the fourth display module is used for acquiring corresponding access records from the corresponding relation between the face features and the access records included in the feature database based on the face features of the user and displaying the acquired access records; or,
and the fifth display module is used for acquiring corresponding identity information and access records from the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database based on the face features of the user, and displaying the acquired identity information and the access records.
Optionally, referring to fig. 7, the apparatus further includes a second acquisition module 310, a second identification module 311, and a second storage module 312.
The second acquisition module 310 is configured to acquire face images of a plurality of legal users having the authority to access the target area to obtain a plurality of face images;
the second recognition module 311 is configured to perform face recognition on the plurality of face images respectively to obtain a plurality of face features;
a second storage module 312, configured to store the plurality of facial features in the feature database.
Optionally, referring to fig. 8, the second storage module 312 includes a first retrieving unit 3121 and a third storage unit 3122.
A first obtaining unit 3121, configured to obtain identity information of the multiple legitimate users;
a third storage unit 3122, configured to store the plurality of facial features and the identity information of the plurality of legitimate users in a correspondence relationship between the facial features and the identity information included in the feature database.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 9, the second storage module 312 includes a second retrieving unit 3123, a setting unit 3124, and a fourth storage unit 3125.
A second obtaining unit 3123, configured to obtain identity information of the multiple legitimate users;
a setting unit 3124 configured to set initial values of the entry and exit records of the plurality of legitimate users;
the fourth storage unit 3125 is configured to store the face features, the identity information of the legitimate users, and the entry and exit record initial values of the legitimate users in a corresponding relationship between the face features, the identity information, and the entry and exit record included in the feature database.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, the face image of the user entering or exiting the target area is collected, the face image is subjected to face recognition to obtain the face feature of the user, and then the identity of the user is determined based on the face feature of the user, and the identity of the user does not need to be determined through an access card or a key, so that the efficiency of determining the identity of the user is improved, the error rate of determining the identity of the user is reduced, and the security of the place where the target area is located is ensured.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal of a user identity determining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The first user client in the above embodiments may be installed in the terminal. Referring to fig. 10, terminal 1000 can include components such as a communication unit 1010, memory 1020 including one or more computer-readable storage media, an input unit 1030, a display unit 1040, a sensor 1050, audio circuitry 1060, a WIFI (wireless fidelity) module 1070, a processor 1080 including one or more processing cores, and a power supply 1090. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal structure shown in fig. 10 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the communication unit 1010 may be used for receiving and transmitting information or signals during a call, and the communication unit 1010 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a router, a modem, or other network communication devices. In particular, when the communication unit 1010 is an RF circuit, downlink information of a base station is received and then processed by the one or more processors 1080; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. Generally, the RF circuit as a communication unit includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, an LNA (Low Noise Amplifier), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the communication unit 1010 can also communicate with a network and other devices through wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), e-mail, SMS (Short Messaging Service), and the like. The memory 1020 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 1080 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1020. The memory 1020 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the terminal 1000, and the like. Further, the memory 1020 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, memory 1020 may also include a memory controller to provide access to memory 1020 by processor 1080 and input unit 1030.
The input unit 1030 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. Preferably, the input unit 1030 may include a touch-sensitive surface 1031 and other input devices 1032. The touch-sensitive surface 1031, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user (such as operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface 1031 using any suitable object or attachment, such as a finger, a stylus, etc.) on or near the touch-sensitive surface 1031 and drive the corresponding connection device according to a preset program. Optionally, the touch sensitive surface 1031 may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 1080, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 1080. In addition, the touch-sensitive surface 1031 may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. The input unit 1030 may also include other input devices 1032 in addition to the touch-sensitive surface 1031. Preferably, other input devices 1032 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a track ball, a mouse, a joystick, or the like.
Display unit 1040 can be used to display information entered by or provided to a user as well as various graphical user interfaces of terminal 1000, which can be comprised of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 1040 may include a Display panel 1041, and optionally, the Display panel 1041 may be configured in the form of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface 1031 may overlay the display panel 1041, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface 1031, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 1080 for determining the type of the touch event, and the processor 1080 then provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 1041 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 10 touch-sensitive surface 1031 and display panel 1041 are implemented as two separate components for input and output functions, in some embodiments touch-sensitive surface 1031 may be integrated with display panel 1041 for input and output functions.
Terminal 1000 can also include at least one sensor 1050, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. The light sensors can include an ambient light sensor that can adjust the brightness of the display panel 1041 according to the intensity of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that can turn off the display panel 1041 and/or a backlight when the terminal 1000 is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor that can be configured for terminal 1000 are not described herein.
