Up to this point, mobile terminals have been described in terms of their functionality. Hereinafter, a slide-type mobile terminal among various types of mobile terminals, such as a folder-type, bar-type, swing-type, slide-type mobile terminal, and the like, will be described as an example for the sake of brevity. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to any type of mobile terminal, and is not limited to a slide type mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal 100 as shown in fig. 1 may be configured to operate with communication means such as wired and wireless communication means and satellite-based communication means that transmit data via frames or packets.
A communication apparatus in which a mobile terminal according to the present invention is operable will now be described with reference to fig. 2.
Such communication devices may use different air interfaces and/or physical layers. For example, the air interface used by the communication device includes, for example, Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), and universal mobile telecommunications device (UMTS) (in particular, Long Term Evolution (LTE)), global system for mobile communications (GSM), and so forth. The following description relates to a CDMA communication device, as a non-limiting example, but such teachings are equally applicable to other types of devices.
Referring to fig. 2, the CDMA wireless communication apparatus may include a plurality of mobile terminals 100, a plurality of Base Stations (BSs) 270, Base Station Controllers (BSCs) 275, and a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) 280. The MSC280 is configured to interface with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) 290. The MSC280 is also configured to interface with a BSC275, which may be coupled to the base station 270 via a backhaul. The backhaul may be constructed according to any of several known interfaces including, for example, E1/T1, ATM, IP, PPP, frame Relay, HDSL, ADSL, or xDSL. It will be understood that an apparatus as shown in fig. 2 may include a plurality of BSCs 275.
Each BS270 may serve one or more sectors (or regions), each sector covered by a multi-directional antenna or an antenna pointing in a particular direction being radially distant from the BS 270. Alternatively, each partition may be covered by two or more antennas for diversity reception. Each BS270 may be configured to support multiple frequency allocations, with each frequency allocation having a particular frequency spectrum (e.g., 1.25MHz,5MHz, etc.).
The intersection of partitions with frequency allocations may be referred to as a CDMA channel. The BS270 may also be referred to as a base transceiver sub-assembly (BTS) or other equivalent terminology. In such a case, the term "base station" may be used to generically refer to a single BSC275 and at least one BS 270. The base stations may also be referred to as "cells". Alternatively, each sector of a particular BS270 may be referred to as a plurality of cell sites.
As shown in fig. 2, a Broadcast Transmitter (BT)295 transmits a broadcast signal to the mobile terminal 100 operating within the apparatus. In fig. 2, several global positioning device (GPS) satellites 300 are shown. The satellite 300 assists in locating at least one of the plurality of mobile terminals 100.
In fig. 2, a plurality of satellites 300 are depicted, but it is understood that useful positioning information may be obtained with any number of satellites. Other techniques that can track the location of the mobile terminal may be used instead of or in addition to GPS tracking techniques. In addition, at least one GPS satellite 300 may selectively or additionally process satellite DMB transmission.
As a typical operation of the wireless communication apparatus, the BS270 receives reverse link signals from various mobile terminals 100. The mobile terminal 100 is generally engaged in conversations, messaging, and other types of communications. Each reverse link signal received by a particular base station 270 is processed within the particular BS 270. The obtained data is forwarded to the associated BSC 275. The BSC provides call resource allocation and mobility management functions including coordination of soft handoff procedures between BSs 270. The BSCs 275 also route the received data to the MSC280, which provides additional routing services for interfacing with the PSTN 290. Similarly, the PSTN290 interfaces with the MSC280, the MSC interfaces with the BSCs 275, and the BSCs 275 accordingly control the BS270 to transmit forward link signals to the mobile terminal 100.
Based on the above-mentioned hardware structure of the mobile terminal and the structure of the communication device, the present invention provides various embodiments of the method.
As shown in fig. 3, there is shown a first embodiment of an information display device of the present invention. The information display device of this embodiment includes:
the judging module 10 is configured to obtain display content in a main screen of the mobile terminal, and judge whether a condition for starting a dual-screen display mode is satisfied according to the display content; the display content comprises first information and second information;
in this embodiment, the type of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual needs, for example, the mobile terminal may include a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like. The mobile terminal is provided with a main screen and an auxiliary screen, wherein the main screen and the auxiliary screen can respectively display different contents and can also display consistent contents.
