Optionally, the extended activate dedicated bearer request message includes a Floor Status field and a session description protocol SDP field, where the Floor Status field includes utterance right authorization information, and the SDP field includes multimedia information.
Optionally, the Format of codec in the Floor Status field is a Type Value TV, the presence of presecci is optional, the Format is represented by "O", the Length is 2 bytes, the Type in the Format of the Floor Status field is used to indicate the Type of the Floor Status field, and the Value includes utterance right authorization information.

Claims (11)

1. A method for granting speech rights, the method comprising:
a terminal sends a request message to a core network, wherein the request message comprises an identifier of the terminal;
the core network receives the request message, determines to grant speaking right to the terminal according to the content of the request message, and sends an expanded special bearing activation request message to the terminal according to the identification of the terminal, wherein the expanded special bearing activation request message comprises speaking right authorization information and multimedia information;
the terminal receives the extended special bearer activation request message, determines that the core network grants the speaking right according to the speaking right authorization information, converts the speaking right state according to the multimedia information, and returns a special bearer acceptance message to the core network.
2. The method of claim 1,
the extended activate dedicated bearer request message includes a Floor Status field including talk right authorization information and a Session Description Protocol (SDP) field including multimedia information.
3. The method of claim 2,
the Format of encoding and decoding in the Floor Status field is Type Value TV, Presecce is optional, Length is 2 bytes, Type in the Format of the Floor Status field is used for indicating the Type of the Floor Status field, and Value includes speaking right authorization information.
4. The method of claim 2,
the Format of the codec in the SDP field is a Type Value TV, Presecce is optional, the Length is 24 bytes, the Type in the Format of the SDP field is used for indicating the Type of the SDP field, and the Value includes multimedia information.
5. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 4,
the multimedia information comprises coding and decoding formats, the IP address of the core network and the port information of the core network.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal sending the request message to the core network comprises:
the terminal sends a group calling request message to the core network;
or,
and the terminal sends a speaking right request message to the core network.
7. A system for granting speech rights, the system comprising:
the terminal and a core network establishing communication connection with the terminal;
the terminal comprises a first transmitter, a first receiver and a first processor which is respectively connected with the first transmitter and the first receiver;
the first transmitter is configured to send a request message to the core network, and return a dedicated bearer acceptance message to the core network, where the request message includes utterance right request information;
the first receiver is configured to receive an extended activate dedicated bearer request message;
the first processor is used for determining the speaking right granted by the core network according to the speaking right authorization information and converting into a speaking right state according to the multimedia information;
the core network comprises a second transmitter, a second receiver and a second processor which is respectively connected with the second transmitter and the second receiver;
the second receiver is configured to receive the request message;
the second processor is used for determining to grant speaking right to the terminal according to the content of the request message;
and the second transmitter is used for transmitting an extended special bearer activation request message to the terminal according to the identifier of the terminal, wherein the extended special bearer activation request message comprises the speaking right authorization information and the multimedia information.
8. The system of claim 7,
the extended activate dedicated bearer request message includes a Floor Status field including talk right authorization information and a Session Description Protocol (SDP) field including multimedia information.
9. The system according to any one of claims 7 to 8,
the first transmitter is configured to transmit a group call request message to the core network;
or, sending a speaking right request message to the core network.
10. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
a transmitter, a receiver, and a processor connected to the transmitter and the receiver, respectively;
the transmitter is used for transmitting a request message to a core network and returning a special bearing receiving message to the core network, wherein the request message comprises speaking right request information;
the receiver is configured to receive an extended activate dedicated bearer request message;
and the processor is used for determining the speaking right granted by the core network according to the speaking right authorization information and converting into a speaking right state according to the multimedia information.
11. A core network, characterized in that the core network comprises:
a transmitter, a receiver, and a processor connected to the transmitter and the receiver, respectively;
the receiver is used for receiving a request message;
the processor is used for determining to grant speaking right to the terminal according to the content of the request message;
the transmitter is used for transmitting an extended special bearer activation request message to the terminal according to the identifier of the terminal, wherein the extended special bearer activation request message comprises speaking right authorization information and multimedia information.
