the sending unit 702 is further configured to send a downlink direct transfer message to the ue, where the downlink direct transfer message is used to carry a response message for the data request, the cluster group resource configuration information, and the group call service channel configuration information.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 700 further comprises:

The Memory 1002 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) and may further include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. receiving a data request sent by user equipment;

sending a data request to a base station;

analyzing the downlink direct transmission message, acquiring the cluster group resource configuration information and the group calling service channel configuration information, and establishing a cluster control channel and a cluster service channel by using the cluster group resource configuration information and the group calling service channel configuration information.

Claims (17)

1. A cluster group call delayed access method is applied to core network node equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining whether the user equipment sending the data request is the user equipment accessed by the group call after delay;
when the user equipment is determined to be the user equipment accessed in the group call delay, sending an indication message to a base station in response to the data request, wherein the indication message is used for indicating the base station to send cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information to the user equipment;
the determining whether the user equipment sending the data request is the user equipment which is accessed in the group call delay or not comprises the following steps:
and when the data request is a cluster registration message or a tracking area update TAU request and the group calling service of the group corresponding to the user equipment is determined, determining that the user equipment is the user equipment which is accessed in a group calling delay.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the indication message is carried in a downlink non-access stratum (NAS) transport message sent by the core network node device to a base station, and wherein the downlink NAS transport message is further used for carrying a response message for the data request.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the response message to the data request is a cluster registration accept message or a TAU accept message.
4. A cluster group call delayed access method is applied to a base station, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a data request sent by user equipment, and sending the data request to core network node equipment;
receiving an indication message sent by the core network node equipment, where the indication message is used to indicate the base station to send cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information to the user equipment;
and sending a downlink direct transmission message to the user equipment, wherein the downlink direct transmission message is used for bearing a response message aiming at the data request, the cluster group resource configuration information and the group call service channel configuration information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after receiving the indication message sent by the core network node device, the method further comprises:
and when determining that the cell or the tracking area TA corresponding to the user equipment does not establish the group calling resource, establishing the group calling resource in the cell or the TA.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the trunking resource configuration information is used for the UE to establish trunking control channels, and wherein the group call traffic channel configuration information is used for the UE to establish trunking traffic channels.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the data request is a cluster registration request, and the response message to the data request is a cluster registration accept message; or, the data request is a tracking area update TAU request, and the response message to the data request is a TAU accept message.
8. A cluster group call late access method is applied to user equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
sending a data request to a base station;
receiving a downlink direct transmission message sent by a base station, wherein the downlink direct transmission message is used for bearing a response message aiming at the data request, cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information;
analyzing the downlink direct transmission message, acquiring the cluster group resource configuration information and the group calling service channel configuration information, and establishing a cluster control channel and a cluster service channel by using the cluster group resource configuration information and the group calling service channel configuration information.
9. A trunking group call late access apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
a determining unit, configured to determine whether a user equipment sending a data request is a user equipment that is accessed by a group call late;
a sending unit, configured to send, when it is determined that the user equipment is a group call late-access user equipment, an indication message to a base station for instructing the base station to send cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information to the user equipment when responding to the data request;
the determining unit is specifically configured to: and when the data request is a cluster registration message and the group call service of the group corresponding to the user equipment is determined, determining that the user equipment is the user equipment accessed after the group call delay, or when the data request is a tracking area update TAU request and the group corresponding to the user equipment is determined to have the group call service, determining that the user equipment is the user equipment accessed after the group call delay.
10. A trunking group call late access apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a data request sent by a user equipment;
a sending unit, configured to send the data request to a core network node device;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive an indication message sent by the core network node device, where the indication message is used to instruct a base station to send cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information to the user equipment;
the sending unit is further configured to send a downlink direct transfer message to the user equipment, where the downlink direct transfer message is used to carry a response message for the data request, the cluster group resource configuration information, and the group call service channel configuration information.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising: and the establishing unit is used for establishing the group calling resource in the cell or the TA when determining that the cell or the TA corresponding to the user equipment does not establish the group calling resource after receiving the indication message sent by the core network node equipment.
12. A trunking group call late access apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
a transmitting unit, configured to transmit a data request to a base station;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a downlink direct transmission message sent by a base station, where the downlink direct transmission message is used to carry a response message for the data request, cluster group resource configuration information, and group call service channel configuration information;
the analyzing unit is used for analyzing the downlink direct transmission message, acquiring the cluster group resource configuration information and the group call service channel configuration information and establishing a cluster control channel and a cluster service channel;
and the establishing unit is used for establishing a cluster control channel and a cluster service channel by utilizing the cluster group resource configuration information and the group call service channel configuration information.
13. An apparatus for clustered group call late access comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured for execution by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
determining whether the user equipment sending the data request is the user equipment accessed by the group call after delay;
when the user equipment is determined to be the user equipment accessed in the group call delay, sending an indication message to a base station for indicating the base station to send cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information to the user equipment when responding to the data request;
the determining whether the user equipment sending the data request is the user equipment which is accessed in the group call delay or not comprises the following steps:
and when the data request is a cluster registration message or a tracking area update TAU request and the group calling service of the group corresponding to the user equipment is determined, determining that the user equipment is the user equipment which is accessed in a group calling delay.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the processor is further specifically configured to execute the one or more programs including instructions for:

receiving an indication message sent by the core network node equipment, wherein the indication message is used for indicating a base station to send cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information to the user equipment;
and sending a downlink direct transmission message to the user equipment, wherein the downlink direct transmission message is used for bearing a response message aiming at the data request, the cluster group resource configuration information and the group call service channel configuration information.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the processor is further specifically configured to execute the one or more programs including instructions for:
and sending a downlink direct transmission message to the user equipment, wherein the cluster group resource configuration information carried by the downlink direct transmission message is used for the user equipment to establish a cluster control channel, and the group call service channel configuration information is used for the user equipment to establish a cluster service channel.
17. An apparatus for clustered group call late access comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured for execution by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
sending a data request to a base station;
receiving a downlink direct transmission message sent by a base station, wherein the downlink direct transmission message is used for bearing a response message aiming at the data request, cluster group resource configuration information and group call service channel configuration information;
analyzing the downlink direct transmission message, acquiring the cluster group resource configuration information and the group calling service channel configuration information, and establishing a cluster control channel and a cluster service channel by using the cluster group resource configuration information and the group calling service channel configuration information.
