洗衣液是一种使用方便、易溶、香味好的织物洗涤用品。洗衣液在洗衣过程中不伤手、不伤衣,而且衣物洗后会更加蓬松、柔软、光滑亮泽,能够维护衣服的色泽,不容易洗旧,不容易受水质的影响,没有残留,所以洗衣液越来越受到人们的青睐。
但是现有的洗衣液去污能力不好。

所述脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)是一种典型的非离子表面活性剂,是以脂肪酸甲酯经相应催化剂作用下,直接与环氧乙烷(EO)发生加成制得,与传统的脂肪醇乙氧基化物(AEO)相比,具有低泡沫、高浊点,冷水溶速度快,除油除蜡效果好,在冬季仍具有很好的流动性。

S3:向步骤S2所得混合物中依次加入硼砂、复合酶、酶稳定剂、荧光增白剂、抗再沉积剂、pH调节剂和柠檬油;搅拌均匀。

所述高效洗衣液的制备方法为:
S1:将碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠溶于水中,搅拌均匀;
S2:将步骤S1所得溶液加热至65℃,加入聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀,冷却至51℃,加入聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物、丙烯酸聚合物,并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;
S3:向步骤S2所得混合物中依次加入硼砂、复合酶、甲酸钠、甲酸钙、苯并噁唑类荧光增白剂、无水硅酸钠和碳酸钠和柠檬油;搅拌均匀。
对比例4
以公开号为CN103773622A发明专利申请实施例4所述配方进行洗衣液配制。配方为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8kg、α-烯基磺酸钠1kg、仲烷基硫酸钠5kg、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺5kg、碱性蛋白酶1kg、乙二酸1kg、檬酸钠和三乙醇胺复配混合物1kg、二苯乙烯基联苯类荧光增白剂0.05kg、香精0.5kg、防腐剂0.05kg、去离子水67.4kg。
洗衣液外观及性能测试
对实施例1-3及对比例1-4得到的洗衣液进行外观、气味、稳定性方面的感官评价,结果如下表所示:
备注:外观测试方法为:取适量样品置于干燥洁净试管内,在非直射光线条件下进行观察。耐寒稳定性测试方法为:将100mL样品倒入洁净的250mL无色具塞广口玻璃瓶中,置于-5±2℃冰箱中,24h后取出,置于室内恢复至室温后,检查外观。耐热稳定性测试方法为:将100mL样品倒入洁净的250mL无色具塞广口玻璃瓶中,置于40±2℃冰箱中,24h后取出,置于室内恢复至室温后,检查外观。
按照《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》,对实施例1-3及对比例1-4得到的洗衣液,进行去污值、白度保持比值、沉积灰分比值方面的测试,结果如下表所示:

Claims (10)
1.一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,由以下质量份组分组成:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物6.32-8.54份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚1.38-1.45份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.26-1.33份、碳酸氢钠0.41-0.54份、硫酸钠1.2-1.7份、复合酶0.18-0.25份、酶稳定剂0.15-0.18份、聚乙二醇2.4-2.8份、硼砂1.3-1.6份、pH调节剂0.56-0.63份、抗再沉积剂0.36-0.48份、荧光增白剂0.35-0.41份、柠檬油0.14-0.17份和水59-66份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚或二者的组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚由壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照2:3的质量比配比而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述酶稳定剂由甲酸钠和甲酸钙按照1:2的质量比配比而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇的分子量为7500-8000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂由无水硅酸钠和碳酸钠按照4:3的质量比配比而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物或二者的组合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积剂由丙烯酸聚合物和丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物按照2:1的质量比配比而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效洗衣液,其特征在于,所述荧光增白剂为苯并噁唑类荧光增白剂或1,3-二苯基-吡唑啉类荧光增白剂。
10.权利要求1所述的高效洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠溶于水中,搅拌均匀;
S2:将步骤S1所得溶液加热至63-65℃,加入聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀,冷却至50-55℃,加入聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基氧化物,并搅拌均匀;冷却至室温;
S3:向步骤S2所得混合物中依次加入硼砂、复合酶、酶稳定剂、荧光增白剂、抗再沉积剂、pH调节剂和柠檬油;搅拌均匀。
