水性反射隔热涂料正是墙体节能材料的主要方向。但目前水性反射隔热涂料主要以普通白色或浅色涂料为主,难以满足当下人们对高装饰性的要求,所以这种涂料很难大范围推广。而现在市场上用量逐年增长,得到越来越多消费者青睐的是真石漆和水性多彩涂料这些仿石类高装饰性涂料,尤其是以石英砂为主要填料的仿石类涂料。
CN201510346050.X公开了一种反射隔热型真石漆的制备方法,主要是通过加入二氧化钛和具有反射隔热功能的空心微珠来提升涂层的反射隔热性能。该方法虽然在一定程度上可以提升涂层的反射隔热性能,但存在着两个严重的问题:第一,真石漆中添加二氧化钛必然会影响涂层中彩砂的色彩展现,限制了真石漆的高仿石性;第二,空心微珠与彩砂在生产中,由于搅拌摩擦的作用,空心微珠容易破碎,而空心微珠一旦破碎便失去了反射隔热的作用,大大降低了空心微珠在涂层中的作用。
CN103642344B公开了一种质感多彩涂料,通过A、B组分的混合制成产品,喷涂成型干燥后呈现出岩石花纹的同时还具有岩石本身的粗糙质感,有天然花岗岩的高仿真效果,结合了水性多彩涂料和真石漆的优点。跟CN201510346050.X相比,CN103642344B具有更高的仿石性,且颜色更易调整和控制,但这种质感多彩涂料不具备反射隔热性能,不能很好的满足现代建筑节能降耗的发展要求。
TiO2是目前已知的具有高太阳光反射比和高近红外反射比的物质,通过一定的包覆技术,将石英砂表面经TiO2包覆处理后,石英砂的反射隔热性能也能得到明显提升,而将这种经改性的石英砂作为填料进行涂料生产时,该涂料也将通过石英砂表面包覆的TiO2获得一定的反射隔热性能。
纳米氧化锡锑和纳米氧化铟锡是已知的具有较高的近红外反射率的材料,在隔热玻璃和隔热膜中也有成功的应用。显然,如果能解决分散性问题,将这类材料应用于水性涂料中,也有望提高涂料的近红外反射率。
本发明就是基于这些功能性材料,通过特殊的制备工艺,将它们制成具有一定反射隔热性能的质感多彩涂料,在不影响涂料仿石效果的同时增加了它的节能性,更符合当下社会对节能环保降耗的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种反射隔热质感多彩涂料及其制备方法,本发明目的实现主要是采用了反射隔热石英砂作为主要填料,该石英砂为纳米TiO2改性而成具有较高的太阳光反射率,将该功能石英砂结合水性多彩涂料技术制得具有反射隔热功能的砂石质感多彩涂料。同时还通过解决纳米氧化锡锑和纳米氧化铟锡在水性涂料中的分散稳定性问题,将这两种功能性较强的近红外反射材料应用于多彩涂料,并为涂层提供更高的近红外反射率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的具体技术方案为:一种反射隔热质感多彩涂料,它由如下重量百分比的组分制备而成:
基础质感组分A 30%-70%
功能化组分B 10%-30%
光覆包油组分C 15%-50%
所述的基础质感组分A,各原料重量百分比为:
所述的功能化组分B,各原料重量百分比为:
所述的光覆包油组分C,各原料重量百分比为:
上述的基础质感组分A的普通填料为高岭土、钛白粉、云母粉中的一种或多种混合物。
上述的基础质感组分A的反射隔热石英砂为经纳米TiO2包覆的石英砂。
上述的功能化组分B的功能填料为纳米氧化锡锑和纳米氧化铟锡中的任意一种。
上述的光覆包油组分C的包覆乳液为硅丙乳液和氟碳乳液中的任意一种。
上述的光覆包油组分C的增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀型增稠剂。
本发明的一种反射隔热质感多彩涂料的制备方法,该方法依次包括A组份制备、B组份制备、C组分制备和成品制备;
一、制备基础质感组分A,以下各原料按重量百分比计:
a)将20%-60%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为900-1500r/min下加入0.3%-5%的羟乙基纤维素,分散15-30min,再加入0.05%-1%的2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇继续分散30-60min;
b)在步骤a所述分散釜中加入0.1%-0.5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.2%-2%的聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂、0.5%-5%的有机硅消泡剂,分散15-45min;
c)在步骤b所述分散釜中加入2%-10%的普通填料,调整分散机转速为1500—3000r/min,分散30-60min;
d)在步骤c所述分散釜中加入10%-50%的纯丙烯酸乳液,分散30-60min;
e)在步骤d所述分散釜中加入25%-60%的反射隔热石英砂,调整分散机转速为500—1200r/min,分散30-60min;
f)在步骤e所述分散釜中加入0.1%-3%的硅酸镁锂,分散30-90min,出料得到基础质感组分A。
二、制备功能化组分B,以下各原料按重量百分比计:
g)将70%-85%水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为900-1500r/min下加入5%-15%的硅酸镁锂,分散30-60min,再加入0.5%-5%的聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂,分散15-30min;
