Abstract
The invention discloses a charging box of a wireless earphone and the wireless earphone adapting to the charging box. The charging box comprises a charging box lower shell, a circuit board, a connector, a permanent magnet and a wireless earphone seat; the wireless earphone seat is provided with an earphone accommodating groove, and the earphone accommodating groove is provided with a first through hole for penetrating the connector; the wireless earphone seat is fixed on the lower shell of the charging box and forms an installation space with the lower shell of the charging box; the circuit board is arranged in the installation space and is fixed on the lower shell of the charging box; the connector is arranged on the circuit board, is electrically connected with the wireless earphone through the first through hole, and charges the wireless earphone by using a rechargeable battery on the circuit board; the permanent magnet surrounds the connector and is fixed in the wireless earphone seat for magnetic attraction of the wireless earphone. According to the invention, the wireless earphone can be accurately positioned and stored only by using the permanent magnet of the charging box, so that friction damage between the wireless earphone and the charging box is reduced, and the wireless earphone is prevented from being worn.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wireless earphones, in particular to a charging box of a wireless earphone and a wireless earphone adapting to the charging box.
Background
Wireless headphones are used more and more frequently in various occasions, and the single use time is longer and longer. Wireless headsets are mostly internally and automatically powered, however, the capacity of the wireless headsets is generally limited, so that the wireless headsets need to be charged, and a special charging box is generally adopted to charge the wireless headsets.
At present, a common structure of the wireless earphone charging box is that a buckle is fixed, the wireless earphone is pressed into the charging box generally by pressing the wireless earphone, and the wireless earphone is stored into the charging box and is tightened and fixed by means of the cooperation of the buckle and a clamping groove. The charging box adopting the buckle fixing mode has the defect of poor contact, and is easy to deform, appearance and buckle parts of the wireless earphone are easy to wear due to long-term pressing operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a charging box of a wireless earphone and the wireless earphone, which are used for solving the problems of wireless earphone deformation, appearance and easy abrasion of a bayonet part caused by poor contact and long-term pressing operation of the existing charging box.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
in one aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a charging box for a wireless earphone, including: the battery charging device comprises a charging box lower shell, a circuit board with a rechargeable battery, a connector, a permanent magnet and a wireless earphone seat;
the wireless earphone seat is provided with an earphone accommodating groove which is matched with the shape of the wireless earphone, and the earphone accommodating groove is provided with a first through hole for penetrating the connector;
the wireless earphone seat is fixed on the lower shell of the charging box and forms an installation space with the lower shell of the charging box;
the circuit board is arranged in the installation space and is fixed on the lower shell of the charging box;
the connector is arranged on the circuit board and is electrically connected with the wireless earphone accommodated in the earphone accommodating groove through the first through hole so as to charge the wireless earphone by using a rechargeable battery on the circuit board;
the permanent magnet surrounds the connector and is fixed in the wireless earphone seat and used for magnetically attracting the wireless earphone and fixedly accommodating the wireless earphone in the earphone accommodating groove.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides a wireless earphone, which is adapted to the charging box in the embodiment, and comprises: the earphone comprises an earphone lower shell, a magnetic attraction piece, a host circuit board, a wire connecting column and an earphone upper cover;
the earphone lower shell is provided with a second through hole for penetrating through the wire connecting column and a second clamping groove matched with the magnetic attraction piece, and the earphone lower shell and the earphone upper cover form an installation space;
the magnetic attraction piece is clamped in the second clamping groove in an interference manner and is used for forming attractive force by being matched with the permanent magnet in the charging box;
the host circuit board is arranged in the installation space;
the wire connecting post is electrically connected with the host circuit board and is electrically connected with the connector in the charging box through the second through hole.