The main screen is the positive display screen of mobile terminal, and the setting position and the size of assisting the screen can be according to particular case and nimble setting. For example, the auxiliary screen may be provided on the back side of the mobile terminal, or may be provided on the front side of the mobile terminal in parallel with the main screen. As shown in fig. 4, the main screen is disposed on the front side of the mobile terminal, and the auxiliary screen is disposed on the back side of the mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 5, both the main screen and the auxiliary screen are disposed on the same plane on the front side of the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal can open single-screen display mode or double-screen display mode according to user's user demand, and in order to save mobile terminal's energy consumption, optionally, mobile terminal carries out single-screen display through main screen under the acquiescence condition, when receiving to open double-screen display mode, accessible main screen carries out double-screen display with the assistance screen. In order to improve the reliability of the dual-screen display, the mobile terminal first calls the judging module 10 to acquire the display content in the main screen to judge whether the condition for starting the dual-screen display mode is satisfied, for example, when a camera is turned on in the main screen to take a picture, it is judged that the dual-screen display mode is not necessary to be started; when no application is opened in the main screen, the user is not using the mobile terminal, and it is determined that it is not necessary to start the dual-screen display mode.
When the main screen opens the information with both pictures and texts, the text information and the picture information can be displayed in the main screen and the auxiliary screen respectively because the information comprises the text information and the picture information. When the information is in the browsed state, the information is described to be concerned by the user, the condition for starting the double-screen display mode is judged to be met, and when the information is in the non-browsed state, the condition for starting the double-screen display mode is judged to be not met.
Specifically, taking the information as an example for detailed description, after receiving the opening command of the information, the mobile terminal first displays the information in the main screen, and the determining module 10 determines whether the information is in the browsed state.
Optionally, the determining module 10 determines whether the information is in the browsed state specifically as follows: detecting whether the display content of the main screen of the mobile terminal is watched by a user; when a user watches the mobile terminal, acquiring the touch frequency of a main screen of the mobile terminal within preset time, and judging whether the touch frequency is greater than a preset frequency threshold value; if the touch frequency is larger than a preset frequency threshold, judging that the user browses the information; and if the touch frequency is less than or equal to a preset frequency threshold value, judging that the user does not browse the information.
The display content may be application information, contact information, commodity information, etc. besides the information, and the purpose of determining whether the display content of the main screen is watched by the user is to prevent misoperation, for example, when the user does not browse the display content, and holds the mobile terminal with a hand, the main screen is continuously tapped by fingers, and the mobile terminal misdetermines that the user browses the display content.
The mobile terminal can acquire an image through the front-facing camera, only extracts the face of the user in the image, and indicates that the user is watching when the face of the user exists. Or, when the camera acquires that the user exists within a preset distance, the user is indicated to watch.
It is understood that the condition for turning on the dual-screen display mode can also be set according to actual needs, and the invention is not limited thereto.
The detection module 20 is configured to detect whether an instruction for starting the dual-screen display mode is received when a condition for starting the dual-screen display mode is met;
when the condition of starting the dual-screen display mode is met, in order to avoid that the mobile terminal automatically enters the dual-screen display mode when the user does not want to start the dual-screen display mode, and bring bad experience to the user, the mobile terminal can be detected by the detection module 20 and then enters the dual-screen display mode after receiving the instruction of starting the dual-screen display mode.
In an embodiment, the user may actively trigger the instruction of the dual-screen display mode, for example, the user may turn on the dual-screen display mode within a setting interface of the dual-screen display mode, or turn on the dual-screen display mode through a preset virtual button, a physical button, or a combination of multiple physical buttons, or turn on the dual-screen display mode by clicking in a floating window preset in the main screen.
In another embodiment, when the user uses the mobile terminal to browse the information of the product and frequently slides in the main screen to perform quick browsing, which indicates that the user may only need to check the main information of the product and does not need to check the detailed information of the product, the mobile terminal may output a prompt message indicating whether to open the dual-screen display mode in the main screen, so that the user may select to open or not to open the dual-screen display mode.
In another embodiment, after determining that the condition for turning on the dual-screen display mode is satisfied, the mobile terminal may control the secondary screen to enter a sleep state in which a preset pressure sensor of the secondary screen may operate without performing a bright-screen display on the screen. The mobile terminal acquires a touch area generated in the main screen at preset intervals, acquires a touch area generated in the auxiliary screen, compares the touch area generated in the main screen with the touch area generated in the auxiliary screen, judges that the user is in a state that two fingers pinch the mobile terminal at the moment if the difference value between the coordinate information of the touch area generated in the main screen and the coordinate information of the touch area generated in the auxiliary screen is within a preset range, lights the auxiliary screen according to the pinching state, and starts a dual-screen display mode.