h)在步骤g所述分散釜中加入5%-15%的功能填料,调整分散机转速为2000—5000r/min,分散1-3h,出料得到功能化组分B。
三、制备光覆包油组分C,以下各原料按重量百分比计:
i)将10%-50%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为500-1000r/min下加入5%-15%的醇酯十二,分散30-60min;
j)在步骤i所述分散釜中加入40%-80%的包覆乳液,分散15-30min;
k)在步骤j所述分散釜中加入1%-10%的增稠剂,分散20-60min,出料得到光覆包油组分C。
四、制备反射隔热质感多彩涂料成品,由以下步骤制成:
l)用水性色浆对基础质感组分A进行调色,获得所需颜色,根据需要可调得多种颜色的基础质感组分A备用。
m)将在步骤l制得的30%-70%的彩色基础质感组分A加入到10%-30%的功能化组分B中,将该混合物料通过不同孔径的筛网进行造粒,得到各种粒径大小和颜色的质感多彩色粒。
n)将15%-50%的光覆包油组分C加入到步骤m制得的质感多彩色粒中,搅拌均匀后得到成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果是:
本发明的一种反射隔热多彩质感涂料,不仅具备了现有多彩涂料能模仿天然花岗岩或大理石材花纹的技术优点,而且本发明的涂料经过一次喷涂成型,干燥后在呈现出岩石花纹的同时还具有岩石本身的粗糙质感,有天然花岗岩的高仿真效果,此外,涂层还有一定的反射隔热功能,增加了涂层的功能性,能降低建筑物墙体的温度,从而减少建筑能耗,安全无毒更加节能环保。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明不仅限于这些实例。
实施例一
1.按下列配方准备各组分的原料;其中:
基础质感组分A配方(重量百分比):
功能化组分B配方(重量百分比):
光覆包油组分C配方(重量百分比):
成品涂料各组分配方(重量百分比):
基础质感组分A 60%
功能化组分B 20%
光覆包油组分C 20%
2.基础质感组分A的制备:将29.9%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为1000r/min下加入1%的羟乙基纤维素,分散15min,再加入0.1%的2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇继续分散30min,再依次加入0.5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1%聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂和2%有机硅消泡剂,分散15min,再加入5%的高岭土,调整分散机转速为1500r/min,分散30min,再加入30%的纯丙烯酸乳液,分散30min,再加入30%的反射隔热石英砂,调整分散机转速为500r/min,分散30min,最后加入0.5%硅酸镁锂,分散30min,出料得到基础质感组分A。
3.功能化组分B制备:将78%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为900r/min下加入10%的硅酸镁锂,分散30min,再加入2%的聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂,分散15min,加入10%纳米氧化锡锑,调整分散机转速为2000r/min,分散1h,出料得到功能化组分B。
4.光覆包油组分C的制备:将26%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为500r/min下加入10%的醇酯十二,分散30min,再加入60%的硅丙乳液,分散15min,再加入4%的增稠剂,分散20min,出料得到光覆包油组分C。
5.成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料的制备:将60%的基础质感组分A分成三等份,并用水性色浆分别调出三种不同颜色的基础质感组分A,再将其加入到20%的功能化组分B中,然后将该混合物料通过不同孔径的筛网进行造粒,得到各种粒径大小和颜色的质感多彩色粒。最后,将20%的光覆包油组分C缓慢加入到已制得的质感多彩色粒中,搅拌均匀后得到成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料。
以实施例一制备的反射隔热质感多彩涂料,经调色制板干燥后测其涂层的太阳光反射比为83%,相对于相同颜色的普通质感多彩涂料涂层68%的太阳光反射比提高了15%。
实施例二
1.按下列配方准备各组分的原料;其中:
基础质感组分A配方(重量百分比):
功能化组分B配方(重量百分比):
光覆包油组分C配方(重量百分比):
成品涂料各组分配方(重量百分比):
基础质感组分A 50%
功能化组分B 15%
光覆包油组分C 35%
