Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a positioning and guiding device, in particular to a replaceable bone drilling positioning and guiding device for dentistry.
Background
Teeth are calcified tissues used for chewing food, when adult teeth are damaged due to oral diseases or external force, the adult teeth cannot regenerate, the alveolar bone and gum can be atrophied after the adult teeth are damaged, and the eating function is influenced.
When a tooth is damaged or pulled out, a general treatment method is to install a denture to replace the original real tooth, and the current common method for installing the denture is to adopt a fixed artificial tooth implantation. The fixed artificial tooth implantation is that a cavity with proper size is drilled at the proper position of the gum bone at the missing tooth position of the gum in the oral cavity of a patient, then an artificial tooth root is implanted in the cavity and the wound is sutured, after the artificial tooth root is completely grown together with the gum bone, a supporting tooth with a screw is locked on the artificial tooth root, and finally, an artificial tooth is sleeved on the supporting tooth. The artificial tooth root and the abutment tooth with the screw can ensure that the artificial tooth is completely supported by the alveolar bone, so that the artificial tooth can bear the occlusal force of the upper and lower rows of teeth, and the aim of recovering the occlusal function of the teeth is fulfilled.
For example, the utility model No. M498344 "drilling positioning auxiliary device for dental implantation" in taiwan utility model discloses a drilling positioning auxiliary device for dental implantation, please refer to fig. 8, which includes a hollow semi-cylindrical positioning device 90, and the positioning device 90 is embedded into a guiding mold, so as to facilitate drilling a drill rod on the dental bed. The positioning device 90 has a base 91 and at least one guide 92 abutting against the base 91, and the size of the drilled hole is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of the at least one guide 92. Although the positioning device 90 is designed in a hollow semi-cylindrical shape so that the drill rod can conveniently enter the positioning device 90 in a limited oral space, the design also greatly increases the instability during drilling, and the drill rod is easy to displace due to the lack of a supporting wall surface. In addition, when drilling a hole in which a drill rod reciprocates in the longitudinal direction of the base 91, the at least one guide 92 is not tightly coupled to the base 91, so that the at least one guide 92 and the drill rod easily move at the same time, which causes great trouble in operation.
In view of the above, there is a need in the art for a drill rod that can stably drill a hole and a guide that can be stably coupled to the positioning device.

Referring to fig. 5, the difference between the second preferred embodiment and the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is that the base 10A further includes two oppositely disposed protruding members 19A, the protruding members 19A protrude from the first outer wall surface 13A and are respectively adjacent to two side edges 141A of the first inner wall surface 14A, and the protruding members 19A extend in directions away from each other; in a preferred embodiment, the protruding members 19A are in the shape of a plate or a strip, and the protruding members 19A are adjacent to the top end 11A of the base 10A.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 6, in a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base 10 and the positioning block 30 of the replaceable bone drilling positioning and guiding device for dentists are first embedded into a guiding mold simulating the arrangement of the teeth of a patient, then the two protrusions 25 of the guiding member 20 are respectively inserted from the first notches 161 of the two first concave grooves 16 of the base 10, and when the protrusions 25 abut against the first abutting surfaces 162, the protrusions further move towards the second concave grooves 17, so that the second outer wall surface 21 is abutted against the first inner wall surface 14 of the base 10. By slidably engaging the first grooves 16 and the second grooves 17 of the base 10 with the protrusions 25 of the guide 20, the guide 20 does not move simultaneously with a drill rod when the drill rod is drilled back and forth in the second guide groove 23 of the guide 20 in the longitudinal direction of the guide 20. When the guide 20 with the diameter d2 different from the second inner wall surface 22 is to be replaced, the second outer wall surface 21 of the guide 20 is pushed from the groove 18 of the base 10, so that the guide 20 moves from the second grooves 17 to the first grooves 16, and the second outer wall surface 21 is away from the first inner wall surface 14, and then the protrusions 25 are pulled away toward the first notch 161, and then the other guide 20 is engaged with the base 10 in the above-mentioned insertion step, so as to complete the replacement operation.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, after the drill rod enters the second guide groove 23 from between the two extending portions 24 of the guide 20, a hole is drilled along the second guide groove 23 toward the long axis direction of the guide 20. Since the distance d1 between the extensions 24 is smaller than the diameter d2 of the second inner wall surface 22, the advantage of the drill rod being able to enter the second guiding groove 23 in a limited oral space is retained, and the drill rod is not easy to deviate from the second guiding groove 23 when drilling, and the drill rod is not easy to deviate towards the extensions 24, so as to increase the stability and accuracy of drilling.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base 10A and the positioning block 30A of the replaceable bone drilling positioning and guiding device for dentists are embedded into a guiding mold simulating the arrangement of the teeth of a patient, when the patient needs to implant two adjacent teeth, the distance between the teeth is calculated, and then the protruding members 19A with proper length are selected, and after the protruding members 19A of the two adjacent bases 10A are attached to each other at the ends far away from the first outer wall surface 13A, the replaceable bone drilling positioning and guiding device for dentists is embedded into the guiding mold, so as to achieve the effects of reducing inconvenience of multiple measurements and improving the operation efficiency.
Various modifications and alterations of this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of this invention. Although the invention has been described in connection with specific preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be unduly limited to such specific embodiments.