The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the wireless earphone charging device, the connector and the permanent magnet surrounding the connector are designed in the charging box, the magnetic attraction piece and the wire connecting column are arranged in the wireless earphone, when the wireless earphone is required to be charged, the wireless earphone is only required to be lightly placed in the wireless earphone seat of the charging box, the permanent magnet automatically generates attractive force on the magnetic attraction piece, the wireless earphone is tensioned and stored in the charging box, the wireless earphone is positioned by means of the earphone accommodating groove matched with the shape of the wireless earphone, at the moment, the connector in the charging box contacts the wire connecting column on the wireless earphone, the wireless earphone can be charged by the charging box, and the charging operation is simple; and the wireless earphone can be accurately positioned and tensioned by only utilizing the permanent magnet of the charging box without external force, so that the friction damage between the wireless earphone and the charging box is reduced, and the wireless earphone is prevented from being worn.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a wireless headset according to an embodiment of the present invention stored in a charging box, fig. 2 is a schematic semi-sectional view of the wireless headset according to an embodiment of the present invention stored in the charging box, fig. 3 is an exploded view of the charging box of the wireless headset according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a wireless headset stand in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a connector on a circuit board in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the charging cartridge of the wireless headset includes: the battery charging box lower case 1, the circuit board 6 having the first rechargeable battery 61, the connector 2, the permanent magnet 3, and the wireless earphone seat 4.
The wireless earphone seat 4 is provided with an earphone receiving groove 41 adapted to the outer shape of the wireless earphone, the wireless earphone is received in the earphone receiving groove 41, and the earphone receiving groove 41 is provided with a first through hole 42 for passing through the connector 2.
The wireless earphone seat 4 is fixed on the charging box lower shell 1 and forms an installation space with the charging box lower shell 1; the circuit board 6 is arranged inside the installation space and fixed on the charging box lower shell 1; the connector 2 is soldered on the circuit board 6 and electrically connected to the wireless earphone accommodated in the earphone accommodating groove 41 through the first through hole 42, so as to charge the wireless earphone by using the first rechargeable battery 61 on the circuit board 6, for example, charge the second rechargeable battery 103 of the wireless earphone by using the first rechargeable battery 61 of the charging box.
The permanent magnet 3 is fixed in the wireless earphone seat 4 around the connector 2 and is used for magnetically attracting the wireless earphone, and the wireless earphone is fixedly accommodated in the earphone accommodating groove 41.
The permanent magnet in this embodiment is fixed in the wireless earphone seat by interference engagement. As shown in fig. 2, the wireless earphone seat 4 is further provided with a first clamping groove 43, and the permanent magnet 3 is in interference fit with the first clamping groove 43, so as to realize the fixed installation of the permanent magnet 3.
According to the embodiment, the connector and the permanent magnet surrounding the connector are designed in the charging box, so that when the wireless earphone needs to be charged, the wireless earphone can be charged only by being lightly placed in the wireless earphone seat of the charging box, and the charging operation is simple; and need not external force, only utilize the permanent magnet of charging box itself can pinpoint and accomodate wireless earphone, reduced the friction damage between wireless earphone and the charging box, avoid wearing and tearing wireless earphone.
As shown in fig. 1 or 4, both sides of the earphone receiving groove 41 are provided with finger positions 44 by which the wireless earphone is taken out of the earphone receiving groove.
In a preferred version of this embodiment, the wireless headset may be embedded in the headset receiving groove. Specifically, when the wireless headset is received in the headset receiving groove, the surface of the headset receiving groove is flush with the upper surface of the wireless headset, or the surface of the headset receiving groove is higher than the upper surface of the wireless headset.
As shown in fig. 2, illustratively, the surface of the earphone receiving groove 41 is flush with the upper surface of the earphone upper case 10 of the wireless earphone, so that the wireless earphone is completely received in the earphone receiving groove, and the charging stability of the wireless earphone is ensured.
In another preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the charging box lower case 1 is provided with a USB interface 11, the USB interface 11 is electrically connected to the circuit board 6, and the circuit board 6 is soldered with a first rechargeable battery 61, and the first rechargeable battery 61 on the circuit board can be charged by using the USB interface.
