The invention discloses a cover type anti-splashing coating spraying device which is characterized in that an internal cylinder coaxial with a spray rod is arranged outside the spray rod, a bowl-shaped cover plate which is coaxial with the internal cylinder and has a forward opening is arranged outside the internal cylinder, the rear end of the cover plate is provided with an outer annular bottom pressed on a boss, the rear end of the internal cylinder is provided with an inner annular bottom pressed on the outer annular bottom, the internal cylinder and the cover plate are hermetically connected with the boss through the inner annular bottom and the outer annular bottom, circumferentially distributed bottom holes are arranged on the outer annular bottom around the boss, an annular groove at the outer edge of the boss is pressed on the outer annular bottom and hermetically connected with the outer annular bottom, the annular groove covers the bottom holes, the annular groove is connected with an air suction mechanism through an air suction pipe, the front end of the cover plate exceeds the front end of an internal circular pipe, the front end of the internal circular pipe exceeds a spray head, and the side wall of the internal cylinder, which is positioned at the rear part of the spray head, is provided with circumferentially distributed side holes. When the invention is used for spraying, the high-pressure coating is sprayed out at high speed by the spray head, the air in the built-in circular tube flows out from the front opening of the built-in circular tube along with the high-speed atomized coating under the action of jet flow, the air on the inner side of the cover plate flows into the built-in circular tube through the side hole for supplement, under the cage of the cover plate, an air flow towards the cover is generated around the opening of the cover plate, atomized particles which collide with the wall surface flow into the cover plate under the action of the air flow flowing into the cylinder, then enter the built-in cylinder along with the air flow, are sprayed out again along with the spraying, and are circulated in this way, meanwhile, the air suction mechanism generates negative pressure in the annular groove through the air suction pipe, part of air flow in the cover plate flows out through the bottom hole, the air flow around the opening of the cover plate is further increased, the capture of scattered particles is enhanced, therefore, the scattered atomized particles are greatly reduced, the coating waste is less, the environmental pollution is less, and the harm to spraying personnel is reduced.

When the invention is not used for spraying a filter plate, high-pressure paint is sprayed at high speed by a spray head, air in a built-in circular tube flows out from a front opening of the built-in circular tube along with high-speed atomized paint under the action of jet flow, the air on the inner side of a cover plate flows into a built-in cylinder for supplement through a side hole, air flow towards the inside of the cover plate is generated around the opening of the cover plate under the covering of the cover plate, atomized particles collided with a wall surface flow into the cover plate under the action of the air flow flowing into the cylinder and then enter the built-in cylinder along with the air flow and are sprayed out again along with the spraying, the circulation is carried out, meanwhile, a negative pressure is generated in an annular groove by an air suction pipe, part of the air flow in the cover plate flows out through a bottom hole, the air flow around the opening of the cover plate is further increased, the capture of the scattered particles is enhanced, the scattered atomized particles are greatly reduced, the paint waste is less, the environmental pollution is less, reducing the harm to spraying personnel. The atomized particles can be filtered after being put into a filter disc, and can be recycled after being put into a diluent.
When the method is implemented, the front end of the cover plate exceeds the front end of the built-in circular tube, and the exceeding size is 1 to 3 times of the inner diameter of the built-in circular tube as a preferred range; the diameter of the front end opening of the cover plate is 3 to 6 times of the inner diameter of the built-in cylinder, which is a preferred range; the front end of the built-in circular tube exceeds the position of the spray head, and the exceeding size is preferably 1 to 1.5 times of the distance between the inner wall of the built-in circular tube and the outer wall of the spray rod.
