线缆及线缆连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种线缆及装有该线缆的线缆连接器组件,尤其涉及一种扁平结构的线缆及线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
2016年3月17日公开的美国专利申请第US2016079689号揭示了一种传输高速信号的线缆连接器组件。所述线缆连接器组件包括连接器及与连接器连接的线缆。所述线缆包括若干芯线及包覆所述芯线的外绝缘层。所述线缆的横截面呈圆形,从而线缆在厚度方向的尺寸较大,难以适用于线缆要求较薄的情况。
是以,需要一种改进的线缆连接器组件来克服现有技术的不足。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种线缆连接器组件,其线缆在厚度方向的尺寸较薄。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括连接器及与连接器连接的线缆,所述线缆包括若干传输高速信号的高速信号线、一对传输低速信号的低速信号线、一对传输电源的电源信号线、一对备用信号线、传输侦测信号的侦测信号线及给连接器内部供电的电源线,所述一对备用信号线、侦测信号线及电源线在横向方向上排列成一排,所述若干高速信号线均匀地分布在前述一排的与横向方向相垂直的厚度方向的两侧,所述低速信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的一侧,所述电源信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的另一侧。
具体实施结构如下:
所述低速信号线与所述电源信号线在厚度方向上正对设置。
所述分布在两侧的高速信号线在厚度方向上正对设置。
所述低速信号线分布在同侧的高速信号线之间。
所述电源信号线分布在同侧的高速信号线之间。
所述侦测信号线及电源线设置在所述一对备用信号线之间。
所述部分高速信号线在横向方向上设置在其中一个备用信号线与侦测信号线之间,剩余的部分高速信号线在横向方向上设置在另一个备用信号线与电源线之间。
所述低速信号线及电源信号线在横向方向上设置在电源线及侦测信号线之间。
所述各高速信号线包括一对并排设置的同轴线、设置在同轴线外侧的接地线及包裹该对同轴线及接地线的屏蔽层。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种线缆,其厚度方向的尺寸较薄。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种线缆,其包括若干传输高速信号的高速信号线、一对传输低速信号的低速信号线、一对传输电源的电源信号线、一对备用信号线、传输侦测信号的侦测信号线及给连接器内部供电的电源线,所述一对备用信号线、侦测信号线及电源线在横向方向上排列成一排,所述若干高速信号线均匀地分布在前述一排的与横向方向相垂直的厚度方向的两侧,所述低速信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的一侧,所述电源信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的另一侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明线缆连接器组件的优点在于:本发明线缆的芯线在厚度方向排列成三排,从而线缆整体的厚度尺寸较薄。

如图1-9所示,本发明线缆连接器组件100包括连接器1及与连接器1电性连接的线缆2。所述连接器1包括可插入对接连接器的对接件11、与对接件11及线缆2连接的电路板12、设置在对接件11及电路板12外侧的金属壳体13、及包覆在金属壳体13与线缆2外侧的外壳体14。
如图2-5、8及9所示,所述线缆2包括若干芯线21及包覆所述芯线21的外绝缘层22,所述线缆用以传输USB Type C信号。所述芯线21包括的四个传输高速信号的高速信号线210、一对传输低速信号的低速信号线211、一对传输电源的电源信号线212、一对备用信号线213、传输侦测信号的侦测信号线214及给连接器内部供电的电源线215。
所述各高速信号线210均包括一对同轴线2100、设置在同轴线2100外侧的接地线2101、及包覆该对同轴线2100及接地线2101屏蔽层2102。所述每对同轴线2100可以传输一个高速差分信号。所述各同轴线2100包括中心导体2103及包覆中心导体2103的内绝缘层2104。所述低速信号线211是一对双绞线用以传输速度较低的USB 2.0的信号。所述低速信号线211外侧还可进一步包覆有屏蔽层及接电线,可以利于将杂讯导出,有效减弱低速信号线211对外辐射及抗干扰能力。所述一对电源信号线212分别用以传输电源的正负信号。一对备用信号线213可根据需要设定传输如音频等信号。