Since the wireless earphone may be a dual wireless earphone with a stereo effect, in another preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, two earphone receiving slots 41 are oppositely disposed on the wireless earphone seat 4, and each earphone receiving slot 41 receives one wireless earphone.
In another preferred scheme of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, three sets of connectors 2 are provided on the circuit board 6, wherein two sets of connectors 2 are used for connecting with the positive and negative poles of the wireless earphone or the positive and negative poles of the second rechargeable battery 103 of the wireless earphone, and the other set of connectors 2 are used for communicating with the wireless earphone; in this embodiment, each connector is preferably a Pogo Pin connector to reduce the weight of the charging cartridge and reduce the volume of the charging cartridge.
Referring to fig. 2 or 3, the charging box lower case 1 in the preferred embodiment is further provided with a control button 12 for controlling the communication module of the circuit board 6 to realize communication control of the charging box.
In another preferred aspect of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the charging box further includes a charging box upper cover 5, the charging box upper cover 5 is provided with a fetching opening 51 adapted to the earphone accommodating slot 41, and the charging box upper cover 5 is rotatably disposed on the wireless earphone seat 4, where the charging box upper cover 5 in the present embodiment is not detachable, that is, the charging box upper cover 5 is not detachable from the wireless earphone seat.
Rotating the charging box upper cover 5, and opening the charging box when the object taking opening 51 of the charging box upper cover is opposite to the earphone accommodating groove 41, so as to expose the wireless earphone accommodated in the earphone accommodating groove; when the charging box upper cover 5 covers the earphone receiving groove 41, the charging box is closed.
This preferred scheme sets up rotatable box upper cover that charges on wireless earphone seat, can open, close the box that charges through rotatory box upper cover that charges, compares in traditional press the switching mode, and the scheme of this embodiment has simple structure, novel operation's advantage.
In summary, the charging box provided in the present embodiment has at least the following advantages:
1. through design connector and the permanent magnet around the connector in the box that charges, when needing to charge wireless earphone, need not the outside and exert effort, only utilize the permanent magnet of the box itself that charges can pinpoint and accomodate wireless earphone, reduced the friction damage between wireless earphone and the box that charges, avoid wearing and tearing wireless earphone.
2. When the wireless earphone needs to be charged, the wireless earphone can be charged only by lightly placing the wireless earphone into the wireless earphone seat of the charging box, and the charging operation is simple.
3. The charging box can be opened and closed by rotating the upper cover of the charging box, and compared with the traditional pressing opening and closing mode, the operation is novel.
4. Through fixing wireless earphone seat on the box inferior valve that charges, with the rotatable setting of box upper cover at wireless earphone seat that charges to and set up circuit board, connector and permanent magnet in the installation space that wireless earphone seat and box inferior valve enclose, form the box that charges of this embodiment, the box that charges of this embodiment has simple structure, small, portable's advantage.
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of a wireless headset according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the wireless headset is adapted to a charging box in the present embodiment, and the wireless headset includes: the earphone lower shell 7, the magnet 8, the host circuit board 102, the wire connecting post 9 and the earphone upper cover 10;
the earphone lower shell 7 is provided with a second through hole 71 for penetrating through the wire connecting column 9 and a second clamping groove 72 matched with the magnetic attraction piece 8, and the earphone lower shell 7 and the earphone upper cover 10 enclose an installation space;
the magnetic attraction piece 8 is in interference fit in the second clamping groove 72 and is used for forming attraction force by matching with a permanent magnet in the charging box;
the host circuit board 102 is disposed in the installation space, the second rechargeable battery 103 is soldered on the host circuit board 102, and the wire connecting post 9 is electrically connected with the host circuit board 102 and electrically connected with the connector 2 in the charging box through the second through hole 71.
In this embodiment, the magnetic attraction member may be a stainless steel sheet or a permanent magnet.
