本发明提供一种用含有壳聚糖纤维作为软内饰材料的汽车顶棚，包括织物和基材和泡沫，所述织物含有壳聚糖纤维，所述织物粘合在基材上，所述织物和泡沫粘合在基材上，所述织物和基材经热模压成型，所述织物和泡沫和基材经热模压成型。本技术方案中的汽车顶棚，具有广谱抗菌性，有效防螨，甲醛净化，除臭，可以吸附和螯合微细重金属颗粒，从而为人体肌肤筑起有效的保护屏障，有效改善车内乘车环境，可以称之为新一代车辆环保材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用含有壳聚糖纤维作为软内饰材料的汽车顶棚。
背景技术
目前市面上常见的汽车顶棚采用普通无纺布粘合在基材上的结构。普通无纺布无抗菌性，无生物相容性和可降解性，不能防螨，不能吸附和螯合微细重金属颗粒，不环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用含有壳聚糖纤维作为软内饰材料的汽车顶棚。
本发明的技术方案是一种用含有壳聚糖纤维作为软内饰材料的汽车顶棚，包括织物、基材和泡沫，所述织物粘合在基材上，所述织物和泡沫粘合在基材上，所述织物含有壳聚糖纤维，所述织物具有广谱抗菌性、平均抑菌率大于90%，所述织物有效防螨、驱螨率大于70%，所述织物具有甲醛净化功能、甲醛祛除率大于80%，所述织物可以吸附和螯合微细重金属颗粒、重金属总含量小于10ppm。
有益效果:本技术方案中的用含有壳聚糖纤维作为软内饰材料的汽车顶棚，为环保材料，绿色环保，为人体肌肤筑起有效的保护屏障。
