discharged, and if the angle is too large, the water purifying area will be small.
Furthermore, in order to guide away dust particles settled on the on-way guide plate, the guide chute is Y-shaped, and a large opening end of the guide chute is connected with the plate body of the on-way guide plate. Preferably, the material guide groove is integrally formed with the plate body of the on-way guide plate.
Furthermore, the lower end of the guide chute of the on-way guide plate extends to the area with lower flow velocity at the lower part of the water tank, so that the accumulated dust on the guide plate is discharged without being influenced by water flow and directly settles to the bottom of the water tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the flow velocity of water flow entering the precipitation water tank is reduced by arranging the specially designed inlet flow equalizing device, and the flowing area of dust-containing water in the precipitation water tank can be distributed to the plane of the whole water tank, so that the precipitation efficiency can be effectively improved; the invention leads dust-containing water to be firstly guided to the lower part of the settling water tank and directly settles dust particles with large particle size by arranging the inlet guide plate and arranging the on-way guide plate in the settling water tank. The water can be divided by arranging the on-way flow guide plate, the flow of each water flow is halved due to the fact that the upper and lower flow sections are large enough, the flow speed is necessarily reduced greatly, and dust particles can be separated from water in a short flow and a short time. In the water tank, the upper water flow passes through a still water area caused by a plurality of on-way guide plates along the way, dust particles precipitated in the still water area can be directly precipitated to the bottom without being influenced by the water flow, and the dust particles in the lower water flow can be directly precipitated in the still water area at the lower part of the precipitation water tank, so that the precipitation efficiency of the invention is far higher than that of a conventional precipitation facility in the same precipitation space. Moreover, due to the higher precipitation efficiency of the invention, the volume of the precipitation water tank can be relatively reduced under the same treatment capacity, and the equipment investment is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described by means of specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in the attached fig. 3-9, a settling device for wastewater treatment comprises a settling water tank 1 with a water inlet 7 and a water outlet 5, wherein the upper part of the settling water tank 1 is of a cuboid structure, the lower part of the settling water tank 1 is of a conical structure, the water inlet 7 and the water outlet 5 of the settling water tank 1 are oppositely arranged, and the height of the water outlet 5 is higher than that of the water inlet 7. Wherein, the water inlet 7 is the strip form, and it transversely sets up along 1 lateral wall of sediment water tank, runs through the horizontal length of this lateral wall basically. An inlet flow equalizing device 2 is arranged outside the precipitation water tank 1, the inlet flow equalizing device 2 comprises an inlet pipe section 9 and an expansion section 10 connected to the lower end of the inlet pipe section 9, the cross-sectional area of the expansion section 10 is gradually enlarged, and the lower port of the expansion section 10 is connected with a water inlet 7 of the precipitation water tank 1 through an elbow 8 correspondingly connected with the expansion section. In this embodiment, in order to make the water flow entering the settling water tank uniform, a plurality of flow equalizing guide plates 14 are arranged in the expansion section 10 of the inlet flow equalizing device 2 to divide the space in the expansion section 10 into a plurality of water flow channels. An inlet guide plate 3 capable of guiding inlet water to the lower part of the settling water tank 1 is arranged above the water inlet 7 in the settling water tank 1, and the inlet guide plate 3 is of a flat plate structure. The utility model discloses a sedimentation tank 1, including the inlet 7, the delivery port 5, the setting of setting up of setting. A space through which water flows is formed between two adjacent guide chutes 12.
The expanded section of the inlet flow straightener in this embodiment is preferably trapezoidal in shape. The included angle between the on-way guide plate 4 and the horizontal plane is preferably 40-60 degrees, the angle is too small to facilitate the dust accumulation to be discharged, and the water purification area is reduced if the angle is too large. In the invention, in order to ensure that the accumulated dust on the on-way flow guide plate is directly settled to the bottom of the water tank without being influenced by water flow, the lower end of the guide chute 12 of the on-way flow guide plate 4 preferably extends to a region with lower water flow velocity at the lower part of the water tank or extends to a still water region at the lower part.
What the upper portion of the precipitation water tank 1 in this embodiment adopted is the cuboid structure, and actually, the upper structure of the precipitation water tank 1 is not limited to the cuboid structure, and may be other polyhedral structures, for example: the cross section is in a pentagon, hexagon, octagon and other structures.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in figure 3, the dust-containing water enters the water tank from the water inlet 7 of the settling water tank 1 at a low flow speed after passing through the inlet flow equalizing device 2 and is distributed on the whole plane of the water tank. The dust-containing water entering the settling water tank is guided to the lower part of the settling water tank 1 under the action of the inlet guide plate 3, the lower part of the settling water tank 1 is a relatively static area, large-particle dust particles are directly settled to the bottom of the water tank under the action of inertia, and other dust particles are carried by water flow to the water outlet. Because of the plurality of inclined on-way deflectors 4 arranged on the way from the water inlet 7 to the water outlet 5, a region with low flow speed or relative rest is arranged below and above each on-way deflector 4, as shown by the hatching in fig. 3. The water that gets into the precipitation tank from entry guide plate 3 is because the blocking of on-way guide plate 4, divide into two branches: one upward flows from the upper surface of the on-way flow guide plate 4 to the water outlet 5, and the other upward flows from the lower surface of the on-way flow guide plate 4 to the water outlet 5. After the flow division, the flow velocity of each branch is less than that of the branches without the flow division, which is more favorable for the precipitation of dust particles. Wherein, in the process from the water inlet to the upper part of the first on-way guide plate 4 (i.e. in the process from the water inlet to the point a in fig. 3), part of dust particles continuously settle and are separated from the water flow to enter a relatively static area below the on-way guide plate. In this region, the dust particles are not influenced by the water flow and can settle vertically into the water flow below the on-way guide plate, while the rest of the dust particles which are still not settled can settle into the relatively static region above the on-way guide plate in the process from the point a to the point b, and in this region, the dust particles can also settle into the guide chute 12 at the lower part of the on-way guide plate vertically, and because the guide chute 4 extends all the way into the still water region at the lower part of the settling water tank, the dust particles settled in the guide chute 12 can settle directly to the bottom of the settling water tank 1. The dust which is not precipitated after the upward water flow passes through the first on-way flow deflector 4 is merged with the water flow which flows upward from the point a' and flows to the water outlet from the point b on the upper edge of the second on-way flow deflector. And then the water flow state and the dust particle settling process of the upward water flow passing through the rest on-way guide plates are the same as the process of the water flow flowing from the point a to the water outlet. And the other water flow flowing through the lower part of the on-way guide plate flows to the water outlet through the space between the guide chutes 12, and dust particles in the water flow are continuously settled in the flowing process, separated from the water flow, directly enter a still water area of the water tank and can be settled to the bottom of the water tank.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without inventive efforts by those skilled in the art based on the technical solution of the present invention.
Other parts in this embodiment adopt known technologies, and are not described herein again.
