Background
The development of the general gasoline engine is widely realized by the continuous progress of modern sports machinery at any time. The carburetor is used as a precise core component in a gasoline engine and a gasoline generator, and the atomization effect on gasoline is realized by utilizing the kinetic energy of the sucked air flow. The carburetor can automatically match corresponding oil-gas concentration according to different working state requirements of the engine, and outputs corresponding amount of mixed gas. In the process of starting the vehicle to run at a high speed, the accelerator pull wire drives the rotary valve to rotate, and then the effect of high-speed work of the carburetor is gradually achieved.
The carburetor in the prior art has more parts, and the problem of connection and tightness of all parts is easy to occur under different driving conditions, such as high temperature, high altitude and overload driving, so that oil gas leakage is caused, power output is influenced, and even danger is caused.

2. A pump cover lower gasket, a pump cover upper gasket and a pump cover diaphragm are sequentially arranged between the oil cup assembly of the plastic carburetor and the integrally formed plastic casing, and the gaskets can improve the sealing property between the oil cup assembly and the integrally formed plastic casing and prevent oil gas from overflowing.

Detailed Description
A plastic carburetor, as shown in fig. 1-7, comprising: the oil needle assembly comprises an oil needle kit 1, an integrally formed plastic casing 2 and an oil cup assembly 3. Wherein,
an oil needle set 1; further comprising:
a fan-shaped swing area is arranged on one side of the plastic rotary valve 11, and a plastic main needle sleeve 13 penetrates through the middle of the plastic rotary valve; the area of the other side is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the plastic wire drawing head.
And a snap ring is screwed on one side of the plastic wire drawing head 12 penetrating through the plastic rotary valve.
The center of the main needle sleeve 13 is sleeved with an aluminum oil needle 131, a rubber dustproof plug 132 is sleeved behind the plastic rotary valve and penetrates through the plastic rotary valve rocker arm, and the lower end of the main needle sleeve is provided with threads.
The plastic rotary valve rocker 14 is provided with a plastic rotary valve limiting bulge, and is used for clamping the plastic rotary valve during reciprocating motion of the plastic rotary valve, the lower part of the plastic rotary valve is in contact with an iron rocker spring, and an adjusting screw hole is formed in the lower part of the plastic rotary valve and connected with an adjusting screw.
The rocker spring 15 penetrates through the plastic plunger 16 in the middle.
And a plastic plunger 16, wherein threads are arranged in a cylinder of the plastic plunger, and the cylinder penetrates through the plastic rotary valve rocker arm to be in spiral connection with the main needle measuring sleeve 13. The middle of the column head of the plastic plunger 16 is provided with a circular through hole.
Integrative shaping plastics casing 2, the centre of up end is provided with oil needle external member and accomodates the district, in the plastics plunger 16 of oil needle external member 1 stretched into oil needle external member and accomodates the district, it has adjustment screw seat 4 still to joint between oil needle external member and the integrative shaping plastics casing, is provided with the screw hole on the adjustment screw seat 4, is fixed in integrative shaping plastics casing 2 with the adjustment screw seat through the screw on, still be provided with the spiro union pipe hole of acting as go-between on the adjustment screw seat 4, the spiro union pipe 41 of acting as go-between pipe hole, the side spiro union of integrative shaping plastics casing has oil mixing ratio adjustment knob, and lower terminal surface is connected with the oil cup subassembly.

The lower end of the plastic oil injector seat 33 is provided with a rubber measuring chamber diaphragm 34.
The lower end of the measuring chamber diaphragm 34 is in contact with a rubber measuring chamber gasket 35.
The lower end of the metering chamber gasket 35 is in contact with a plastic lower body 36 made of rubber.
Four screws penetrate through the oil cup pressing plate 31, the plastic oil cup 32, the plastic oil injector seat 33, the metering chamber diaphragm 34, the metering chamber gasket 35 and the plastic lower body 36 and are then spirally connected with the lower end surface of the integrally formed plastic machine shell.
And a pump cover lower gasket 5, a pump cover gasket 6, a pump cover upper gasket 7 and a pump cover diaphragm 8 are padded between the oil cup assembly and the integrally formed plastic casing at one time.
The main needle sleeve 13 is sleeved with an aluminum oil needle and then is plugged with an oil needle sealing plug.
