Abstract
本发明公开一种自动感应的LED吊线灯,包括条形灯座、安装在所述条形灯座内的LED光源板、灯罩以及至少两个与所述条形灯座适配的安装用U型卡,安装用U型卡连接固定在条形灯座的上端,在安装用U型卡上设有安装孔,吊绳从安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴连接,通过安装用U型卡来与吊绳连接,从而需要拆下灯体时,只需将灯体从安装用U型卡中拆卸下即可,无需卸下吊绳,即快速又方便。LED吊线灯设置有无线遥控器和控制开关,控制开关通过其内的遥控信号接收模块来接收遥控器发送的控制信号,实现遥控器与控制开关的共同控制。控制开关内置有人体感应开关模块,能在感应到人体活动的时候实现自动开灯,无人活动时自动关灯,更加便捷、省电。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,特别涉及一种自动感应的LED吊线灯。
背景技术
LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)是一种固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光,LED具有寿命长、无污染、光效高等特点,正逐步替代白炽灯和荧光灯光源。LED吊线灯是通过吊绳连接在天花板上,通过吊绳悬挂着的一种照明灯具。现有的LED吊线灯都是通过吊绳与灯体直接连接的,需要将灯体卸下来进行内部维修或者部件更换时,需要将灯体拆开来才能将吊绳拆下,操作繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种方便安装和拆卸的LED吊线灯。
本发明提出一种自动感应的LED吊线灯,包括条形灯座、安装在所述条形灯座内的LED光源板、灯罩以及至少两个与所述条形灯座适配的安装用U型卡,所述安装用U型卡连接固定在所述条形灯座的上端,在所述安装用U型卡上设有安装孔,吊绳从所述安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴连接;所述LED吊线灯还包括无线遥控器和控制开关,所述控制开关安装在所述条形灯座的侧壁面上,所述控制开关包括外壳和设置在外壳内的LED电源控制器、遥控信号接收模块以及人体感应开关模块,所述人体感应开关模块、所述遥控信号接收模块分别与所述LED电源控制器电气连接,所述LED电源控制器与所述LED光源板电气连接,所述人体感应开关模块包括由人体红外传感器、微波感应器组成的红外微波复合双鉴传感电路和环境光传感器,所述人体红外传感器、微波感应器和环境光传感器安装在所述外壳上。
优选地,所述条形灯座为铝合金材料制成,在所述条形灯座的外壁面上设有若干散热肋条。
优选地,所述LED光源板由铝基板和设置在所述铝基板上的若干LED芯片组成,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述条形灯座内,与其底面贴合。
优选地,所述灯罩为PC材料制成。
本发明的LED吊线灯的有益效果为:
本发明的自动感应的LED吊线灯设置有安装用U型卡,安装用U型卡连接固定在条形灯座的上端,在安装用U型卡上设有安装孔,吊绳从安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴连接,通过安装用U型卡来与吊绳连接,从而需要拆下灯体时,只需将灯体从安装用U型卡中拆卸下即可,无需卸下吊绳,即快速又方便。
设置有无线遥控器和控制开关,控制开关通过其内的遥控信号接收模块来接收遥控器发送的控制信号,实现遥控器与控制开关的共同控制。控制开关内置有人体感应开关模块,能在感应到人体活动的时候实现自动开灯,无人活动时自动关灯,更加便捷、省电。

参照图1,提出本发明的自动感应的LED吊线灯的一实施例:
一种自动感应的LED吊线灯,包括条形灯座10、安装在条形灯座10内的LED光源板、LED驱动电源和灯罩20,还包括两个与条形灯座10适配的安装用U型卡30。
条形灯座10为铝合金材料制成,导热系数高。在条形灯座10的外壁面上设有若干散热肋条11,能增加散热面积,提高散热效率。
LED光源板由铝基板和设置在铝基板上的若干LED芯片组成。LED光源板通过螺钉连接固定在条形灯座10内,与其底面贴合,与条形灯座10的接触面积大,能将热量快速传导给条形灯座10,由条形灯座10进行散热。
灯罩20安装在条形灯座10的前端口,将LED光源板罩设在内。灯罩20为PC材料制成,不易破损,透光率高。
安装用U型卡30连接固定在条形灯座10的上端,在安装用U型卡30上设有安装孔,吊绳32从安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴31连接。通过安装用U型卡30来与吊绳32连接,从而需要拆下灯体时,只需将灯体从安装用U型卡30中拆卸下即可,无需卸下吊绳32,即快速又方便。
本LED吊线灯还包括无线遥控器和控制开关40,控制开关40安装在条形灯座10的侧壁面上。控制开关40包括外壳和设置在外壳内的LED电源控制器、遥控信号接收模块以及人体感应开关模块,人体感应开关模块、遥控信号接收模块分别与LED电源控制器电气连接,LED电源控制器与LED光源板电气连接。所述人体感应开关模块包括由人体红外传感器、微波感应器组成的红外微波复合双鉴传感电路和环境光传感器,所述人体红外传感器、微波感应器和环境光传感器安装在所述外壳上。
控制开关40通过其内的遥控信号接收模块来接收遥控器发送的控制信号,实现遥控器与控制开关的共同控制。控制开关40内置有人体感应开关模块,能在感应到人体活动的时候实现自动开灯,无人活动时自动关灯,更加便捷、省电。

1.一种自动感应的LED吊线灯,其特征在于,包括条形灯座、安装在所述条形灯座内的LED光源板、灯罩以及至少两个与所述条形灯座适配的安装用U型卡,所述安装用U型卡连接固定在所述条形灯座的上端,在所述安装用U型卡上设有安装孔,吊绳从所述安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴连接;所述LED吊线灯还包括无线遥控器和控制开关,所述控制开关安装在所述条形灯座的侧壁面上,所述控制开关包括外壳和设置在外壳内的LED电源控制器、遥控信号接收模块以及人体感应开关模块,所述人体感应开关模块、所述遥控信号接收模块分别与所述LED电源控制器电气连接,所述LED电源控制器与所述LED光源板电气连接,所述人体感应开关模块包括由人体红外传感器、微波感应器组成的红外微波复合双鉴传感电路和环境光传感器,所述人体红外传感器、微波感应器和环境光传感器安装在所述外壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动感应的LED吊线灯,其特征在于,所述条形灯座为铝合金材料制成,在所述条形灯座的外壁面上设有若干散热肋条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动感应的LED吊线灯,其特征在于,所述LED光源板由铝基板和设置在所述铝基板上的若干LED芯片组成,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述条形灯座内,与其底面贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动感应的LED吊线灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩为PC材料制成。