2.基础质感组分A的制备:将24%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为1500r/min下加入2%的羟乙基纤维素,分散20min,再加入0.2%的2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇继续分散45min,再依次加入0.3%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.8%聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂和2%有机硅消泡剂,分散30min,再加入10%的钛白粉,调整分散机转速为2000r/min,分散50min,再加入20%的纯丙烯酸乳液,分散40min,再加入40%的反射隔热石英砂,调整分散机转速为800r/min,分散45min,最后加入0.7%硅酸镁锂,分散45min,出料得到基础质感组分A。
3.功能化组分B制备:将82%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为1200r/min下加入8%的硅酸镁锂,分散40min,再加入1.5%的聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂,分散25min,加入8.5%纳米氧化锡锑,调整分散机转速为3000r/min,分散2h,出料得到功能化组分B。
4.光覆包油组分C的制备:将37%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为800r/min下加入8%的醇酯十二,分散45min,再加入50%的硅丙乳液,分散25min,再加入5%的增稠剂,分散30min,出料得到光覆包油组分C。
5.成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料的制备:将50%的基础质感组分A分成三等份,并用水性色浆分别调出三种不同颜色的基础质感组分A,再将其加入到15%的功能化组分B中,然后将该混合物料通过不同孔径的筛网进行造粒,得到各种粒径大小和颜色的质感多彩色粒。最后,将35%的光覆包油组分C缓慢加入到已制得的质感多彩色粒中,搅拌均匀后得到成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料。
以实施例二制备的反射隔热质感多彩涂料,经调色制板干燥后测其涂层的太阳光反射比为79%,相对于相同颜色的普通质感多彩涂料涂层68%的太阳光反射比提高了11%。
实施例三
1.按下列配方准备各组分的原料;其中:
基础质感组分A配方(重量百分比):
功能化组分B配方(重量百分比):
光覆包油组分C配方(重量百分比):
成品涂料各组分配方(重量百分比):
基础质感组分A 45%
功能化组分B 30%
光覆包油组分C 25%
2.基础质感组分A的制备:将10%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为1500r/min下加入1.5%的羟乙基纤维素,分散30min,再加入0.5%的2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇继续分散55min,再依次加入0.5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1.5%聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂和3%有机硅消泡剂,分散45min,再加入6%的云母粉,调整分散机转速为2500r/min,分散60min,再加入25%的纯丙烯酸乳液,分散60min,再加入50%的反射隔热石英砂,调整分散机转速为900r/min,分散55min,最后加入2%硅酸镁锂,分散85min,出料得到基础质感组分A。
3.功能化组分B制备:将70%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为1500r/min下加入12%的硅酸镁锂,分散60min,再加入3%的聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂,分散30min,加入15%纳米氧化锡锑,调整分散机转速为4500r/min,分散1.5h,出料得到功能化组分B。
4.光覆包油组分C的制备:将7%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为600r/min下加入10%的醇酯十二,分散60min,再加入80%的硅丙乳液,分散30min,再加入3%的增稠剂,分散60min,出料得到光覆包油组分C。
5.成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料的制备:将45%的基础质感组分A分成四份,并用水性色浆分别调出三种不同颜色的基础质感组分A,再将其加入到30%的功能化组分B中,然后将该混合物料通过不同孔径的筛网进行造粒,得到各种粒径大小和颜色的质感多彩色粒。最后,将25%的光覆包油组分C缓慢加入到已制得的质感多彩色粒中,搅拌均匀后得到成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料。
以实施例三制备的反射隔热质感多彩涂料,经调色制板干燥后测其涂层的太阳光反射比为86%,相对于相同颜色的普通质感多彩涂料涂层68%的太阳光反射比提高了18%。