It should be further noted that, the wireless earphone in this embodiment is an earphone adopting a wireless communication manner, for example, the wireless earphone in this embodiment may be a bluetooth earphone.
In a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the wireless earphone further includes a flexible circuit board 101 connected to the host circuit board 102, and the wire connection post 9 is electrically connected to the host circuit board 102 through the flexible circuit board 101.
It should be noted that, the wireless earphone in this embodiment may be a dual wireless earphone with stereo.
In order to clearly describe the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention, in the embodiments of the present invention, the terms "first", "second", etc. are used to distinguish the same item or similar items having substantially the same function and effect, and those skilled in the art will understand that the terms "first", "second", etc. do not limit the number and execution order.

the wireless earphone seat is provided with an earphone accommodating groove which is matched with the shape of the wireless earphone, and the earphone accommodating groove is provided with a first through hole for penetrating through the connector;
the wireless earphone seat is fixed on the lower shell of the charging box and forms an installation space with the lower shell of the charging box;
the circuit board is arranged in the installation space and is fixed on the lower shell of the charging box;
the connector is arranged on the circuit board and is electrically connected with the wireless earphone accommodated in the earphone accommodating groove through the first through hole so as to charge the wireless earphone by using a rechargeable battery on the circuit board;
the permanent magnet surrounds the connector and is fixed in the wireless earphone seat and used for magnetically attracting the wireless earphone and fixedly accommodating the wireless earphone in the earphone accommodating groove.
2. The charging cartridge of claim 1, wherein a surface of the earphone receiving slot is flush with an upper surface of the wireless earphone or a surface of the earphone receiving slot is higher than an upper surface of the wireless earphone when the wireless earphone is received in the earphone receiving slot.
3. The charging box according to claim 1, wherein both sides of the earphone receiving groove are provided with finger positions.
4. The charging cartridge of claim 1, wherein the wireless headset base further has a first slot disposed therein, the permanent magnet being interference-engaged in the first slot.
5. The charging cartridge of claim 1, wherein the charging cartridge lower housing is provided with a USB interface, the USB interface being electrically connected with the circuit board.
6. The charging cartridge of claim 1, wherein three sets of connectors are provided on the circuit board, two of the sets of connectors being for connection with the positive and negative poles of the wireless headset and the other set of connectors being for communication with the wireless headset; each of the connectors is a Pogo Pin connector.
7. The charging box according to claim 1, wherein two earphone receiving grooves are oppositely arranged on the wireless earphone seat, and each earphone receiving groove receives one wireless earphone therein.
8. The charging cartridge of claim 2, further comprising a charging cartridge upper cover provided with a retrieval opening adapted to the earphone receiving slot, the charging cartridge upper cover rotatably disposed on the wireless earphone seat;
and rotating the upper cover of the charging box, opening the charging box when the object taking opening of the upper cover of the charging box is right opposite to the earphone accommodating groove, and closing the charging box when the upper cover of the charging box covers the earphone accommodating groove.
9. A wireless headset adapted with the charging cartridge of any one of claims 1 to 8, the wireless headset comprising: the earphone comprises an earphone lower shell, a magnetic attraction piece, a host circuit board, a wire connecting column and an earphone upper cover;
the earphone lower shell is provided with a second through hole for penetrating through the wire connecting column and a second clamping groove matched with the magnetic attraction piece, and the earphone lower shell and the earphone upper cover enclose an installation space;
the magnetic attraction piece is clamped in the second clamping groove in an interference manner and is used for being matched with a permanent magnet in the charging box to form attractive force;
the host circuit board is arranged in the installation space;
the wire connecting post is electrically connected with the host circuit board and is electrically connected with a connector in the charging box through the second through hole.
10. The wireless headset of claim 9, further comprising a flexible circuit board connected to the host circuit board, wherein the wire bond post is electrically connected to the host circuit board through the flexible circuit board.
