The steaming cooking device as shown in fig. 5 and 6 comprises a cooking inner container 5, wherein a steam inlet 51 and a steam outlet 52 are formed in the cooking inner container 5, a groove 53 for accumulating residual water is formed in the rear of the cooking inner container 5, the steam inlet 51 of the cooking inner container 5 is communicated with an air outlet of a steam generator 6, a water inlet of the steam generator 6 is communicated with a water tank, the water tank adopts the water tank with the structure, the water inlet of the steam generator 6 is communicated with a cooking water storage space A of the water tank, and the groove 53 of the cooking inner container 5 is communicated with a residual water storage space B of the water tank.
In the embodiment, a water inlet of the steam generator 6 is connected with a first bidirectional water pump 7 and a first electromagnetic valve 8 and then communicated with a cooking water storage space A of the water tank; the groove 53 of the cooking liner 5 is communicated with the residual water storage space B of the water tank after being connected with the second bidirectional water pump 9 and the second electromagnetic valve 10; the first bi-directional water pump 7 and the second bi-directional water pump 9 have the same structure, and each comprises a motor base 71, a motor 72, a driving magnet fixing sleeve 73, a driving magnet 74, a driven magnet fixing sleeve 75, a driven magnet 76, a driving gear 77, a gear box 78, a sealing ring 79, a driven gear 710 and a pump cover 711, as shown in fig. 7 to 9.
The motor 72 is installed in the motor base 71, the driving magnet 74 is installed in the driving magnet fixing sleeve 73, the driven magnet 76 is installed in the driven magnet fixing sleeve 75, the driving gear 77 and the driven gear 710 are installed on the gear box 78, and the motor base 71, the driving magnet fixing sleeve 73, the moving magnet fixing sleeve 75 and the gear box 78 are sequentially connected; the driving magnet 74 and the driven magnet 76 are oppositely arranged, the driving magnet 74 is connected with an output shaft of the motor 72, the driving gear 7 is connected with the driven magnet 76 through a driving shaft, one part of the magnetic polarity of the driving magnet 74 is N pole, the other part of the magnetic polarity of the driving magnet is S pole, one part of the magnetic polarity of the driven magnet 76 is N pole, the other part of the magnetic polarity of the driving magnet is S pole, and the installation positions of the driving magnet 74 and the driven magnet 76 meet the following conditions: the portion of the driving magnet 74 having the magnetic polarity of N is opposite to the portion of the driven magnet 76 having the magnetic polarity of S, and the portion of the driving magnet 74 having the magnetic polarity of S is opposite to the portion of the driven magnet 76 having the magnetic polarity of N.
The force transmission process is as follows: the motor rotates to drive the driving magnet, the driving magnet drives the driven magnet through the magnetic field effect, the driven magnet rotates together with the driving gear, and the driving gear drives the driven gear through the teeth. In the process of force transmission, the driving magnet and the driven magnet are transmitted through the action of a magnetic field, and mechanical friction does not exist between the driving magnet and the driven magnet, so that noise and abrasion can be effectively reduced, on the other hand, the structure separates a gear part from a motor part, the gear part and the motor part are not directly connected through a shaft, three layers of protection sleeves are arranged between the gear part and the motor part at intervals, and the condition that part of water leakage causes motor burning can be effectively avoided.
When the bidirectional pump works, when the motor rotates clockwise, the driving gear also rotates clockwise, and at the moment, fluid flows from the left side to the right side; when the motor rotates counterclockwise, the drive gear also rotates counterclockwise, and at this time, fluid flows from the right side to the left side, as shown in fig. 8, the presence of the seal 79 can effectively prevent fluid leakage.
By adopting the two-way pump with the structure, the water inlet and the water return of the steam box waterway system can be realized, and the structure is simple and the installation is easy.
