Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a peony seed protein smearing type mask and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics.
Background
The facial mask is a beauty skin care product applied on the face, and can realize the maintenance functions of moisturizing, whitening, resisting aging, balancing grease and the like after 15-30 minutes after application. At present, the planting area of oil peonies is increased year by year, and the harvested peony seeds are mainly used for extracting oil and are eaten as high-grade oil. The peony seed oil has unsaturated fatty acid content of more than 90%, wherein the content of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3 series) exceeds 40%, and has the characteristics of lubrication, moisture retention, no greasiness and easy absorption. And the peony seed oil contains squalene, which is absent in other common oil, so that skin lipid cells can be effectively protected from being damaged by free radicals, and the moisture on the surface of the skin is prevented from losing. Therefore, the peony seed oil can be used as a new component of the beauty cosmetics. The main component of residue left after peony seed oil extraction is peony seed protein, but the development and utilization modes of the seed protein are very few, and the utilization rate is very low. The peony seed protein contains the fragrance of peony petals and peony essential oil, is a favorite taste of cosmetic enthusiasts, and does not need to be added with other flavoring agents for blending the taste. At present, aiming at the diversified demands of the market on beauty products, the inventor explores and develops the peony seed component into related beauty and skin care products, and the peony seed component has wide development prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to fully utilize peony seed oil and peony seed protein to provide a peony seed protein smearing type mask which has an obvious moisturizing effect and can improve the problem of dull and lusterless skin.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the peony seed protein smearing type mask.
Technical scheme
A peony seed protein smearing type mask comprises the following main components: 20-35% of peony seed protein powder, 10-20% of pearl powder, 5-7% of peony seed essential oil, 3-6% of hyaluronic acid, 3-5% of vitamin C, 5-7% of tartaric acid, 20-25% of fresh milk, 13-15% of deionized water and 1-2% of emulsifier;
the emulsifier is composed of soybean lecithin, arachidonic acid, triglycerol monostearate and sucrose fatty acid ester according to the mass ratio of 2:1:5: 2;
the "%" is mass "%".
Preferably, it consists essentially of:
30% of peony seed protein powder, 15% of pearl powder, 7% of peony seed essential oil, 3% of hyaluronic acid, 5% of vitamin C, 5% of tartaric acid, 20% of fresh milk, 13% of deionized water and 2% of emulsifier; or,
30% of peony seed protein powder, 15% of pearl powder, 7% of peony seed essential oil, 3% of hyaluronic acid, 5% of vitamin C, 5% of tartaric acid, 20% of fresh milk, 14% of deionized water and 1% of emulsifier; or,
35% of peony seed protein powder, 10% of pearl powder, 5% of peony seed essential oil, 6% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of vitamin C, 5% of tartaric acid, 25% of fresh milk, 10% of deionized water and 1% of emulsifier; or,
20% of peony seed protein powder, 20% of pearl powder, 5% of peony seed essential oil, 6% of hyaluronic acid, 5% of vitamin C, 7% of tartaric acid, 20% of fresh milk, 15% of deionized water and 2% of emulsifier.
Preferably, the preparation method of the peony seed essential oil comprises the following steps: peeling peony seeds, drying at 45 deg.C or naturally drying until the water content is less than 3wt%, pulverizing to 40-60 mesh, and using supercritical CO2Carrying out extraction; and (5) obtaining the product.
Preferably, the peony seed protein powder is prepared by adopting the following preparation method: and crushing residues left after the seed oil is squeezed from the peony seeds to 100-200 meshes. The prepared peony seed protein powder is light earthy yellow in color.
Compared with the existing smearing type mask, the peony seed protein powder is used for replacing collagen powder and is matched with peony seed essential oil, so that the mask has the fragrance of peony petals. In addition, researches show that the peony seed protein powder has good emulsibility and emulsion stability, so that the dosage of the emulsifier can be obviously reduced. The emulsifying effect of different emulsifying agents is different, and the emulsifying agent consisting of the soybean lecithin, the arachidonic acid, the triglycerol monostearate and the sucrose fatty acid ester according to the mass ratio of 2:1:5:2 is obviously improved in the presence of the peony seed protein powder.
The invention discloses a preparation method of the peony seed protein smearing type mask,
dissolving emulsifier with part of deionized water at 40-55 deg.C, and mixing with other components;
the 'part of deionized water' refers to deionized water accounting for 20-30% of the total mass of the deionized water.