Audio circuitry 1060, speaker 1061, and microphone 1062 can provide an audio interface between a user and terminal 1000. The audio circuit 1060 can transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 1061, and the electrical signal is converted into a sound signal by the speaker 1061 and output; on the other hand, the microphone 1062 converts the collected sound signal into an electrical signal, which is received by the audio circuit 1060 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 1080 and transmitted to, for example, another terminal via the communication unit 1010, or output to the memory 1020 for further processing. Audio circuitry 1060 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of peripheral headphones with terminal 1000.
In order to implement wireless communication, a wireless communication unit 1070 may be configured on the terminal, and the wireless communication unit 1070 may be a WIFI module. WIFI belongs to a short-range wireless transmission technology, and the terminal 1000 can help a user to send and receive e-mail, browse a web page, access streaming media, and the like through the wireless communication unit 1070, and provides the user with wireless broadband internet access. Although the wireless communication unit 1070 is shown in fig. 10, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the terminal 1000 and can be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
Processor 1080 is the control center for terminal 1000, and is coupled to various components of the overall handset using various interfaces and lines to perform various functions and process data of terminal 1000 by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in memory 1020 and invoking data stored in memory 1020, thereby providing overall monitoring of the handset. Alternatively, processor 1080 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 1080 may integrate an application processor, which handles primarily the operating system, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which handles primarily the wireless communications. It is to be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 1080.
Terminal 1000 can also include a power supply 1090 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which can preferably be logically coupled to processor 1080 via a power management system that can facilitate managing charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system. The power supply 1060 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
Although not shown, terminal 1000 can also include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which are not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, the terminal further includes one or more programs, the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by one or more processors, and the one or more programs include instructions for performing the user identity determination method provided in this embodiment, including:
when detecting that a user enters a target area, acquiring a face image of the user;
carrying out face recognition on the face image to obtain the face characteristics of the user;
judging whether the stored feature database stores the face features of the user or not;
and if the facial features of the user are not stored in the feature database, determining the user as the user with the undetermined identity.
Optionally, determining the user as a user whose identity is to be determined includes:
and displaying the identity pending information, wherein the identity pending information is used for indicating that the user is the identity pending user.
Optionally, after the information to be determined of the identity is displayed, the method further includes:
when a legal user confirmation instruction is received based on the identity undetermined information, determining that the user is a legal user;
the facial features of the user are stored in the feature database.
Optionally, storing the facial features of the user in the feature database includes:
when the identity information of the user is carried in the legal user confirmation instruction, storing the face characteristics of the user and the identity information of the user in a corresponding relation between the face characteristics and the identity information included in the characteristic database; or,
when the identity information of the user is carried in the legal user confirmation instruction, storing the face features of the user, the identity information of the user and the access records of the user currently accessing the target area in the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database.
Optionally, after determining whether the stored feature database stores the facial features of the user, the method further includes:
if the facial features of the user are stored in the feature database, determining that the user is a legal user;
and displaying identity legal information, wherein the identity legal information is used for indicating that the user is an identity legal user.
Optionally, after displaying the identity legal information, the method further includes:
based on the face features of the user, acquiring corresponding identity information from the corresponding relation between the face features and the identity information included in the feature database, and displaying the acquired identity information; or,
based on the face features of the user, acquiring corresponding access records from the corresponding relationship between the face features and the access records included in the feature database, and displaying the acquired access records; or,
based on the face features of the user, corresponding identity information and access records are obtained from the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database, and the obtained identity information and the access records are displayed.
Optionally, before determining whether the stored feature database stores the facial features of the user, the method further includes:
collecting face images of a plurality of legal users having the authority of accessing the target area to obtain a plurality of face images;
respectively carrying out face recognition on the plurality of face images to obtain a plurality of face features;
storing the plurality of facial features in the feature database.
Optionally, storing the plurality of facial features in the feature database includes:
acquiring identity information of the plurality of legal users;
and storing the plurality of face characteristics and the identity information of the plurality of legal users in the corresponding relation between the face characteristics and the identity information included in the characteristic database.
Optionally, storing the plurality of facial features in the feature database includes:
acquiring identity information of the plurality of legal users;
setting the initial value of the access record of the plurality of legal users;
and storing the plurality of face features, the identity information of the plurality of legal users and the initial values of the access records of the plurality of legal users in the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, the face image of the user entering or exiting the target area is collected, the face image is subjected to face recognition to obtain the face feature of the user, and then the identity of the user is determined based on the face feature of the user, and the identity of the user does not need to be determined through an access card or a key, so that the efficiency of determining the identity of the user is improved, the error rate of determining the identity of the user is reduced, and the security of the place where the target area is located is ensured.