It should be noted that, if the user needs to automatically enter the dual-screen display mode when the condition for starting the dual-screen display mode is satisfied, the user may set, in the designated setting interface, that the mobile terminal automatically enters the dual-screen display mode when the condition for starting the dual-screen display mode is satisfied. If the user does not need to automatically enter the double-screen display mode when the condition of starting the double-screen display mode is met, the user can cancel the selection to automatically enter the double-screen display mode in the appointed setting interface.
When the condition for starting the double-screen display mode is not met, the mobile terminal does not need to detect whether an instruction for starting the double-screen display mode is received or not, and does not respond to any trigger operation for starting the double-screen display mode.
A determining module 30, configured to determine, according to a user-defined rule, first information displayed on the main screen and second information displayed on the auxiliary screen if an instruction to start the dual-screen display mode is received;
the display content in the main screen may include first information and second information, and the first information and the second information may be specifically set according to different display contents, for example, when the display content is information, the information includes picture information and text information, and at this time, the first information is picture information and the second information is text information; when the display content is application information, the application information comprises application main information and application detailed information, and at the moment, the first information is the application main information, and the second information is the application detailed information.
When the mobile terminal receives an instruction to start the dual-screen display mode, the determining module 30 classifies the display contents, and then determines first information to be displayed in the main screen and second information to be displayed in the auxiliary screen according to a user-defined rule.
The mobile terminal can preset the self-defined rule, and the self-defined rule can be set as follows: (1) when the display content includes the picture information and the text information, the picture information is displayed in the main screen and the text information is displayed in the sub-screen. (2) When the display content includes the main information and the detailed information, the main information is displayed in the main screen, and the detailed information is displayed in the sub screen. The specific categories of primary information and detail may be different for different display contents. It is understood that the customized rule can be set according to the actual situation, and is not limited by the invention.
And the display module 40 is used for displaying the corresponding first information in the main screen and/or displaying the corresponding second information in the auxiliary screen according to the determined first information displayed in the main screen and the determined second information displayed in the auxiliary screen.
After the determination module 30 determines the first information to be displayed in the main screen and the second information to be displayed in the auxiliary screen, the display module 40 may display the information by: in the first mode, the mobile terminal displays the first information in the main screen and simultaneously displays the second information in the auxiliary screen. In the second mode, the mobile terminal displays only the first information in the main screen, and the auxiliary screen enters the sleep state. When the user needs to check the second information in the auxiliary screen, the mobile terminal can switch the main screen to enter the dormant state according to the received switching display instruction, and the second information is displayed in the auxiliary screen. In the third mode, the mobile terminal displays the second information only in the secondary screen, and the main screen enters the sleep state. When a user needs to check the first information in the main screen, the mobile terminal can switch the auxiliary screen to enter a dormant state according to the received switching display instruction, and the main screen displays the first information. Aiming at the three display modes, the mobile terminal can provide a user interface for the user to select any one of the display modes to display the information.
For example, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a main screen of the mobile terminal is disposed on a front side of the mobile terminal, an auxiliary screen is disposed on a back side of the mobile terminal, a user browses information using the mobile terminal, the information includes picture information and text information, and the customized rule is configured to display the picture information in the main screen and the text information in the auxiliary screen. After the mobile terminal judges that the condition of starting the double-screen display mode is met according to the information displayed in the main screen, when a user triggers and starts the double-screen display mode through a preset button, the mobile terminal displays picture information in the main screen and/or displays text information in the auxiliary screen according to a received instruction of starting the double-screen display mode. Therefore, the classified display of the image-text information by using the characteristic of double screens is realized, a very good image-text browsing effect is presented to a user, and the user experience is improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a main screen of the mobile terminal is provided at a front side of the mobile terminal, an auxiliary screen is provided at a rear side of the mobile terminal, a user browses goods information using the mobile terminal, the goods information including goods main information and goods detailed information, and the customized rule is set to display the goods main information in the main screen and the goods detailed information in the auxiliary screen. After the mobile terminal judges that the condition for opening the double-screen display mode is met according to the commodity information displayed in the main screen, when a user triggers to open the double-screen display mode through a preset button, the mobile terminal displays the main commodity information in the main screen and/or displays the detailed commodity information in the auxiliary screen according to the received instruction for opening the double-screen display mode. The information is classified and displayed, so that the user can quickly acquire the required information, and great convenience is brought to the user.

