Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水性好的PVC保护膜，包括保护膜本体，保护膜本体的内部分别设置有上膜和下膜，上膜和下膜之间设置有粘结层，粘结层的两侧分别与上膜的下表面和下膜的上表面连接，上膜的内部设置有基体，基体的上表面粘结有耐热层，耐热层的上表面粘结有防水层，基体的下表面粘结有玻璃纤维层，玻璃纤维层的下表面粘结有复合纤维层，上膜内部的结构与下膜内部的结构相同。本发明在上膜和下膜的两侧均设置有凸边，可以对连接体进行保护，减小水汽对连接体的影响，保证保护膜与物品之间连接的稳定性，而且如果保护膜表面碰到水，可以通过上凸边将上膜揭去，下膜依然可以对物品进行保护，使用更加安全方便。

一种防水性好的PVC保护膜
技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域，具体为一种防水性好的PVC保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜，汽车保护膜，家用保护膜，食品保鲜保护膜等。随着手机等数码产品在中国的普及，保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称，而其在屏幕保护膜领域的功能也是五花八门，最早高清防刮，到现今香港GLAUKE，180度和OK8功能型保护膜的受宠。材料从最早的PP材料到现今流行的AR材质，中间经历了5年多的发展，慢慢的被广大手机群体所接受，保护膜的应用范围也越来越广泛，但是一般的保护膜防水性不好，容易导致保护膜失去粘结性，从而导致保护膜与物品脱离失去保护的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水性好的PVC保护膜，具备能够增强保护膜的防水性的优点，解决了现有技术中保护膜防水性差的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种防水性好的PVC保护膜，包括保护膜本体，所述保护膜本体的内部分别设置有上膜和下膜，所述上膜和下膜之间设置有粘结层，所述粘结层的两侧分别与上膜的下表面和下膜的上表面连接，所述上膜的内部设置有基体，所述基体的上表面粘结有耐热层，所述耐热层的上表面粘结有防水层，所述基体的下表面粘结有玻璃纤维层，所述玻璃纤维层的下表面粘结有复合纤维层，所述上膜内部的结构与下膜内部的结构相同。
优选的，所述上膜的两端均一体成型有上连接体，且位于上膜左侧的上连接体的左侧一体成型有上凸边。
优选的，所述下膜的两端均一体成型有下连接体，且位于下膜右侧的下连接体的右侧一体成型有下凸边。
优选的，所述上膜的上表面开设有均匀分布的凹槽，且每个凹槽的深度均为上膜厚度的二分之一。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
1、本发明通过在保护膜的内部分别设置有上膜和下膜，可以很好的提高保护膜的防水性，能够减小潮气对保护膜粘结性的影响，从而使保护膜更好的对物品进行保护，延长保护膜的使用寿命，而且通过将连接体设置在保护膜的边缘处，且在保护膜的上表面开设有凹槽，如果保护膜接触到水分，水分也会集中到凹槽中排出去，避免水分对连接体造成侵蚀，能够保证保护膜的粘结性，而且减小粘结胶与物品的接触面积，方便将保护膜除去，可以减少粘结胶对物品的影响。