It should be noted that: in the user identity determining apparatus provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the above functional modules is used for illustration when determining the user identity, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the user identity determining apparatus provided in the above embodiment and the user identity determining embodiment belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiment and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
Claims (18)
1. A method for determining the identity of a user, the method comprising:
when detecting that a user enters a target area, acquiring a face image of the user;
carrying out face recognition on the face image to obtain the face characteristics of the user;
judging whether the stored feature database stores the face features of the user or not;
and if the facial features of the user are not stored in the feature database, determining the user as the user with the undetermined identity.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after said determining said user as an identity pending user, further comprising:
and displaying identity pending information, wherein the identity pending information is used for indicating that the user is the identity pending user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after displaying the identity pending information, further comprising:
when a legal user confirmation instruction is received based on the identity pending information, determining that the user is a legal user;
storing the facial features of the user in the feature database.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein storing the facial features of the user in the feature database comprises:
when the identity information of the user is carried in the legal user confirmation instruction, storing the face features of the user and the identity information of the user in a corresponding relation between the face features and the identity information included in the feature database; or,
when the identity information of the user is carried in the legal user confirmation instruction, storing the face features of the user, the identity information of the user and the access records of the user currently accessing the target area in the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the stored feature database stores facial features of the user, further comprising:
if the facial features of the user are stored in the feature database, determining that the user is a legal user;
and displaying identity legal information, wherein the identity legal information is used for indicating that the user is an identity legal user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after displaying the identity legitimacy information, further comprising:
based on the face features of the user, acquiring corresponding identity information from the corresponding relation between the face features and the identity information included in the feature database, and displaying the acquired identity information; or,
based on the human face features of the user, acquiring corresponding access records from the corresponding relation between the human face features and the access records included in the feature database, and displaying the acquired access records; or,
and acquiring corresponding identity information and access records from the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database based on the face features of the user, and displaying the acquired identity information and the access records.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining whether the stored feature database stores the facial features of the user, further comprising:
collecting face images of a plurality of legal users having the authority of accessing the target area to obtain a plurality of face images;
respectively carrying out face recognition on the face images to obtain a plurality of face features;
storing the plurality of facial features in the feature database.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein said storing said plurality of facial features in said feature database comprises:
acquiring identity information of the plurality of legal users;
and storing the plurality of face features and the identity information of the plurality of legal users in the corresponding relation between the face features and the identity information included in the feature database.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein said storing said plurality of facial features in said feature database comprises:
acquiring identity information of the plurality of legal users;
setting initial values of the access records of the plurality of legal users;
and storing the plurality of face features, the identity information of the plurality of legal users and the initial values of the access records of the plurality of legal users in the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database.
10. An apparatus for user identity determination, the apparatus comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a face image of a user when the user is detected to enter a target area;
the first identification module is used for carrying out face identification on the face image to obtain the face characteristics of the user;
the judging module is used for judging whether the stored feature database stores the face features of the user or not;
and the first determination module is used for determining the user as the user with the undetermined identity if the facial features of the user are not stored in the feature database.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the first display module is used for displaying identity undetermined information which is used for indicating that the user is the identity undetermined user.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the second determining module is used for determining that the user is a legal user when a legal user confirmation instruction is received based on the identity pending information;
a first storage module, configured to store the facial features of the user in the feature database.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first storage module comprises:
a first storage unit, configured to store, when the identity information of the user is carried in the legal user confirmation instruction, the facial features of the user and the identity information of the user in a correspondence relationship between the facial features and the identity information included in the feature database; or,
and the second storage unit is used for storing the face characteristics of the user, the identity information of the user and the access record of the current access of the user to the target area in the corresponding relation among the face characteristics, the identity information and the access record included in the characteristic database when the identity information of the user is carried in the legal user confirmation instruction.
14. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a third determining module, configured to determine that the user is a valid user if the facial features of the user are stored in the feature database;
and the second display module is used for displaying identity legal information, and the identity legal information is used for indicating that the user is an identity legal user.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a third display module, configured to obtain corresponding identity information from a correspondence between the face features and the identity information included in the feature database based on the face features of the user, and display the obtained identity information; or,
the fourth display module is used for acquiring corresponding access records from the corresponding relation between the face features and the access records included in the feature database based on the face features of the user and displaying the acquired access records; or,
and the fifth display module is used for acquiring corresponding identity information and access records from the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database based on the face features of the user, and displaying the acquired identity information and the access records.
16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring face images of a plurality of legal users having the authority of accessing the target area to obtain a plurality of face images;
the second identification module is used for respectively carrying out face identification on the plurality of face images to obtain a plurality of face characteristics;
and the second storage module is used for storing the plurality of human face characteristics in the characteristic database.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the second storage module comprises:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain identity information of the multiple legitimate users;
and the third storage unit is used for storing the plurality of face features and the identity information of the plurality of legal users in the corresponding relation between the face features and the identity information included in the feature database.
18. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the second storage module comprises:
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain identity information of the multiple legitimate users;
the setting unit is used for setting the initial values of the access records of the plurality of legal users;
and the fourth storage unit is used for storing the plurality of face features, the identity information of the plurality of legal users and the initial access record values of the plurality of legal users in the corresponding relation among the face features, the identity information and the access records included in the feature database.
