背景技术
目前的车用燃料主要以柴油为主,但单纯的以柴油为原料普遍存在污染严重、燃烧效率低、节能效果不好等问题。
因此,节能柴油的研制和开发具有重要的意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供一种节能柴油及其制备方法,具有污染少、燃烧效率高,节能效果好等优点。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种节能柴油,包括以下重量份组分:异丁醇17-21份、二氧化锰7-9份、石脑油55-61份和柴油70-80份。
本发明的有益效果是:
发明人前期进行了大量的原料筛选实验及其配比之间的调整的实验,在研究中意外的发现通过选择合适的原料进行配合使用并设置合理的配比,具有污染少、燃烧效率高,节能效果好等优点。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。

一种节能柴油,包括以下重量组分:异丁醇17千克、二氧化锰7千克、石脑油55千克和柴油70千克。制备时,按上述配比将各组分混匀。

节能测试的方法及结果
采用相同的发动机,分别记录行驶100公里的路程所需的燃料的重量。
节能效率的计算方法为:
节能效率=(1-节能柴油的重量/柴油的重量)×100%。
实验结果见表1。

5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述的节能柴油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将权利要求1-4任一项所述的各组分混合均匀,制得节能柴油。