In an embodiment, the mobile terminal is provided with a button for triggering the first switching display instruction in advance, and if the current main screen of the mobile terminal displays the first information and the auxiliary screen is in an undisplayed state, when a user needs to switch from the first information to the second information for viewing, the button can actively trigger the first switching display instruction. When the first switching module 50 detects that the triggering operation of the button is received, it determines that the first switching display instruction is received, and at this time, the main screen is controlled to enter the non-display state, and the auxiliary screen displays the second information.
It is understood that the mobile terminal may also be preset with a user interface providing an option for triggering the first switching display instruction, or a floating window, a physical key or a combination of physical keys for triggering the first switching display instruction.
In another embodiment, the user may trigger the first switching display instruction by turning the mobile terminal, and the turning direction may be up-turning, down-turning, left-turning, right-turning, and the like. Assuming that the first information is displayed in the current main screen of the mobile terminal, and the auxiliary screen is in a non-display state, when the user needs to switch from the first information to the second information for viewing, the main screen facing the user can be turned to face away from the user, so that the auxiliary screen faces the user. When the first switching module 50 detects that there is a turning operation, the turning angle of the turning operation is detected by means of a gyroscope or the like, whether the turning angle is larger than a preset angle threshold value or not is judged, if the turning angle is larger than the preset angle threshold value, it is judged that a first switching display instruction is received, the auxiliary screen is activated at the moment, the second information is displayed in a bright screen state, and the main screen enters an undisplayed state. The preset angle threshold value can be set to 135 degrees, and can also be flexibly set according to specific situations. If the turning angle is smaller than or equal to the preset angle threshold, the first switching display instruction is not triggered.
When the second switching module 60 sets the second switching display instruction, the setting may also be performed according to the above method.
In order to reduce misoperation, when a user forgets the mode of triggering the first switching display instruction or the second switching display instruction set based on the method, the corresponding operation information triggering the first switching display instruction or the second switching display instruction can be called and displayed, so that the user is prompted to carry out correct operation.

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a mobile terminal including an information display device with the above structure, and the working principle and implementation manner of the information display device may refer to fig. 3 to 8 and the corresponding embodiments thereof, including all technical features thereof, which are not described herein again. The mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like. In the embodiment of the mobile terminal, due to the fact that the display content of the mobile terminal in the main screen meets the condition of starting the dual-screen display mode, after the instruction of starting the dual-screen display mode is received, the first information is displayed in the main screen according to the self-defined rule, and/or the second information is displayed in the auxiliary screen. Make mobile terminal can classify to the information that shows in the content, and open the double-screen display mode according to user's demand, will show that first information and second information in the content show main screen and assist the intrascreenly respectively and show, the user can select to watch the information in main screen or the assistance screen according to the needs of browsing of oneself, find the information that oneself wanted to know fast, the valuable time of user has been saved, and do not need the user to frequently operate, thereby the flexibility that shows information and the efficiency that the user acquireed information have been improved.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 9, a first embodiment of an information displaying method according to the present invention is provided. The information display method of the present embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment of the information display apparatus described above, and the information display method of the present embodiment includes:
step S10, acquiring display content in a main screen of the mobile terminal, and judging whether a condition for starting a double-screen display mode is met or not according to the display content; the display content comprises first information and second information;
in this embodiment, the type of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual needs, for example, the mobile terminal may include a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
In order to improve the reliability of the dual-screen display, the mobile terminal firstly acquires the display content in the main screen to judge whether the conditions for starting the dual-screen display mode are met, for example, when a camera is opened in the main screen for taking a picture, the mobile terminal judges that the dual-screen display mode is not necessary to be started; when no application is opened in the main screen, the user is not using the mobile terminal, and it is determined that it is not necessary to start the dual-screen display mode.
Specifically, taking the information as an example for detailed description, after receiving the opening instruction of the information, the mobile terminal first displays the information in the main screen and determines whether the information is in a browsed state.
Optionally, the step of determining whether the information is in a browsed state includes: detecting whether the display content of the main screen of the mobile terminal is watched by a user; when a user watches the mobile terminal, acquiring the touch frequency of a main screen of the mobile terminal within preset time, and judging whether the touch frequency is greater than a preset frequency threshold value; if the touch frequency is larger than a preset frequency threshold, judging that the user browses the information; and if the touch frequency is less than or equal to a preset frequency threshold value, judging that the user does not browse the information.