所述一对备用信号线213、侦测信号线214及电源线215在与厚度及延伸方向均垂直的横向方向上排列成一排。所述侦测信号线214及电源线215设置在所述一对备用信号线213之间。所述四个高速信号线210均匀地分布在前述一排的厚度方向的两侧。所述分布在两侧的高速信号线210在厚度方向上正对设置。所述低速信号线211分布在前述一排的厚度方向的一侧,所述电源线信号212分布在前述一排的厚度方向的另一侧。所述低速信号线211与所述电源信号线212在厚度方向上正对设置。所述低速信号线211分布在同侧的一对高速信号线210之间。所述电源信号线212分布在同侧的一对高速信号线210之间。所述低速信号线211及电源信号线212在横向方向上设置在电源线215及侦测信号线214之间。在厚度方向上间隔的一对高速信号线210在横向方向上设置在其中一个备用信号线213与侦测信号线之间214。在厚度方向上间隔的另一对高速信号线210在横向方向上设置在另一个备用信号线213与电源线215之间。所述一对备用信号线213、所述侦测信号线214及电源线215分开排列放置,通过拉大相互间的间距,并通过相应的高速信号线210的屏蔽层2102有效防止相互间耦合效应,从而,满足USB typeC对低频串音的要求。
如图4-7所示,所述电路板12包括顶面120及与顶面120相反设置的底面121。所述顶面120的后端横向依次设有与其中一个高速信号线210的一对同轴线2100焊接的第一高速信号垫片1200、与该高速信号线210的接地线2101焊接的第一接地信号垫片1201、与其中一个电源信号线212焊接的第一电源信号垫片1202、与一对低速信号线211焊接的一对低速信号垫片1203、与其中一个备用信号线213焊接的第一备用信号垫片1204、与另一个高速信号线210的接地线2101焊接的第二接地信号垫片1205、及与该高速信号线210的一对同轴线2100焊接的第二高速信号垫片1206。所述底面121的后端横向依次设有与另一个高速信号线210的一对同轴线2100焊接的第三高速信号垫片1210,与该高速信号线210的接地线2101焊接的第三接地信号垫片1211、与侦测信号线214焊接的侦测信号垫片1212、与电源线215焊接的电源垫片1213、与另一个备用信号线213焊接的第二备用信号垫片1214、与另一个电源信号线212焊接的第二电源信号垫片1215、与另一个高速信号线210的接地线2101焊接的第四接地信号垫片1216、及与该高速信号线210的一对同轴线2100焊接的第四高速信号垫片1217。四个高速信号线210设置在四个角位,最大可能地避免了相互之间的干扰。与电路板上的第一高速信号垫片1200、第二高速信号垫片1206、第三高速信号垫片1210及第四高速信号垫片1217对应,方便焊接及保证线缆2的信号集成性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括连接器及与连接器连接的线缆,所述线缆包括若干传输高速信号的高速信号线、一对传输低速信号的低速信号线、一对传输电源的电源信号线、一对备用信号线、传输侦测信号的侦测信号线及给连接器内部供电的电源线,其特征在于:所述一对备用信号线、侦测信号线及电源线在横向方向上排列成一排并分开排列放置,所述若干高速信号线均匀地分布在前述一排的与横向方向相垂直的厚度方向的两侧,所述低速信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的一侧,所述电源信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的另一侧,所述侦测信号线及电源线设置在所述一对备用信号线之间,所述若干高速信号线中的一部分在横向方向上设置在其中一个备用信号线与侦测信号线之间,剩余部分在横向方向上设置在另一个备用信号线与电源线之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述低速信号线与所述电源信号线在厚度方向上正对设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述分布在两侧的高速信号线在厚度方向上正对设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述低速信号线分布在同侧的高速信号线之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电源信号线分布在同侧的高速信号线之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述低速信号线及电源信号线在横向方向上设置在电源线及侦测信号线之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述各高速信号线包括一对并排设置的同轴线、设置在同轴线外侧的接地线及包裹该对同轴线及接地线的屏蔽层。
8.一种线缆,其包括若干传输高速信号的高速信号线、一对传输低速信号的低速信号线、一对传输电源的电源信号线、一对备用信号线、传输侦测信号的侦测信号线及给连接器内部供电的电源线,其特征在于:所述一对备用信号线、侦测信号线及电源线在横向方向上排列成一排并分开排列放置,所述若干高速信号线均匀地分布在前述一排的与横向方向相垂直的厚度方向的两侧,所述低速信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的一侧,所述电源信号线分布在前述一排的厚度方向的另一侧,所述侦测信号线及电源线设置在所述一对备用信号线之间,所述若干高速信号线中的一部分在横向方向上设置在其中一个备用信号线与侦测信号线之间,剩余部分在横向方向上设置在另一个备用信号线与电源线之间。