2、本发明通过将保护膜设置为上膜和下膜的组合，并且在上膜和下膜的两侧均设置有凸边，可以对连接体进行保护，减小水汽对连接体的影响，保证保护膜与物品之间连接的稳定性，而且如果保护膜表面碰到水，可以通过上凸边将上膜揭去，下膜依然可以对物品进行保护，使用更加安全方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2，一种防水性好的PVC保护膜，包括保护膜本体1，为了物品能够更好的存放，并且延长物品的保鲜时间和寿命，人们通过在物品的外表面采用保护膜对物品加以保护，避免物品受到损坏，保护膜本体1的内部分别设置有上膜2和下膜3，通过在保护膜的内部分别设置有上膜2和下膜3，可以很好的提高保护膜的防水性，能够减小潮气对保护膜粘结性的影响，从而使保护膜更好的对物品进行保护，延长保护膜的使用寿命，上膜2的两端均一体成型有上连接体6，且位于上膜2左侧的上连接体6的左侧一体成型有上凸边9，通过将保护膜设置为上膜2和下膜3的组合，并且在上膜2和下膜3的两侧均设置有凸边，可以对连接体进行保护，减小水汽对连接体的影响，保证保护膜与物品之间连接的稳定性，而且如果保护膜表面碰到水，可以通过上凸边9将上膜2揭去，下膜3依然可以对物品进行保护，使用更加安全方便，上膜2的上表面开设有均匀分布的凹槽4，且每个凹槽4的深度均为上膜2厚度的二分之一，通过将连接体设置在保护膜的边缘处，且在保护膜的上表面开设有凹槽4，如果保护膜接触到水分，水分也会集中到凹槽4中排出去，减小水分对连接体造成侵蚀，能够保证保护膜的粘结性，而且减小粘结胶与物品的接触面积，方便将保护膜除去，可以减少粘结胶对物品的影响，下膜3的两端均一体成型有下连接体8，且位于下膜3右侧的下连接体8的右侧一体成型有下凸边7，方便将保护膜揭去，使用更加方便，而且可以节省时间，上膜2和下膜3之间设置有粘结层5，粘结层5的两侧分别与上膜2的下表面和下膜3的上表面连接，使上膜2和下膜3之间连接的更加稳定，能够更好的对物品进行保护，上膜2的内部设置有基体12，基体12的上表面粘结有耐热层11，可以增强保护膜的耐热性，减小热量对保护膜的影响，耐热层11的上表面粘结有防水层10，减小水汽对保护膜粘结性的影响，保证连接的稳定性，基体12的下表面粘结有玻璃纤维层13，玻璃纤维层13的下表面粘结有复合纤维层14，可以增强保护膜的强度和韧性，使保护膜不容易受到损坏，延长保护膜的使用寿命，上膜2内部的结构与下膜3内部的结构相同。
综上所述：该防水性好的PVC保护膜，通过在保护膜的内部分别设置有上膜2和下膜3，可以很好的提高保护膜的防水性，能够减小潮气对保护膜粘结性的影响，从而使保护膜更好的对物品进行保护，延长保护膜的使用寿命，而且通过将连接体设置在保护膜的边缘处，且在保护膜的上表面开设有凹槽4，如果保护膜接触到水分，水分也会集中到凹槽4中排出去，避免水分对连接体造成侵蚀，能够保证保护膜的粘结性，而且减小粘结胶与物品的接触面积，方便将保护膜除去，可以减少粘结胶对物品的影响，解决了现有技术中保护膜防水性差的问题。

1.一种防水性好的PVC保护膜，包括保护膜本体（1），其特征在于：所述保护膜本体（1）的内部分别设置有上膜（2）和下膜（3），所述上膜（2）和下膜（3）之间设置有粘结层（5），所述粘结层（5）的两侧分别与上膜（2）的下表面和下膜（3）的上表面连接，所述上膜（2）的内部设置有基体（12），所述基体（12）的上表面粘结有耐热层（11），所述耐热层（11）的上表面粘结有防水层（10），所述基体（12）的下表面粘结有玻璃纤维层（13），所述玻璃纤维层（13）的下表面粘结有复合纤维层（14），所述上膜（2）内部的结构与下膜（3）内部的结构相同；
所述上膜（2）的两端均一体成型有上连接体（6），且位于上膜（2）左侧的上连接体（6）的左侧一体成型有上凸边（9）；所述下膜（3）的两端均一体成型有下连接体（8），且位于下膜（3）右侧的下连接体（8）的右侧一体成型有下凸边（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水性好的PVC保护膜，其特征在于：所述上膜（2）的上表面开设有均匀分布的凹槽（4），且每个凹槽（4）的深度均为上膜（2）厚度的二分之一。