Claims (4)
1.一种反射隔热质感多彩涂料,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,组分如下:
基础质感组分A 30%-70%
功能化组分B 10%-30%
光覆包油组分C 15%-50%
所述的基础质感组分A ,各原料重量百分比为:
纯丙烯酸乳液 10%-50%
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚 0.1%-0.5%
聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂 0.2%-2%
有机硅消泡剂 0.5%-5%
普通填料 2%-10%
反射隔热石英砂 25%-60%
硅酸镁锂 0.1%-3%
羟乙基纤维素 0.3%-5%
2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇 0.05%-1%
水 20%-60%
所述的功能化组分B ,各原料重量百分比为:
硅酸镁锂 5%-15%
功能填料 5%-15%
聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂 0.5%-5%
水 70%-85%
所述的光覆包油组分C,各原料重量百分比为:
包覆乳液 40%-80%
醇酯十二 5%-15%
水 10%-50%
增稠剂 1%-10%;
上述方案中,所述的基础质感组分A中的普通填料为高岭土、钛白粉、云母粉中的一种或多种混合物;所述的基础质感组分A中的反射隔热石英砂为经纳米TiO2包覆的石英砂;所述的功能化组分B的功能填料为纳米氧化锡锑和纳米氧化铟锡中的任意一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种反射隔热质感多彩涂料,其特征是:所述的光覆包油组分C的包覆乳液为硅丙乳液和氟碳乳液中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种反射隔热质感多彩涂料,其特征是:所述的光覆包油组分C的增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀型增稠剂。
4.一种权利要求1所述的反射隔热质感多彩涂料的制备方法,其特征是:该方法依次包括如下步骤:
一、制备基础质感组分A,以下各原料按重量百分比计:
a)将20%-60%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为900-1500r/min下加入0.3%-5%的羟乙基纤维素,分散15-30min,再加入0.05%-1%的2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇继续分散30-60min;
b)在步骤a所述分散釜中加入0.1%-0.5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.2%-2%的聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂、0.5%-5%的有机硅消泡剂,分散15-45min;
c)在步骤b所述分散釜中加入2%-10%的普通填料,调整分散机转速为1500—3000r/min,分散30-60min;
d)在步骤c所述分散釜中加入10%-50%的纯丙烯酸乳液,分散30-60min;
e)在步骤d所述分散釜中加入25%-60%的反射隔热石英砂,调整分散机转速为500—1200r/min,分散30-60min;
f)在步骤e所述分散釜中加入0.1%-3%的硅酸镁锂,分散30-90min,出料得到基础质感组分A;
二、制备功能化组分B,以下各原料按重量百分比计:
g)将70%-85%水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为900-1500r/min下加入5%-15%的硅酸镁锂,分散30-60min,再加入0.5%-5%的聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂,分散15-30min;
h)在步骤g所述分散釜中加入5%-15%的功能填料,调整分散机转速为2000—5000r/min,分散1-3h,出料得到功能化组分B;
三、制备光覆包油组分C,以下各原料按重量百分比计:
i)将10%-50%的水倒入分散釜,在分散机转速为500-1000r/min下加入5%-15%的醇酯十二,分散30-60min;
j)在步骤i所述分散釜中加入40%-80%的包覆乳液,分散15-30min;
k)在步骤j所述分散釜中加入1%-10%的增稠剂,分散20-60min,出料得到光覆包油组分C;
四、制备反射隔热质感多彩涂料成品,由以下步骤制成:
l)用水性色浆对基础质感组分A进行调色,获得所需颜色,根据需要可调得多种颜色的基础质感组分A备用;
m)将在步骤l制得的30%-70%的彩色基础质感组分A加入到10%-30%的功能化组分B中,将该混合物料通过不同孔径的筛网进行造粒,得到各种粒径大小和颜色的质感多彩色粒;
n)将15%-50%的光覆包油组分C加入到步骤m制得的质感多彩色粒中,搅拌均匀后得到成品反射隔热质感多彩涂料。
