Abstract
一种防止吹管的车载酒精浓度测量设备,包括酒精检测模块、车载主控模块、LCD液晶显示模块、LED指示模块、语音报警模块和发动机控制模块。酒精检测模块包含酒精检测单元和电动风扇。电动风扇安装在同一气流通道的酒精检测单元后面。在检测到的酒精浓度值超标时,若发动机处于停止状态,则禁止发动机启动;若发动机处于运行状态,则警示驾驶员停车,若不听劝阻,将逐步减小油门减速,并最终在设定时间内强制关闭发动机。

技术领域
本发明涉及酒精浓度测量技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种防止吹管的车载酒精浓度测量设备。
背景技术
近几年来,我国发生的重大交通事故中,有近三分之一是由酒后驾车引起的。因此,对驾驶员饮酒程度的的检测正越来越受重视,酒精浓度监测器逐渐得到了广泛应用。酒精浓度监测仪不仅可以作为交警快速准确地判断驾驶员是否酒后驾车的取证工具,同时也可以用于驾驶员自测是否饮酒过量。
目前,国内对酒后驾驶的检测主要还是一些常规的方法,即用手持式呼气酒精测试仪和顶空气相色谱仪血液酒精检验。靠交警用手持酒精浓度测试仪现场停车测试,这种被动的检测方式存在很大缺陷,如浪费警力、工作量大、速度慢、效率低、覆盖面窄、影响正常交通等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止吹管的车载酒精浓度测量设备,实现主动无接触快速精准地测量呼气酒精含量。
一种防止吹管的车载酒精浓度测量设备,包括酒精检测模块、车载主控模块、LCD液晶显示模块、LED指示模块、语音报警模块和发动机控制模块。酒精检测模块包含酒精检测单元和电动风扇。电动风扇安装在同一气流通道的酒精检测单元后面。
驾驶员的呼气样本由电动风扇沿着气流通道吸向传感器被采集,可防止呼气被周围空气稀释,保证有足量的呼气流入酒精传感器,可省去呼气吹管,实现无接触检测,方便卫生。
进一步地,所述语音模块采用ISD1730芯片作为核心元件。该语音芯片与主车载主控模块之间采用SPI方式进行通讯。当系统检测到车内酒精含量超过设定阀值时,播报提示音。
进一步地,所述LCD显示模块由JD-T1800液晶显示LCD组成。
进一步地,所述LED指示灯模块,由一组超亮LED指示灯组成。
进一步地,所述发动机控制模块可串联接入汽车发动机电路和油门控制电路。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在酒精检测单元后面设置电风扇,实现主动无接触快速精准地测量呼气酒精含量,方便卫生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
参阅图1所示,本发明提供一一种防止吹管的车载酒精浓度测量设备,包括酒精检测模块、车载主控模块、LCD液晶显示模块、LED指示模块、语音报警模块和发动机控制模块。酒精检测模块包含酒精检测单元和电动风扇。电动风扇安装在同一气流通道的酒精检测单元后面。
作为优选,所述语音模块采用ISD1730芯片作为核心元件,录放寿命可达十万余次。该语音芯片与车载主控模块之间采用SPI方式进行通讯,来控制该语音芯片的录放功能。当系统检测到车内酒精含量超过设定阀值时,播报提示音。
作为优选,所述显示酒精浓度的LCD显示模块由JD-T1800液晶显示LCD组成。
作为优选,所述LED指示灯模块,由一组超亮LED指示灯组成。当酒检系统判断司机处于酒驾状态行车时,主控模块驱动LED驱动电路点亮超亮LED灯组,告知并警示周围车辆远离此酒驾车辆。
作为优选,所述发动机控制模块可串联接入汽车发动机电路和油门控制电路。用于车内酒精浓度超标时切断发动机电路,使车辆无法启动,或逐步减小油门,使汽车最终停止。
本发明的工作原理为:在使用时,酒精检测模块安装在车辆方向盘上,用于检测驾驶员周围空气中酒精浓度值;存储器用来存储酒检结果、车辆的车牌号码、车主信息等;车载主控模块能够控制酒精检测模块定时(启车时或设定固定时间)检测车内驾驶员呼出气体的酒精浓度。在检测到的酒精浓度值超过酒后驾驶标准阀值时,若发动机处于停止状态,则禁止发动机启动;若发动机处于运行状态,则警示驾驶员停车,若不听劝阻,将逐步减小油门减速,并最终在设定时间内强制自动关闭发动机。检测到酒精浓度超标时,语音模块和液晶显示模块可以提醒驾驶员处于酒驾状态,点燃车外超亮LED指示灯,系统发出报警延时,提示司机马上下车。
另外驾驶室内乘客或者副驾驶饮酒,可能会给检测结果造成影响,为了区别酒精气体浓度是驾驶员还是乘客所致,根据驾驶室内空气流动情况,再选取3个检测点检测乘客酒精浓度,在副驾驶身旁和后座位左右乘客身旁分别安装一个车载酒精浓度测量设备,起到辅助判断的作用。
虽然结合附图描述了本发明的实施方式,但是专利所有者可以在所附权利要求的范围之内做出各种变形或修改,只要不超过本发明的权利要求所描述的保护范围,都应当在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种基于多传感器抗干扰的车载酒精浓度测量设备,包括酒精检测模块、车载主控模块、LCD液晶显示模块、LED指示模块、语音报警模块和发动机控制模块,其特征在于:酒精检测模块包含酒精检测单元和电动风扇;电动风扇安装在同一气流通道的酒精检测单元后面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载酒精浓度测量设备,其特征在于:所述语音模块采用ISD1730芯片作为核心元件;该语音芯片与车载主控模块之间采用SPI方式进行通讯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车载酒精浓度测量设备,所述LCD显示模块由JD-T1800液晶显示LCD组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车载酒精浓度测量设备,其特征在于:所述LED指示灯模块,由一组超亮LED指示灯组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车载酒精浓度测量设备,其特征在于:所述发动机控制模块可串联接入汽车发动机电路和油门控制电路。