Step S20, when the condition of starting the double-screen display mode is satisfied, detecting whether an instruction of starting the double-screen display mode is received;
when the condition of starting the double-screen display mode is met, in order to avoid that the mobile terminal automatically enters the double-screen display mode when a user does not want to start the double-screen display mode, poor experience is brought to the user, and the mobile terminal can detect that the mobile terminal enters the double-screen display mode after receiving an instruction of starting the double-screen display mode.
Step S30, if an instruction for starting the dual-screen display mode is received, determining first information displayed by the main screen and second information displayed by the auxiliary screen according to a self-defined rule;
the display content in the main screen may include first information and second information, and the first information and the second information may be specifically set according to different display contents, for example, when the display content is information, the information includes picture information and text information, and at this time, the first information is picture information and the second information is text information; when the display content is application information, the application information comprises application main information and application detailed information, and at the moment, the first information is the application main information, and the second information is the application detailed information.
When the mobile terminal receives an instruction of starting the dual-screen display mode, the display contents are firstly classified, and then first information needing to be displayed in the main screen and second information needing to be displayed in the auxiliary screen are determined according to a self-defined rule.
And step S40, according to the determined first information displayed by the main screen and the second information displayed by the auxiliary screen, displaying the corresponding first information in the main screen and/or displaying the corresponding second information in the auxiliary screen.
After determining the first information to be displayed in the main screen and the second information to be displayed in the auxiliary screen, the mobile terminal may display the information in the following manner: in the first mode, the mobile terminal displays the first information in the main screen and simultaneously displays the second information in the auxiliary screen.
The mobile terminal in the embodiment of the invention determines that the display content in the main screen meets the condition of starting the double-screen display mode, and after receiving the instruction of starting the double-screen display mode, the mobile terminal displays the first information in the main screen and/or displays the second information in the auxiliary screen according to the self-defined rule.
Further, a second embodiment of the information display method according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the information display method described above, and the information display method of the present embodiment corresponds to the second embodiment of the information display apparatus described above. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the information display method of the present invention is that the main screen can adaptively adjust the display area of the main screen to display according to the size of the display area occupied by the first information, and/or the auxiliary screen can adaptively adjust the display area of the main screen to display according to the size of the display area occupied by the second information, so as to save the energy consumption of the mobile terminal. In this embodiment, the step S40 includes:
acquiring the size of the first information occupying the display area, and when the first information occupying the display area is smaller than the main screen, reducing the display area of the main screen to display the first information according to the size of the first information occupying the display area; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the second information occupies the display area smaller than the auxiliary screen, the display area of the auxiliary screen is reduced according to the size of the second information occupying the display area so as to display the second information.
In this embodiment, in the process of displaying information, the mobile terminal may adjust the display area of the display screen according to the size of the display area occupied by the displayed information, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy consumption of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, before the main screen displays the first information, the size of the first information occupying the display area is firstly acquired, whether the display area occupied by the first information is smaller than the whole screen area of the main screen or not is judged, and when the display area occupied by the first information is smaller than the whole screen area of the main screen, the display area of the main screen is reduced to perform self-adaptive display on the first information. When the first information occupies the display area more than or equal to the main screen, the main screen lights up the whole screen to display the first information.
Before the auxiliary screen displays the second information, the size of the display area occupied by the second information is firstly obtained, whether the display area occupied by the second information is smaller than the whole screen area of the auxiliary screen or not is judged, and when the display area occupied by the second information is smaller than the whole screen area of the auxiliary screen, the display area of the auxiliary screen is reduced to perform self-adaptive display on the second information. As shown in fig. 7, when the second information to be displayed on the auxiliary screen only occupies the three rows of text display areas, which is much smaller than the whole screen area of the auxiliary screen, at this time, the display area suitable for displaying the three rows of text is lit up in the auxiliary screen to display the second information, and other areas in the auxiliary screen are in a dormant state, that is, in a black screen standby state. And when the second information occupies the display area more than or equal to the auxiliary screen, the auxiliary screen lights the whole screen to display the second information.
The main screen and/or the auxiliary screen of the mobile terminal of the embodiment can adaptively adjust the display area of the display screen according to the size of the displayed information occupying the display area, and display the corresponding information. When the display information is less, the main screen and/or the auxiliary screen do not need to light the whole display area, and the energy consumption of the mobile terminal is saved.
